  I just updated my Windows 7 Pro 64-bit computer. I have installed Premiere Pro 2.0 without problem. Only problem I have encountered is that there is no sound. I can play the file in Windows Media Player fine.

  Thanks for your post. CS6 hearing and first pro CS6 are two different products. Therefore, buying the two products separately. I will propose allowing you to buy CC that is creative nails a base subscription model because CS6 is the previous version and the CC is the version the recent but, hearing CC is a 64-bit application. • Cannot display a .avi file in Premiere Pro CS6. We get an error "not supported format or corrupted file.

  I am trying to bring three distinct animations in Premiere Pro, but it won't shoot them in the Source window or timeline of the sequence. The three files are uncompressed .avi files that were returned on in Autodesk Inventor. They are 15 second clips, around 2 GB and 40 fps. I can play them in Windows Media Player without problem. Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting? I can't imagine it's a codec issue, if the files are unzipped?

  Imagine still once your screen printing said they are bitmap files... IE a string of images, not 'really' a video that the Organization recognizes... and a rate of 40 FPS is also "weird".

  Autodesk has other options... to create a file with a 'true' video output codec?

  Because the Assembly is not the same thing as play, you may need to find a codec to be installed to be able to edit (NOT a codec pack!)

  I need to publish a DVD 2 disc set (with menus on both discs), because the final length video in Premiere Pro CS6 is about 3.5 hours. In the past I just sent my large video file to an editor, and they put my file on 2 discs. But now I'll be self-publishing and the need to know what is the best way to create my DVD. I have Encore CS6, but cannot find a way step over the images between two discs. What do I have to split the video into Premiere Pro, then send it to yet? Or export the file in full size/resolution of the PP and it is separated into yet?

  What is the length of the program? Don't forget to use 560/minutes or a bitrate calc to fill as many disks as you can for a better quality, no sense given the empty space (unless the program is less than an hour, then it is inevitable).

  I am considering buying a new MacBook Pro (15 in., processor 2.8 GHz quad-core Intel Core i7, 16 MB of RAM) to mainly video edditing with Premiere Pro, I have the CS6 vertion. I wonder if its Mercury playback engine support GPU?
