I have a signature stored in the preview, how do I import or save it for use in a signature for mail?

Go to mail > Preferences > signature > assign which signature you want to use with which e-mail account.

    original title: email signatures

How did you compose the signature?  If you have used the word or some office products, its probably loaded with unnecessary code.  In Word save as html, but use the filtered HTML and which should reduce the size.

All you really need is the basic HTML code such as:

    This is a signature.

    Here's a picture:

You can copy and paste that into Notepad and add some text, formatting, and images you want.

She wants that I create this html and then make it as a model of automatic e-mail signature.

And, as you do not discuss Apple here, this is a user to user support site. Please take these steps to remove the mail folders 'sandbox '.

    Step 1

    Back up all data.

Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select this option:

    ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail

Right-click or Ctrl-click on the highlighted line and select

    Services ▹ Reveal

the contextual menu.* A Finder window should open up with a folder named "com.apple.mail" selected. If this is the case, move the selected folder - not only its content - on the desktop. Open the window Finder for now.

Log off or restart the computer. Launch Mail and test. If the problem is resolved, you may have to re-create some of your e-mail settings. Any writing paper custom that you created may be lost. Ask for instructions if you want to keep these data. You can then delete the folder that you moved and close Finder.

CAUTION: If you change the content of the sandbox, but leave the folder itself in place, Mail may hang or starts any. Remove the tray to sand everything will be rebuilt automatically.

    Step 2

If step 1 does not resolve the problem, repeat with this line:

    ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.MailServiceAgent

    * If you do not see the item context menu copy the selected text in the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination. In the Finder, select

Go ▹ go to the folder...

from the menu bar and paste it into the box that opens by pressing command + V. You won't see what you pasted a newline being included. Press return.

  • Change the e-mail signature

    Original title: attachments

I have set up an e-mail which will be sent to different people. I like to be set up as I could do, I told some people to edit for me. My signature must be on the end. They sent me is Email.docx. How can I get my signature on this e-mail and it remains editable, as I change the name and address of each email, the receiver. Also, I'm a novice at this.

There are a lot of ways to handle this.  Some programs like Adobe Acrobat can create signature fields you type in, and single and digitally signs the message, and locks the file with a security code, so it cannot be changed.  Microsoft also has some programs that can do this, see:

Add or remove a digital signature in Office documents

    ----

There is also a low tech solution to sign your name on the paper, scanning the image and then just put your signature image in the document. However, this is not 'safe' and anyone can copy the signature. I am not a lawyer, but I'm not too sure if it is legally binding representation of a signature (it could be, honestly, I have no idea).

  • BlackBerry Smartphones change my e-mail signature

I wanted to change my signature to e-mail "Sent from my Blackberry" to something else like "Sent using my Crackberry" or something like that. I used to know how to do, but I forgot. I believe that it is through the Desktop Manager. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You need to connect to the site of BIS of your operator where you installed e-mail. If you click the edit function for any email account, there is a part of the signature to change it to one that you would like it to be. Look at this link from your carrier's BIS site connection: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/blackberry101/setup.jsp#tab_tab_email

    That should cover it.
