  I have the first Elements 4 in Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 64bits. No problems. In the properties/Compatibility tab, I leave "run this program in compatibility mode for" unchecked. • Adobe prelude CC search function does not properly?

  Hey guys,.

  Need help, I'm using 'tag' in prelude CC, tagging clips with multiple words IE "Day One, Interview, Ben.

  When searching the Staples images are visible if I type the words 'A day' or 'Ben', but if I type their return to save IE: 'Ben Day One' Prelude does not have images.

  I really need to be able to search at once several tags/comments. Have tried this in first CC and it works perfectly just prelude is not.

  If someone has had this problem or can suggest a difficulty of research several tags/comments.

• Mute the Audio does not work properly

  I just checked and confirmed that this problem exists is prelude. After the audio muting and a new clip of loading, he keeps silent position tracks but the behavior changes.

  Could you try to remove the old Film of the first elements 13 installation location, and then try to launch the application? The right to be removed file is (assuming that you installed in the default location)

  Can Yosemite 10.10.5 / prelude grateful CC and old Canon XHA1 with good Firewire > connection Thunderbolt?

  Prelude has no capture of Ribbon, but a first Pro CC. I don't know how it works via Thunderbolt (I assume you are using adapters any), but give it a try.
