• Premiere Pro 2015.3 problems after update 2015.2

  I'll have a lot of problems after the update to 2015.3.  It is a project which worked perfectly well, a few days ago on 2015.2 (or whatever the previous version was).  Now, audio is de-energized, it does not play smoothly, and everything hangs after a few minutes - I can't move the timeline, it does not meet the up/down keys to navigate to the previous/next item, it is totally insensitive.  Everything worked well until the update to 2015.3.

  I'm running Windows 7 Pro on a 6-core i7 Extreme with 24 GB of RAM and a Quadro 4000 (v354.35).  I have a 500GB SSD for Windows and the creative cloud, 2 TB RAID 0 HDs for swap/cache/work/etc., 1 TB HD for project files, 2GB RAID 0 video source HDs, 1 GB HD for video output (5 logical volumes, 7 physical disks).  This system has flown before installing 2015.3.

  For Windows try the step below.

  Please go to Edit Menu of Premiere Pro > Preferences > Media and uncheck the option "Enable accelerated h.264 decoding Intel."

  Note: It is necessary for the Windows Machines

  Once done restart Premiere Pro and check the performance.

• Premiere Pro track mute problem

  I don't know how but my button mute on A2 track is retouching and I can't figure out where these keyframes. And when I turn it off and move the playhead, mute is still images keys and constantly turn on and off by itself.

  This question (apparently automatically tracks inhibition) was me for hours and hours until what I was about to go "postal" on the set of the money that I was wasting wasting time with this...  Then I looked in the post of Richard Knight, a little closer.  I've not used it before so I didn't know where to look.  This fixed the issue for me very quickly and easily.  Here's how I did it:

  (1) right click on the toolbar on the left side of the audio track of gray and select "Customize."

  

  (2) adds the 'show keyframes' dragging it to the toolbar.

  

  (3) make a left click on the symbol "Show keyframes" and select "Track Keyframes > Mute.  This will show you all the keyframes of mute on the audio track.   I deleted all the and never had a problem with this new.  I don't know how I'm going to silence the audio on a track in the future if "Solo and Mute" is no longer works the way I got the habit of using them, but at least I should be able to complete my project from 12 minutes to my client.

• Premiere Pro CC - rendering problems

  I am having trouble using Premiere Pro creative cloud. I edited with CS6 CC videos with the same sequence of parameters, the font settings and export settings (e.g. SD YouTube widescreen 29.97 preset) and exported with Media Encoder. But the quality of the CC video is video a lot worse then the CS6. See attachment for my screenshots of my settings. Please help me to understand the problems of creative cloud. Thank you very much.

  I know that some other customers complained about the quality of exports, as well. I heard that 2 pass VBR might give bad quality. You can try an encoder with 1 Pass VBR instead? The quality should be fine with 1 Pass VBR.

• two fingers of y510p elan touchpad right click problem.

  Hi, I recently bought a Lenovo Y510p, and the touchpad is using software MOMENTUM. However, by default, it seems not to allow you to use two fingers to type to right click, or three for middle click.

  After digging the question, I discovered you can make some changes by installing the driver Asus Elantech 11.5.0.9 to allow you to see a lot more options in the Control Panel, and I've changed with success the Swapping and 3 functions touch 4 fingers.

  Despite this, I am fighting to change the tap water double finger.

  Is anyone able to help me with this issue?

• right click problem + brush Panel

  I use two monitors. Tools on a single monitor, doc. on the other hand. When you are working on the side of the doc and I right click + to the Brush tool Panel to quickly change the brushes, size, etc., the Brush tool panel appears, but the screen with my tools not under my brush on the side of the doc. Basically this below.

  I painted, click with the right button to change the brush size and brush Panel appears along the right side of the other monitor. My brush is the turn of black paint. (I have tabs my other tools out there to make it as clear as possible.) Any help I can get with this will be a great help.

  Hello qwermans, this is usually caused by out of date addons, firebug would be one of them - in case you have installed, please upgrade to the latest version.

• Video effect in Premiere Pro CS6 timecode problem?

  If poster is similar to the description for the question people have been seen in 5.5.  Here are the details...

  • New installation, make the leap from FCP, first opened PPCS6 facility.

  • Source footage introduced as DVCPRO HD 720 p at 60 frames per second. any in the new sandbox, then to the timeline in sequence 1... works perfectly.

  • New transparent clip on track over the images, extended length full production.  Apply video effects > timecode to the transparent clip.

  • I see the reticle and dark translucent box positioning and indicator field... but no turnover number, even after having made.

  Just need to make a TC of the film burn and I spent half a day trying to get the burn to work.

  Any ideas?

  Don't thanks for your reply, however, no results, same problem.  However, I think I can found root cause is... this issue be a designer, I have too much (managed through the information manager) installed fonts with a conflict here and there, and I had to use "helvetica" of my client and other policies from time to time.  I have activated an account on my computer (nice and clean fonts & settings) have pulled up the same document in first and BOOM rolling timecode is displayed.  So with this solution in hand, my thought is somewhere I have damaged/lost the police in my basic account that uses the first to generate timecode.  I wish there was a setting I could change into effect video timecode to choose what the police is used... maybe you might spend on product development?  Or you know precisely what the police, he uses the video effect TC?

  In any case, thanks for your answer... now I'm off to go see if I can solve the problem of fonts in my basic user account.

• Premiere Pro 7.0 - problems with some mp3 files

  Well, I'm back with a new question. Because I need sound effects for my film, I use sounddogs.com and I get sound effects as MP3 files. First can manage very well, but from time to time I'll get a file first refuses to play, and instead of it gives me no sound at all. Other files in this site work very well, so I have no idea what could be the problem. Any ideas? You guys saved my movie before, I have no doubt that you can do it again. Thanks for any help.

  MP3 files are often problematic. I always convert everything except the tiny SFX (like yours) to 48 KHz 16-bit PCM/WAV to Audition. The great little free-audio editor, Audacity, it will also. Just drag the file in Audacity (or open) and Save_As. fact!

  Most of the issues seems to be with some of the "tricks" that can be in an MP3 player, such as the art of the album.

  Now I have also some SoundDogs SFX, but have never had a problem with one of the time. However, the conversion is almost instantaneous and worked 100% for me.

I just tried to uninstall steam and reinstalled it and DOTA 2, maybe it'll work. I thought it had something to do with me upgrade to Windows 8.1 but I've seen on other forums of discussion where people have no problems with DOTA and Windows 8

• Export of media in Premiere Pro CS6 ONLY produces an Audio file in Media Encoder

  Other Adobe applications: AIR, creative cloud, Download Assistant, Encore CS6 Library, 12 ActiveX of Flash Player, Flash Player Plugin from 12, Manager help, Premiere Pro CS6, Premiere Pro CS6 functional Content, reader XI

  I ran on Premiere Pro and Media Encoder updates and everything is up-to-date

  I produce a two disc double layer DVD for 100 families of my sons of fanfare.

  I have half an hour "masterpiece" of interviews, segments of performance, rehearsal sequences, credits, etc. that I edited complete set with sound, etc.

  I also have various other video segments of the season, a high quality (1920 x 1080) and a decline in quality.

  Rather than import in yet and have yet to transcode all the same quality, I wanted to make sure the piece of half an hour and some other segments were transcoded in highest possible quality and given the large size of the files that I could and then transcode other segments at lower levels of quality as it is necessary so all the space on the disks.

  The company I use to duplicate/replicate the 100 DVDs of my DVD Master advised me to encode them FIRST in Premiere Pro as you wish and THEN import these files into yet.

  I used Adobe Media encode a lot to export the individual segments in the files, I could upload it to Youtube and have had no problems for several months.

  But now, two things happen:

  (1) SOUL automatically designates the file 'exit' with an extension .aac (see table)

  (2) when I do a file "import under" soul encoded in still won't load an audio file (obviously)

  Huh?

  Here are the settings I use in my export media dialog in Premiere Pro CS6:

  Format: MPEG2-DVD

  Screening: NTSC widescreen high quality

  Out of name (and the file type): _ name with like kind of video Files (*.mpg) «»

  Boxes to "Export video" so much "Export Audio" is checked (see attached screen print)

  The filters tab: on the left as is, don't do anything here

  Multiplexer tab:

  • Click on the button "DVD" (vs. the "None" button)
  • Bitrate type: left as Variable that matches what is selected by default

  Video tab:

  • Codec: Reads MainConcept MPEG video
  • Quality: increase it up to 5
  • TV standard: NTSC
  • Frame rate: 29.97
  • Field order: no (progressive)
  • Pixel Aspect ratio: screen 16:9 wide
  • Go to maximum depth box checked
  • Encoding Bitrate: I choose CBR for my high quality segments and VBR 2 pass for my segments of lower quality
  • Bitrate: kick up to max to high quality segments, adjust as required to obtain the size of the file that I want for my lower segments of quality

  Audio tab:

  • Audio format: Dolby Digital
  • Codec: Dolby Digital
  • Bitrate: 320 at least, sometimes higher for segments, I want to be the highest quality

  I check the box of "quality to make Maximum usage.

  I chose 'Tail' for everything and then let it run all night

  And Yes, the original media has TWO a video track and audio track that works (see screenshot)

  So... What am I doing wrong, useful experts?

  A - ha! MPEG2 export formats missing in the SOUL is the key to the riddle. You have a license problem, possibly the one discussed here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4401451.

  I'm not familiar with this issue and has not taken the time to read the pages that links Todd to-instead, I wanted to get the link for you as soon as POSSIBLE. If you have a problem directly solving the problem, I see two immediate options: 1) encode "in-process" by Premiere Pro by clicking 'Export' in the dialog box export settings (as opposed to the queue, which of course sends the job of the SOUL), or 2) to install the trial version of CC (aka 7.x).

She highlighted the files on the window of Premiere Pro and click on delete. She then tried to repeat the move but this time, the program could not read the file type extension. One of our Publisher checked raw materials of the external hds but unfortunately the files is no longer there. Our question is how it happened because according to her, there is no prompt that it will be deleted in the external source files. Please help so that we can avoid it in the future.   First does not remove the files. The option to delete files from the hard drive only appears when you perform offline files in the first project window.

  The editor is sure that she has deleted the files in the window of Premiere project and not on the hard drive itself?

• New iMac / installed Premiere Pro / will not export media and accidents

  I have a new end 2013 iMac 27 inches. Yesterday, I installed Premiere Pro. After completing my first project today, I tried to export media and PP said that a serious error has occurred and must stop. Adobe Media Encoder does not - too, it blocks. I uninstalled all creative Applications of cloud I downloaded yesterday, then restarted, and then used the Adobe Creative Cloud tool for Mac, rebooted, then re-installed Premiere Pro. The problem persists. Premiere Pro will not export my video and accidents with reviews of "serious error". Adobe Media Encoder still does not open and crashes every time. It's frustrating. I never had this problem on my MacBook Pro mid-2009. I even opened my MBP to export media from this updated release of Premiere Pro and it worked! So maybe that's the version of the SOUL, the more recent which is NOT installed on my MBP? Perhaps more current is unstable and crashes? I do not know. I would like to export my video and use these applications how they're supposed to run. I worked on this problem all day.
