Prevent the Image data to export

I have two logos of the company at the top of my game. When chose him the user whose business they are in, the corresponding logo become visible. Unfortunitly, because the images are fixed to global binding (so that they appear on every page), exports the image data to my spreadsheet. How can I have her select user a business location and have that image (logo) become visible, repeat on each page but not to export the image data?

Hello

You must use images instead of image fields because the images are interpreted as a design as lines or retangles objects and not be included in the XML data.

When you need the images repeatedly in shape you, you can create prototypes.

Here's an example form to demonstrate how it works.

  • Images deleted from the camera data after export of Lr

    Hello

    I just opened the images in jpg format in PS. Images have been exported to Lr and for some reason any of all the camera data went...

    I went through all the settings in Ps and Lr and found nothing...

    I have attached a screenshot.cameraData.jpg

    Hi, this is a similar to a previous post and here is my answer:

    In the export, under metadata dialog box, make sure that you have checked the box to 'Write keywords as Lightroom hierarchy', in this way all of your keywords will be carried over to Photoshop.   Conversely, if you do not want your keywords or other metadata to show in Photoshop, then check the box for "minimize embedded metadata". I hope this helps.

    There will not be any support for a pirated copy of Windows. I suggest you install a genuine Windows 7 on the computer and test the issue. If you face the same problem let us know so that we can help you further.

  • How to add metadata to the JPG format without changing the image data

    I have a JPG file and I want to use Photoshop to simply add metadata to the image - the author, the copyright of some tags. I don't want to change anything in the data of the image itself, but chsaving file does not change, even if I select the highest quality. I know that it has changed because the hashcount for the actual image data has changed; I also see changes in areas of the DHT and DQT and I need avoid these changes.

    Photoshop is the wrong tool, then you can use Bridge for example.

  • Prevent the "submit data" of SmartView

    Hello

    Given that several forms of Hyperion Planning in my application are run automatically record the Business Rules, I prevent users to submit data via Smart View.
    Is there a way to disable the "Submit information" button in all the ribbons of SmartView?
    Is it possible to make it in a selective way and disable just for part of the users?
    How?

    Thank you very much
    Yoram

    No, it is not possible to disable the Submit data in SmartView. The SmartView aims to provide the same functionality that they will be available through the web of planning. If users are generally allowed to use both as they are in both cases only allowed to enter data at intersections, they have access to.

  • Why I get a gray on the images that I exported?

    Image looks good in LR or PS, but not if I open it in other software programs, or send the image by e-mail.  I can see the cast iron on the thumbnails when I exported the.  Color profile is RGB Pro and even if I do any changes to the image in PS.  I have LR3

    Help!   Thank you

    In my opinion that ProPhoto RGB is not a good choice for sending the images to clients for printing – unless they explicitly specify ProPhoto RGB.

    The standard for industrial printing is still Adobe RGB; in my experience, it's what waiting for clients and printers.

  • Date field prevents the past dates

    I've created a form that employees use to get the goods to another Department.  On this area is the expiry date of the product.  I want to create a field which when the user places at an earlier date (i.e. is today 19/05/16 and they put in the 18/05/16) or the area becomes red or a message box opens indicating that the product has expired.  Thank you

    You can use a validation script customized for the text field, something like the following:

    Validate the script for the text field

    (function () {}

    Do nothing if the field is empty

    If (! event.value) {}

    return;

    }

    Get the current date/time

    Var letter = new Date();

    Set the time of the day at midnight

    oDate.setHours (0, 0, 0, 0);

    Convert field entry to the date object

    Use any date format, the field is up for

    var oDateEntered = util.scand ("mm/dd/yyyy", event.value);

    If (+ oDateEntered< +odate)="">

    The attention of the user

    App.Alert ("Please enter a date that is not in the past", 3);

    Eventually, refused entry

    Event.RC = false;

    }

    })();

  • Compression setting specific to the image when you export to PDF

    I have a document with about 15 images 48pp some files .ai, .psd files and .tiff files placed in it.

    Is it possible that I can use jpeg compression on all images except one where I want to ZIP compress to keep all the details in an image of the card which is placed as a .psd ATM? The only thing I can think is to export all the separate bits in the form of files tiff/jpeg card images and select no compression in the export dialog, this reduces the flexibility in the production phase and is a chore, I prefer to be without future workflows.

    Not at once. You can first export all the pages with a standard compression and then a page with different settings and later merge/replace in Acrobat.

  • Force the image resize to export

    It is possible to specify the size of the file photo by programming in an export service?

    For example, if I hide the imageSettings section, can I then specify resize to 800px on the longest side until the photo is made?

    Yes, there are some (admittedly thin) documents in the SDK 2.2 manual update.

    Example of code a little more http://forums.adobe.com/thread/359751.

    I hope this helps.

  • Export the Image of Acrobat

    I have an InDesign document that has anchored two JPG images. An image that has kept the link to the original file, the second image is more linked to the original file and does not exist. Let's say a picture of a tree and the second image that is no longer the link is to a car just for help in this discussion.

    When I generate a PDF and run the "Export all Images" function from Acrobat, it exports two JPG images.

    How is Acrobat able to export the second image (car) if the original source file no longer exists?

    And the other image (tree), which is still included in the InDesign file. It seems that Acrobat exports this dimension and image size defined in the InDesign file. That is totally different from the original JPG file if you open both images in Photoshop.

    Just trying to get a better understanding on what Acrobat exported when you use the function "export all Images.

    When you generate the PDF file, all image data is stored in the PDF file and in no case is based on an external file. When you export an image from the PDF file, it takes the image data and generates a new file that will be necessarily different from that of the original source file, for a number of possible reasons (different physical size [as in your case], different compression method, subsampling, etc..)

  • Insert data on the Image

    Hello

    I want to put the image data dynamically?, can someone help me to insert data on the image?

    Its urgent I'm waiting

    Thank you

    I assume you mean the text data. You could just add a textfield over an image by adjusting the XY coordinates. You just check that your index Z is correct.

  • Impossible to export the image in AdobeRGB (1998) and 8-bit.

    Hi all

    Im trying to export an image from Lightroom with the following file:

    -TIFF

    -AdobeRGB (1998)

    -8 pieces/components

    When the image file is exported is rather has sRGB and 24 bits in the settings.

    I'm not quite sure where it won't.

    I hope that someone of you can help me on this one.

    There is a minor bug in LR, on Windows and Mac, you can safely ignore.  LR affects an incorrect value for the EXIF:ColorSpace field, and that's what shows Windows File Explorer.  But LR includes ICC profile correct, i.e. what color management applications pay attention to. If you open the TIFF exported in Photoshop or some other color management application, you'll see that he thinks that the TIFF format is Adobe RGB (1998).

    Note that the Mac Finder or Windows Explorer may be invoked view photo metadata.  In this case, Windows File Explorer does not show you the ICC_Profile field and the Mac Finder does not show EXIF:ColorSpace.
