Prevent the tap and hold the right menu?

I have a bit of a problem trying to set up a list of re-controlled.

I want you to be able to hold an item, and then drag it to reorder the list.

This part is made and works. The problem is whenever you press and hold on the screen, you can a side menu that slides in.

This is very useful when recording on a picture, but when not, you get just an empty menu, and you have to type to get rid of him.

Is there a way to control this menu?

That's BB10.2 btw.

Found. This menu is called the context menu and can be turn on and off through the:

BlackBerry.UI.ContextMenu.Enabled = false;

  • How to prevent the context menu?

    I have a view of the image that has a context menu that are associated with, and I have a slider that is in addition to that view.

    You can interrupt the opening from the popup menu.

    contextMenuHandler: ContextMenuHandler {
         onPopulating: {

    I don't know that it is a pure question of Firefox. Have you tried around switching between regular Windows themes to see if one of them restore default menu colors?

    Sometimes there are differences between integrated and accessories themes that have some strange effects. I can't find the thread now, but if I remember correctly, a few users Windows 8.1 downloaded some themes of Microsoft.com , which had a different settings regular themes that have caused problems in Firefox.

  • How can I prevent the right vertical scroll bar to disappear?

    In one of the changes made to Windows during the past two years, the vertical right scroll bar, which was visible all the time, now turns off after a few seconds of inactivity.  I find it very annoying.  Normally, I place the cursor on the arrow towards the bottom of the scroll bar so I can click on it to move around the screen while I read it.  But since then the scroll bar disappears after a few seconds, I click and of course nothing happens.  I have to move the cursor to get the scroll to reappear/reactivate bar so I can use, then position it on the arrow down and click.  Boring, boring, boring.  Why they did it default for this is beyond me, since the scroll bar is non intrusive and barely perceptible.  Microsoft seems to be more concerned about the aesthetics of function.  I wish they reassess their values.  But I digress.  Is it possible to place the scroll bar so that it does not disappear?  Or, at the very least, set a timer so that it remains visible for more than a few seconds?

  • Touch and hold to display the text hidden on the phone site.

    Hi all

    I was wondering if it is possible to have hidden text appear when you tap and hold an object on your site phone version. I will try to give an example to help clarify what I'm after.

    For example, I am a Graphic Designer under my article "offered services, I would like the user to be able to touch and hold an icon for, say, Print Design. When they touch and hold this icon, 5 bullets of text appear under the icon they hold, and all objects under this icon move toward the low make room for these 5 chips. Once the user takes their pressure on the icon, points 5 retract back to hidden and all the objects under the icon back in their original position.

    I hope it's possible? If so, how?

    Thank you much in advance. It is appreciated.

    Mike.

    Just try to press on and hold your finger on this text (or image) and you'll see why this is not possible. By pressing and holding an object in a browser, the operating system takes over and selects the text or the image under your finger to copy.

    These settings are the default Windows via the control panel settings and refer to items on the screen... which is to support icons, menus pop-up, popup dialogs etc through the operating system.

    Parameters for the real feather must be made through the application of the Wacom tablet properties where click is the only option for the outside pen tip

    Most applications implement sensitivity to pressure, as in the drawing, and other applications such as word processing and others to implement the actions dialog and menu popups.

    For use with the right button in lightroom, you will need to assign a button as Theresa J said.

  • How to list the PHONE menu items

    Hello.

    I am building an app that injects the menu and the wheel to the up and down events to access elements of the PHONE menu.

    To be precise, in appeal, at any given time my application needs to choose an item from this menu.

    So I inject the MENU, then the Dial-UP (for a step or two), then ENTER.

    Now, I need to be sure that I pressed the right menu item.

    This is why I would like the ApplicationMenuItemRepository.MENUITEM_PHONE to the list

    Is it possible to do?

  • Menu bar moves to the right in IE6 and IE7

    Hello, my name is Stephen and a site I worked on is having problems of compatibility with IE6 and IE7. It could very well have problems of compatibility with other browsers as well, but I work in newer versions of IE, Mozilla, Safari, and Chrome.

    My problem is that the navigation at the top of my screen bar moves to the right, off the page, when there should be balance.

    I use Dreamweaver CS5.

    The Web site can be found at http://www.dremata.com

    It is currently under construction, but you should be able to see the line menu bar.

    Here is a screenshot of the page rendered in IE7, with the wrong menu bar on the right:

    menubar-off.jpg

    And behold, it is correctly aligned in IE8:

    menubar-correct.jpg

    Below, I've posted my CSS and welcome, opinions, critical and all your comments. My knowledge on HTML, CSS and using Dreamweaver is incredibly limited. All that I know is a mixture of self-taught and a course I took in high school. I try to learn as much as I can, so don't hold back. I have tried countless hours to get this menu bar for centering in IE6 and 7 and have applied the techniques I've read on (something hasLayout and floats compensation), but nothing helped. It is too frustrating to work more, so I hope someone can help me, lol.

    Add clear: both; in the .menubar css selector.

    HOWEVER, although that will position your navigation inside your page it will still not be rendered exactly the same in IE6 IE7 & as in Firefox, Safari, etc.

    Thick cross-browser I would revise the css for the .menubar .menubar ul, li and css anchor as below (is there no need to use the star or underscore hacks as long)

    {.menubar}
    Width: 960px;
    Clear: both;
    }
    . MenuBar ul {}
    Width: 960px;
    list-style-type: none;
    }
    . MenuBar ul li {}
    float: left;
    margin: 0 0 0 4px;
    }
    . MenuBar ul li a {}
    display: block;
    Background: #fff;
    Width: 100px;
    border: 1px solid #CCC;
    Color: #000;
    text-decoration: none;
    text-align: center;
    Police: normal 10px/18px "Lucida Grande", "Lucida Sans Unicode", verdana, lucida without serif.
    }
