  I have a problem with my right click on Premiere Pro, that I can't use it on a particular project. Indeed, when I work on other projects, the right click works perfectly, but when I come back to the project in question previously, right-click stops working.

• Premiere Pro 2015.3 problems after update 2015.2

  I'll have a lot of problems after the update to 2015.3.  It is a project which worked perfectly well, a few days ago on 2015.2 (or whatever the previous version was).  Now, audio is de-energized, it does not play smoothly, and everything hangs after a few minutes - I can't move the timeline, it does not meet the up/down keys to navigate to the previous/next item, it is totally insensitive.  Everything worked well until the update to 2015.3.

  I'm running Windows 7 Pro on a 6-core i7 Extreme with 24 GB of RAM and a Quadro 4000 (v354.35).  I have a 500GB SSD for Windows and the creative cloud, 2 TB RAID 0 HDs for swap/cache/work/etc., 1 TB HD for project files, 2GB RAID 0 video source HDs, 1 GB HD for video output (5 logical volumes, 7 physical disks).  This system has flown before installing 2015.3.

  Please mention the operating system you are using?

  For Windows try the step below.

  Please go to Edit Menu of Premiere Pro > Preferences > Media and uncheck the option "Enable accelerated h.264 decoding Intel."

  Note: It is necessary for the Windows Machines

  Once done restart Premiere Pro and check the performance.

• Premiere Pro CC - rendering problems

  I am having trouble using Premiere Pro creative cloud. I edited with CS6 CC videos with the same sequence of parameters, the font settings and export settings (e.g. SD YouTube widescreen 29.97 preset) and exported with Media Encoder. But the quality of the CC video is video a lot worse then the CS6. See attachment for my screenshots of my settings. Please help me to understand the problems of creative cloud. Thank you very much.

  If our sequence, fonts and rendering in CS6 and CC settings are the same, why do we get different results in terms of quality of the poster?

  I know that some other customers complained about the quality of exports, as well. I heard that 2 pass VBR might give bad quality. You can try an encoder with 1 Pass VBR instead? The quality should be fine with 1 Pass VBR.

• Premiere Pro CC Mute / Solo bug

  MUTE and Solo seems to turn on and off by themselves when I save a project, that is to say if I save a timeline with three audio tracks and track a Cup, and then leave the first and re - opens the project, all three audio tracks will be put on mute.

  Thanks, it is a known issue for CS6 or prior projects carried forward to CC with muted tracks. While we are working on a solution you can reload your project CS6 and reactivate the tracks or copying content on a newly created track which should do not exhibit this problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

• Video effect in Premiere Pro CS6 timecode problem?

  If poster is similar to the description for the question people have been seen in 5.5.  Here are the details...

  • New installation, make the leap from FCP, first opened PPCS6 facility.

  • Source footage introduced as DVCPRO HD 720 p at 60 frames per second. any in the new sandbox, then to the timeline in sequence 1... works perfectly.

  • New transparent clip on track over the images, extended length full production.  Apply video effects > timecode to the transparent clip.

  • I see the reticle and dark translucent box positioning and indicator field... but no turnover number, even after having made.

  Just need to make a TC of the film burn and I spent half a day trying to get the burn to work.

  Any ideas?

  Don't thanks for your reply, however, no results, same problem.  However, I think I can found root cause is... this issue be a designer, I have too much (managed through the information manager) installed fonts with a conflict here and there, and I had to use "helvetica" of my client and other policies from time to time.  I have activated an account on my computer (nice and clean fonts & settings) have pulled up the same document in first and BOOM rolling timecode is displayed.  So with this solution in hand, my thought is somewhere I have damaged/lost the police in my basic account that uses the first to generate timecode.  I wish there was a setting I could change into effect video timecode to choose what the police is used... maybe you might spend on product development?  Or you know precisely what the police, he uses the video effect TC?

  In any case, thanks for your answer... now I'm off to go see if I can solve the problem of fonts in my basic user account.

• Premiere Pro 7.0 - problems with some mp3 files

  Well, I'm back with a new question. Because I need sound effects for my film, I use sounddogs.com and I get sound effects as MP3 files. First can manage very well, but from time to time I'll get a file first refuses to play, and instead of it gives me no sound at all. Other files in this site work very well, so I have no idea what could be the problem. Any ideas? You guys saved my movie before, I have no doubt that you can do it again. Thanks for any help.

  MP3 files are often problematic. I always convert everything except the tiny SFX (like yours) to 48 KHz 16-bit PCM/WAV to Audition. The great little free-audio editor, Audacity, it will also. Just drag the file in Audacity (or open) and Save_As. fact!

  Most of the issues seems to be with some of the "tricks" that can be in an MP3 player, such as the art of the album.

  Now I have also some SoundDogs SFX, but have never had a problem with one of the time. However, the conversion is almost instantaneous and worked 100% for me.

• New iMac / installed Premiere Pro / will not export media and accidents

  I have a new end 2013 iMac 27 inches. Yesterday, I installed Premiere Pro. After completing my first project today, I tried to export media and PP said that a serious error has occurred and must stop. Adobe Media Encoder does not - too, it blocks. I uninstalled all creative Applications of cloud I downloaded yesterday, then restarted, and then used the Adobe Creative Cloud tool for Mac, rebooted, then re-installed Premiere Pro. The problem persists. Premiere Pro will not export my video and accidents with reviews of "serious error". Adobe Media Encoder still does not open and crashes every time. It's frustrating. I never had this problem on my MacBook Pro mid-2009. I even opened my MBP to export media from this updated release of Premiere Pro and it worked! So maybe that's the version of the SOUL, the more recent which is NOT installed on my MBP? Perhaps more current is unstable and crashes? I do not know. I would like to export my video and use these applications how they're supposed to run. I worked on this problem all day.

  Well Yes, that's apparently the case. Note 3 was not the problem. It's the fact that the app Android cinema FV-5 recorded the track audio in mono AMR, which is a rate very low bit QuickTime, mono audio format. Where, however, the application is set correctly to record audio to AAC - LC format, first Pro CC has no problems ingesting the blow to both video and audio on the smartphone.

• Copy a single audio track in Premiere Pro

  Premiere Pro does not copy/selection of a single track using the track Select tool or follow select backward.  Although the tool is clearly placed on the track of the target, she selects several tracks.  Surely, it is not necessary to individually copy hundreds of clips to capture everything in an audio track, is - this?  Thank you.

• Problem: Premiere Pro reduce my images

  I work on first Pro CC and I noticed that in my final export (1920 x 1080), I had black borders all around my video.

  

  
  
  

  I shot all my 1980 x 1080 with a canon G7X camera images.

  • Uninstall, reboot, then reinstall Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Change the settings of the DV to HDV
  • Activate and deactivate the Option "scale to the frame size.
  • 1080 p (MP4) import filmed from another camera (my Samsung Smartphone)

  Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

  Hi Valerie!

  Thanks for the screenshots. Your sequence is correctly configured, and your videos is not being reduced. 960 and 540 numbers your seeing are not resolution, they are the property of position. It simply means that your film will be properly centered in your program monitor for a sequence of 1920 x 1080. If you have a 720 p sequence then these numbers would read 360 and 640 (half the size of the sequence).

  If you get black bars for export is probably the options of your choice. By default, the export media window does not match your sequence settings, that's what you probably want to change.

  You can post a screenshot of your settings when you choose file > export > Media?

  What is your final destination? There are a large number of presets to help you get started. If you go on YouTube, then you want to choose H.264 as the format and then go all the way to the bottom and select only the predefined YouTube 1080. By default, what will be the 'Source Match"checkbox enabled for your output, up to the screenshot I attached here shows 23.976 because it is this that my images, but yours would automatically be 29.97 because what is your film.

  I'm under Premiere Pro CC 2015 Version 9.2.0 (41) Build on OS X El Capitan (10.11).

  I'm editing on a Macbook Pro 15 "2012 2.3 ghz w / a gpu 650 m."

  When I have the playback engine Mercury in my program screen GPU mode is glitches and impossible to display the video correctly. This only happens when the timeline is paused / not scouring. The timeline is under what the video display correctly without problem.

  During playback of mercury is in software mode is no problem with the program window.

  I took the project and opened it on my Workstation Windows 10 with a Nvidia Gtx 970 w/o any problems.

  If you know what is the cause (e.g., bad drivers, configuration, etc) please let me know! Thank you.
