• How to remove predictive text bar?

  Hi all

  I've just updated to iOS10 and when texting etc. the predictive text bar is above the keyboard. On versions previous IOS you could easily hide this sliding downwards, however this ability has been removed. Am I stuck with that boring bar forever or is there a more in depth to remove this way?

  You can check if the search engine suggestion and suggestions of safari in active in the settings. Go to settings/Safari/Search Engine Suggestions and just below this Safari of Suggestions. Make sure that the power switch is green.

  Turns off my predictive text on my iPhone 6 s. The software is updated with IOS 9.3.1 but never two or three weeks, sometimes sooner, the predictive text stops working. It will turn off, it just pull up in messages so I have to go into settings and turn it off then turn it back on. This has happened for several months. I thought that the last software update would fix it, but no dice. I do not understand what is the cause for this and am unsure of this diagnosis I can do. Best Band-Aid, I thought was turning works once again, but it's getting old and frustrating. Any help would be great!

• Why the predictive text is now white on pale blue, thus making it unreadable?

  When you use find predictive text on my homepage to google i changed white on pale blue background. This makes it unreadable. I just tried setting upward a page of google on IE i and the text is black on white and easily readable.
  This happened only recently (in the last day or almost).

  You can try like theme different Windows or another theme of Firefox to see if that helps.

  • Use themes to change the appearance of Firefox

  T9 is very useful for a digital keyboard if you do not have to press a number several times just to get a specific letter. But with a full qwerty keyboard, you have instant access to all characters. So why would you do this?

  I bought my Z3 yesterday and I meet an interesting encounter when messaging predictive text. I have the English (Australia) language, but when I type, the predictive text inserts only words I used on my phone in the past (past 24 hours). For example, if I type 'How' it auto corrects to 'Think' as it is a word that I used.

  I can't imagine that this is supposed to happen, the phone has to learn all my words before I can use them? I don't want to disable my predictive text, I just that it recognizes all English words during the correction! I don't know that I missed something to put in place - please help.

  Please try this: main Menu > settings > Apps > all > Xperia keyboard > clear data.

  

• Text disappears randomly without warning

  Met a very important bug today that I need to find a way to move as soon as possible because it is completely prevents me to do any work.

  Every time I have change all text - whether it is editing a text layer, or with a new, regardless of the text is only randomly and without warning disappears.  No matter the weather, I change the color, font, size of police or other type parameters.  Sometimes I simply move the mouse in edit mode and the text just disappears.

  Made a video of the bug in action.  Virtual keyboard on the screen that you can see that I'm not hitting any keys to make the text disappears.  Today is the first day, I noticed this problem and I have absolutely no idea what is the cause, but it happens 99.9% of the time that I try to change any text.  Latest version of Photoshop, CC, OS X, etc.

  Please advise, I really need to get it figured out as soon as I can - as you can imagine it is impossible to do any kind of work without being able to type a single character.

  The bug lies in dictation under MacOS code.  We are not ignoring the problem - but we can fix bugs in the Apple operating system code.

• iOS 10 - Emoji in not included in the predictive text

  Updated to iOS 10 today. Always play with it and try to understand things. But one thing that some friends of mine who can make my iPhone's display an emoji in the section of text predictive once you enter a word that has an associated emoji.

  I tried to disable/enable the predictive text, reset the dictionary of text and adding and removing of keyboards and languages, as proposed in line. Also tried to change these settings and hard/soft reset the phone. No dice.

  Now I am cause of GROUND I wiped my own dictionary that I was put in place for some time. Back to the AutoCorrect 'duck' If you know what I mean

  A few colleges to work can get emoji in predictive text while myself and others may not.

  This function does not seem to work anywhere in the phone, iMessage, Notes, E-mail, etc.

  Anyone else having this problem read this?

  Yes - I see the same question. The only thing I have not tried is a full restore, but I was hoping to avoid this.

  When I tap on the place of the URL to search or type a URL, the text disappears under the blocks of color. This also occurs in the icons in the toolbar.   To have seized predictive available in individual applications, you must first enable in settings > general > keyboard > predictive.

  Switch on your screen capture allows you to disable predictive on per - app basis. It is grated out because you have not enabled this feature in the settings.
