We have several testers in operation. There is a particular test that we run, which has some downtime involved on the object to be measured, and it seems that there is no test running. Then a person can come and try to run another instance of a sequence, so re - run model of process, trying to initialize the hardware that is already in use and causing a cascade of errors, screwing as the test that was running.

Is there a property, I can verify from the outset in the process template, I can program into a command prompt to warn the person "there is already another ongoing test here, an abortion?" and "cleanly"? Or better yet, is there an option somewhere in teststand as "to prevent simultaneous execution of process model" or such?

Property to tell whether the process model has been run?

Is there a property to look at a sequence context, where I can tell whether or not the process model has been run? I need to edit programmatically initialization step vi, depending on whether the process model has been run.

I noticed in an existing position, to dynamically set the active process template, you use the Engine.StationOptions.StationModelSequenceFilePath property. (Search for "How do I dynamically (at runtime) the models?").

But where do you put the statement that sets it?

Oh yes I forgot to say in my last post

You can make a file of sequence requires a specific process template. So that no matter what the model of the station is on the sequence of file always use the designated model provide you.

With the sequence file that requires that the new process model open go to Edition > properties file in sequence. Under the Advanced tab, under model Options, select require a specific model. You will then see a box of template file. Navigate to your new template and select it. Click OK to exit.

Now, whenever this sequence file is opened, it will use this process template regardless of what is the model of the station.

I am new to Oracle database. I read book celebrates 'Expert Oracle Database Architecture' by Thomas kyte. Page n ° 62, he stated that "this dedicated server process is not (by definition) part of the instance."
But in the [email protected] documentation to almost most of the places, they have mentioned this dedicated server is part of an instance. Interestingly, Tom Kyte has co-written book. I got confused because the dedicated server process would also PGA, so he will be part of the memory, so it should be part of the instance. Then Tom Kyte said to this dedicated particular process and why? It must be said that with any reason? What is it?
I also asked my coach. But I don't have a satisfactory answer.

Try this: set up a simple application with two elements of the Application. Set a single item on new Instance in him: APP_USER and others before heading to: APP_USER. Then, on Page 1 of your application, print these two points. You should see that the point on the new Instance is set to nobody (that is, the user has not yet been authenticated) and the header before one is defined for the user that you just connected to.

It's a bit counterintuitive, as you mentioned, but this is workaround that I've used for a while and I had no problem with it.

Problem with the task of control of model code - execution instance remains open

We have some model mappings, for which we use some similar code with the model code BUILT_IN_CT model. Mappings to run successfully, but the task of control of model code seems to remain open. It's the same thing, even if I use the code model of control by default BUILT_IN_CT/CCT_ORACLE.

Yes, I see now the verification element hanging out in OWB, this looks like a bug in the OWB audit management, it should not be suspended. I don't think impact on behavior, he is a piece of dangling audit data that should not exist. You can raise a bug/SR?

I'm trying to implement the custom story types in our application, (ModifiedById), I can read the user name of the security context, but not the username.
I have a view object, say UserInfoVO which contains the logged in users info.
I know, I can create a new instance of the application at the bean module and using security context information, I can go get the user ID.

Prevent the display of switching when the laptop lid is closed?

Hello

I am looking for a way to prevent the display of switching when I close the lid of my laptop. On my old laptop, Windows XP, I could open the cover while watching a movie on a secondary antibody (TV) to display for example to check something on the web on the laptop screen - displays remained as they were. But under Vista, whenever I get close or open the cover, screen goes on television and laptop as a result and the whole process takes some time. This behavior remains the same even after the deactivation of TMM in Vista.
Is there a solution to this problem?

1. open Device Manager
2. in "System devices" find "ACPI lid"
3 open the properties for "ACPI lid" and go to the tab "driver".
4. Select "Update driver".
5. Select 'Browse my computer for driver software' and 'Let Me pick "...
Uncheck the "Show compatible hardware".
6 and now, 'Manufacturer' select "(Standard système truc) ' and model:"
'Volume manager' (Yes, 'Manager of Volume')
7. then, then restart the system and it works!

Prevent the pre-treatment of missing values
Is there a way to prevent the automatic preparation of missing values? I would like to see SVM handle them as part of his class in one-class-classification, but it seems to prepare all missing values with hope and fashion through the NVL operation. I think that this affects the ranking of future null values, since they can too. Or is the only way to get around this to feed the future null to the ranking algorithm with similar missing value treatment?

ODM has different interpretations for missing values. They are interpreted as missing at random when they are passed as scalar columns, and they are interpreted as lacking as sparse when passed as nested (for example, dm_nested_numericals). Intend it to match the expected semantics. If the table has a column called "AGE" that has NULL values inside, then ODM interpreter NULL values as unknown - missing at random. Some algorithms (for example, Naïve Bayes) can treat these values by ignoring them. Others need a different type of treatment. SVM will replace with average/mode, just as you mentioned. This behavior is correct if values are in fact unknown. This behavior runs even with ADP is not enabled because it is necessary for a correct interpretation of the data. If it has not been performed, SVM would naturally then treat these missing values as a coding for zero. Although this might be correct in some cases, the most common cases (as in the case of 'ÂGE' above) would lead to an erroneous interpretation. If the encoding with zero is the correct interpretation, the user must replace NULL with 0 (for example, using embedded data preparation) or move the column to a nested representation.
When the model is marked, this same missing value is always processed (as it is not bound to ADP - this is a correct interpretation of the data). You don't need to do it manually - it is managed as part of the rating model.

For the second question, here's an example that combines treatment and ADP shipped. You can add the value of "NOPREP" for the argument optional fifth to set_transform to disable the ADP for this particular column during the incorporation of data preparation (in the case below, the embedded data prep is done, then the resulting value ADP).
