  You can accomplish almost all in the first of 12 elements, but there is a problem reaching the exact audio sampling combination speed/flow that you list.

  In first Elements 12, go to publish + share/computer/Adobe Flash Video and presets select = FLV - great NTSC Web Source (Flash 8 or higher) On2VP6 MP3 FLV

  On the Advanced Settings button and video tab, adjusts

  Remove the link between the height and the width of the frame and the type of

  Width of the frame = 320

  Frame height = 240

  Bitrate = 800 kbit/s (kilobits per second)

  On the button tab / Audio advanced, adjusts

  Output channel stereo =

  Bitrate settings - This is where it gets complicated... There is no set rate/frequency = 44 kHz sampling or other. There is no audio bitrate of 66 kbps (64 Kbps is closest to you), it seems to be a sampling frequency associated with export, but visible once you have export and examine its properties in a program like MediaInfo.

  Here's what I found

  If the audio bitrate is 64 Kbps, sampling rate is 22.05 KHz

  If the audio bitrate = 80 Kbps, sampling rate is 22.05 KHz

  If the audio bitrate = 96 Kbps, then the sampling frequency 44.1 KHz

  If the audio bitrate = 128 Kbps, then the sampling frequency 44.1 KHz

  Are there trade-offs for you, or you must have the exact values you posted?

  H.264 AAC F4V

  If you export your Timeline as F4V, so you can create sampling rate of 44.1 KHz and bitrate 64 Kbps.

• Smartphone App World for blackBerry error - not available in the App World updated

  BlackBerry has sent me a message that an update was available for one of my apps game 'shoppers paradise '.   When I click on the link to download the upgrade, it gives me an error message that the upgrade is not available via App World.

  Is anyone else having this problem?  BlackBerry is working on this issue?

  Could have happened to several things:

  (1) the proponent has misidentified something and the AppWorld catalog is messed up now

  (2) RIM has made a mistake and the AppWorld catalog is messed up now

  (3) there may be some technical problem that it blocks

  (4) I don't know there is more...

  As to your question:

  It is impossible for anyone here to know the answer to this. What I suggest is that you contact the developer of the app and report it. They have a different channel in RIM thanks to which they can increase getting AppWorld corrected to properly distribute their application.

  If you want to degenerate into RIM, you through your formal support channel - your carrier.

• HTML export is not available

  I have a project built in CP4 I am trying to publish and download on my LMS. When I look at the box output Options dialog box after selection to publish "Export HTML" option is grayed out and I can't select it. When I publish in this way, the designated html file does not launch the SWF file. Is it possible to reactivate this option in the output Options dialog box? I tried all sorts of things and can't be re-activated. I noticed that it is available in other projects and it is also available if I start a new project, so it seems that it is something in the settings for this project maybe?

  There may be nuances to it, but if I publish a SCORM compliant project for download in an LMS, I always select the ability to publish in a .zip file. That seems to keep CP... edition of SCORM is correct in it.

  So if you want to test the lesson outside the LMS, just decompress the .zip...

• Need network drivers for m7270.uk - not available on the HP Download Page

  PC: HP Media Center m7270.uk

  O/s: Windows XP 32-bit

  Problem: cannot locate then install network / driver ethernet

  I am reinstalling a client computer after the HARD drive has failed.

  No recovery media is available, so I'm putting together all the drivers. I have them all and the PC works... with the exception of the Ethernet.

  Page download software & Driver from HP for the PC can be (found here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=228&lc=en&cc=ie&dlc=fr&sw_lang=&product=18155...) but and does not list anything on ethernet or network.

  So I visited the corresponding page of the Intel (http://www.intel.com/cd/products/services/emea/eng/chipsets/216243.htm) site and downloaded the Intel 945 chipset driver - but he does not have ethernet or network!

  Can someone please point me in the right direction - I don't know where to go next.

  It's a question on the SQL Server database with the allocation of space, searching the Internet for something like "Create disk space by deleting unnecessary files, removing objects in the filegroup" and you should get a lot of results.

  10.0.2 version is not released for Reader X Windows. Latest version of drive X in Windows is 10.0.1.

• Satellite Pro A200 - peripheral display Hotkey Utility for XP is not available

  I just got 6 x A200s (PSAE1E-00Q002EN). These have been pre-installed with Vista, however, because of the software platform in place in my institution, I've restored the operating system to Windows XP.

  All the drivers installed fine form the Toshiba support pages and the standard image that we deploy for laptops was created. However, some features are unavailable in Windows XP.

  Namely, the 'Fn' key for switching display device (like changing the brightness/touchpad market etc.). The ability to switch displays quickly and with a simple User Interface is vital for my users since it is a function, they perform several times a day, with many of them barely in computer science.

  The Institute, I work for have bought a lot of laptop Toshiba (going to the Satellite Pro model from the early 1800s until A120s and A200s!) and until the A200s it was Windows XP - I hope as the Toshiba release a fix for this.

  The FN keys don't work because of the problem of BIOS with Windows XP compatibility.
  I assume that FN + F3 and F4 key combination functions.
  This is a special function that belongs to the Toshiba Power saver and this help, you can switch to standby and hibernation mode!

  I put t know if you tried to update the BIOS, but maybe this will allow functionality Fn key!

  But note; Update the BIOS is always risky! The bad BIOS or bad BIOS update procedure may damage the ROM module where the BIOS is stored!

• Installation of Windows Vista disc will not re - install. "files required for installation are not available" error 0x8007045D code

  My computer is slow, so I decided to format the C drive and re - install Vista with the installation disc. I did it once before and it worked.   It's an IO error.  Try to wipe the dvd with a soft cloth and then try again.  The drive itself may also need cleaning.

• Photo thumbnails for video files not available in the file for Windows 7 display options?

  It seems that Windows 7 has eliminated the option to display "thumbnails" (photo) for video files, as it was available in Windows XP?  Miniature photos were apparently also eliminated "Tile" option to display video files.

  I have a right-click on project ViewController CRG App and checked the properties of the project, I found in the section of the compiler that it supports JDK 1.4 only and that is the question that I was not able to compile the generic code.

  I am not able to understand, why in Jdev 12 c IDE it has not argued for the implementation of the MAF to use higher or more recent version of the JDK.

  How can I enable superior version of the JDK in Jev 12 c

  The current version of MAF 2.0.1.X supports Java ME CDC 1.4 and you can't change that.  The next upcoming version of MAF will support Java SE JDK 1.8 profile compact 2, consisting of many candy syntax added in all older versions of Java 1.4, including generics.
