Hi Kareyfabela,
For this kind of problem, I strongly recommended opening a pension with Apple iPad case will probably require inspection by an Apple engineer. You can open a file on this site: https://www.apple.com/support/contact/
I hope this helps!

- Preferred networks in the list proposed (by order of registration)

Why will it erase all the pictures on my computer? How can I save them?
You don't have to do anything. When you open your iPhoto library with the new photo app that the existing library is migrated to a new library of Photos. However, as with any operation should have a current backup before proceeding.

Why used my iphone 6 connect to itunes
I don't think that this has nothing to do with my computer. I need to update my iPhone to iOS 9.3.3. but it will not update on its own and it doesn't connect to iTunes on my computer either. My phone says I have 0 bytes of storage on the left which is impossible because I deleted more than half the apps that I had to get more storage. I went from 1.9 MB of photos to 900MB. As I was deleting photos and apps my storage space is down and now says that I used all my storage but there is no since. I don't know what to do from here.
Looks like two separate issues. Difficult to follow.
If iTunes does not recognize your iPhone, iPad or iPod - Apple Support
Try a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose anything.
If a force restart does not help, try a system restore. First save your device via iTunes. Also import your photos on your computer and copy all the data if possible. Reconstruction of the support first test and test. If this does not help, you may need to restore as a new and reconfigure from scratch as the backup may be damaged. It is important to have your photos and your saved data separately from the backup. Here are the steps for a restoration:

iPhone cannot connect to iTunes 6s
Received my new iPhone 6 s yesterday. This morning, I got a message saying that she needed an update of ios, which I did. It is now currently running ios 9.3.3 my laptop is a windows machine, running windows 10 and iTunes c. 12.1.2. When I try to connect my phone to iTunes, it is said: 'the iPhone is useless because it requires a newer version of iTunes. Go to www.itunes.com to download the latest version of itunes", I tried to download a new version of itunes on my phone, but it does not download anything... keeps exactly the same opening Web page when I click 'download '. I also have an iPad running ios 9.3.2 and it connects to iTunes on my laptop very well. Would it be the new ios I downloaded on my phone? I had not tried to connect the phone to iTunes after the update to ios. Any ideas?

You do not download the new version of iTunes on your phone. Download you on your laptop.

6 iPhone cannot connect to Itunes. Applications latest Itunes which is already installed
I have an Iphone 6 Ios 9.2.1 (last updated) bought last December, and I'm trying to connect it to Itunes on my Imac. ITunes is the latest version 11.4.
When I connect my Iphone to my computer, I get an error message saying that I can not connect my Iphone because my Iphone requires the latest version of Itunes to install. But I have the latest version, then how do I connect to Itunes on my computer to sync my stuff?
I got Iphones for awhile now and I never had this problem with any of them. For a phone that is worth a lot of money I find these defects or bugs quite disturbing.
Can someone help me how to get my Iphone connected to Itunes?
Hi Eliza,
11.4 is perhaps the latest version of iTunes available for the level of OS X that you run on your Mac, but the devices running iOS 9 require iTunes 12.2 or later to synchronize.
You need to update your Mac OS X at a current level in order to download the latest version of iTunes available.

Why my iPhone cannot connect to iTunes store?
My iPhone is iPhone with iOS 9.1 5s
I wanted to install some apps but when I had to open a session, it says "cannot connect to iTunes store.
I don't know what is happening, I checked my AppStore macbook and it is easily connected (my MacBook is MacBook Air with OS X 10.10.5)
PS: I use the same ID apple MacBook and iPhone
This problem has past since yesterday and still up to this time. Help, please. Thank you!
Hi amandajrs,
It seems that your computer is able to access the iTunes Store, but your phone has trouble doing the same thing. I suggest you look at the section of iOS of the following article on this kind of problem. It may seem like a lot, but it should help you get this resolved:
If you cannot connect to the iTunes Store
https://support.Apple.com/en-us/HT201400
On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
If you cannot connect to the iTunes Store on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch:
- Make sure that your date, time, and time zone are correct. Tap Settings > general > Date & time. Time zone can list another city in your time zone.
- Make sure your iOS software is up-to-date. Tap Settings > General > software update to check for updates. You can also connect your iOS device to iTunes and click on search the update on the summary page of your device.
- Check and verify that you are in range of a Wi - Fi router or base station. If you use the cell service, make sure the cell data are lit settings > cellular. If you are connected to cellular data, large items can not download. You may need to connect to the Wi - Fi to download applications, videos and podcasts.
- Make sure you have an active Internet connection. Check your device Manual for Internet connectivity.
- Check if other devices, such as laptops, are able to connect to the network of Wi - Fi and Internet access.
- Reset the wireless router by turning and then again.
If there is still a problem, learn what to do if your device connects to a Wi-Fi network.

I've updated iPhone 9.3.3 and iTunes for 12.4.3.1; both the latest versions
But iTunes does not recognize my iPhone, why?
Where you say that you need to download the latest version of iTunes? What is a ToolTip that appears in iTunes when you connect iPhone to your computer? Because if this is the case, iTunes detects your iPhone. So where is the problem? It won't let you not sync to iTunes? It won't let you save with iTunes?

IPhone cannot connect to itunes
Just upgraded to the latest version of itunes and everything suddenly my Iphone does not connect to it. I'm on Windows 10. Also, my Iphone is updated to the latest operating system. I was wondering what are my options.
Error message?
Using the physical connection or WiFi?
For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.
Start by missing error MSI.
The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.
Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.
More information area has direct links with the current and recent buildings if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit-for old video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with QuickTime software or a third party.
Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.

Popup on iPhone to connect to iTunes with old Apple ID
I keep getting a popup on my new 6 iphone asking me to connect to the iTunes Store. He said: "enter your password of your Apple (my old apple ID) ID. I have not used this Apple ID over the years and am successfully using my other. However, because I don't remember my password to my old apple ID, I can't connect and we hope to solve this problem. This appears on every 10 minutes and drives me crazy. How can I get rid of it permanently?
Is it possible that you are using content you have purchased/downloaded with the old ID? Content is locked to the Apple ID used for the purchase/download of content. The only way to fix this is to go to https://iforget.apple.com to retrieve the password of your Apple ID, or remove the purchased/downloaded content with this ID, and purchase/download with new Apple ID.
