  Master pages are used a background for the body (similar to a background image) pages.

  You should put all your content in the pages separate body rather templates.

  I have a report that created the data for 12 months. When I see a preview pDF of the report on the same page that six months are selected and then the rest of are displayed on the second page.
  
  I want every 12 months, in the columns to display on a single page.
  
  Please let me how can know I achieve this. I played with a lot of settings here, but not able to do this.

  Try this-

  1 open the report in the FR. studio

  2 file--> Page layout

  3 check - adjust the width of page and click OK.

  4 run the report as a PDF in the browser.

• Preview PDF files

  Most of the PDF documents can be viewed easily in Firefox, without having to download. There are some, although that, for example the confirmations of bank transfers that are not in preview and a regular download dialog box is displayed.

  This happens on Firefox running on two different computers (one using Linux Mint 17.1, the other - Windows XP)

  How can I solve this problem?

• Preview PDF creates bad as page title

  I have a PDF file that once seen through the firefox pdf previewer causes a page title to create what appears to be constructed attributes taken from the PDF file. For example, for the document.

  I cleaned my my recent history of "cookies" and "cache" without him to make a difference. The title seems to be created by the PDF Viewer. If a title must be created, then it should just be the doc title itself or a combination of the name of file and doc. It does not include programming tool.

  Firefox seems to be placing the title before the name of the document file.

• Is there a way to open the exported pages automatically in the preview PDF files?

  New to Mac and I was wondering if this feature is available. I regularly export Pages as PDF documents before sending them to the customers.

  In Windows / Word, PDF files created automatically opens so you can view them.

  I know it takes 5 seconds to manually open them in the preview, but if I missed an option that could automate this step?

  When you print to PDF, choose the Option "open with Preview.

  A few days ago I lost the ability to preview a pdf file in the windows preview pane explorer 7.  I can always get a glimpse of other documents including doc and jpg.  Any ideas why this would disappear?  Thank you!

  Hello, we have problems with Adobe Acrobat Pro XI 11.0.09 do not open in a preview window in IE 11.  Our application shows a preview of the pdfs in IE, but since the upgrade to IE 11 open some pdf users outside of IE and open in Adobe.  Is there a setting or a plug-in for Adobe that solves this problem?.  It happened not while we were on IE 8.

• Interactive pdf question, text will not be displayed during playback of the slidewshow

  I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how I can add text high file mp4 am and do work when exported as an interactive pdf. For some reason any the mb4 plays very well, but the text will not appear. It looks like it will work fine when I look at the windon preview swf in indesign. I can add text has to a page with a picture im in the back and works very well. But do not know why the text will not appear up if its a mp4 file instead. someone at - it suggestions?

  Interactives to go above the static elements. You can try to convert the text to a button, but I don't know if it will work in a PDF document.

• Preview iPad question

  Hi, apologies if this has been asked before, but is it possible to give the user a preview of the magazine you expect to buy on Apple booth? At the moment, it seems to be limited to coverage. It would be good to allow user 'flick' by the magazine in miniature style to give them an impression of what inside (like the newsstand in a store). Looks like that other publishing software provide this functionality.

  And part B of the question is, if I have a problem of free (for the user) sample of my paid problems, I suppose I must pay for folio for each downloaded free sample download?

  For part of your question, no, it is not possible currently to offer a glimpse of a folio of payroll (whether through thumbnails of playback of content or part of a part of the content).

  For part B of your question, Yes, free folios count against the download cost. You can read more about it in this thread: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4064294#4064294. Bob has provided a good set of responses around the work of folios free how, particularly in regard to the issues of multiple publications and the iTunes store.

• Pdf question CS5.5 Windows print

  I'm on a PC - Windows 7 using CS5.5.

  -J' have created a piece and printed in pdf format.

  -When the person at the other end will print margins are all off. I realize and pointed out that they use a desktop printer, not a high-end printer. Print out seems to be reduced in proportion to the middle\center.

  -They have their job to to a Kinko's, and I assured the printer of the Kinko of probably fine and will adjust. I called Kinkos and asked if she needed a profile specific pdf and they said 'no '.

  -J' sent screenshots of the layout with measure mark all the 1/8 inch (place visible lines on the table) so they could see how everything is measured correctly InDesign view.

  -J' checked and there is no bleed and gutter (good does not apply in the present case, but made sure that anyway).

  QUESTION - is there something else I can do\try or can we printers we use.

• Variant black intensity in the preview PDF/InDesign - ideas so dangerous?

  I meet the following quirk for the display of my book in PDF or even inside Indesign.

  My black color intensity is variable on some discrepancies fairly randomly. Look at the picture below to see what I mean. Notice the difference between higher and lower left.

  

  You see, how in the upper part is less black? Of course, since it is a block of text, the text is exactly the same attribute-wise. There is also no overlay or features superimposed on high, low or whatever. Text in black on white paper.

  Anyway. So I thought: it's a little weird. I checked the color values in Photoshop in important and pixellisant the respective pages. They seem to match. I did a print test, they seem to match.

  Now the funny part: I thought, there must be a problem of smoothing so I made a screenshot of Acrobat and Indesign, and what I see is that the text on the pages get anti aliasing differently! (right column)

  My question now is:

  Why?

  Where we configure it the same?

  Have effects on printing?

  I'm on Windows 7 64 bit running ID CS5 with all the patches.

  'Breach' of the text on pages that have a transparency is a known phenomenon of display. It allows to print on a printer of office and commercial copiers, but I don't think it appears on the press release. The standard solution is to put a small transparent object somewhere out in the margin of the master page that forces all pages to use transparency and so all the text to be a bit more daring in appearance.

  IM export some art work from illustrator into indesign, and I have 2 questions.

  1. when I copy paiste my work in illustrator in indesign, that masks don't be flattened so im getting white in indesign, so I rather save my file and then place him and everything is fine.

  2nd when I discovered my text in indesign with my artwork of illustrator, the text in the document looks like pixelated.but when I create a PDF its clear.

  my settings in indesign of high quality display performance.

  Save as have or PDF of Illy and use the file > place command.
