• How to make Firefox exit reloading web pages of several times (while I read a page), so that the back button to return to the previous page

  The back button did not work correctly for perhaps a month. I have finally addressed the problem but have no solution. Updated for Firefox 43.0, turned off all my Add-ons back to header by default, then also ran the refreshment of deleted my Add-ons. This problem occurs on many web sites. I'll click on Rawstory.com (for example), and then click an article and start viewing. While the page does not appear to charge that I read, I noticed that the small icon in the tab of Rawstory winks (as if reloading the page). This happens over and over again. Now I know to pull down the window under the left arrow to see what happened. The last page I read ended show 9 times under the arrow to the left, even if all I did was click top once and read the article. I wondered if my click on the scroll bar to read to the bottom of the article is somehow cause this problem (same for the use of my fingers on the touchpad). Thanks for your help.

  Tonight, for example, I have several tabs open that I would close but reopen tomorrow.

  I would like to save them all as '30 April' in my favorites... the 0ld version allowed me to do, but I can't find it in the new version.

  The only way I don't seem to lose these tabs open, I work with is making "Contol + delete", but I know that this should not be done all the time...

  Some menu entries are hidden by default and only appear if you use the keyboard to open the menu.

  You can see the difference if you use Alt + F or Alt + B to open the menu 'File' and 'Favorites' and compare them to what see you if you use the mouse to open the menu after completing the bar menus visible by pressing Alt, or by pressing F10.

  • "To bookmark all tabs" (Shift + Ctrl + D) is no longer present in the menu bookmarks unless you open the bookmarks menu via the keyboard (Alt + B).
  • 'Bookmark this Page' is accessible through the context menu of the browser page.
  • "To bookmark all tabs" are available through the context menu of a tab on the tab bar.

• The Back button only allows me to return a page at a time instead of select a previous page from a drop-down list. It is a real problem: someone has any ideas?

  In the previous version of Firefox, I could go back to a previous page by clicking on a part of the previous button which brought up a list of recently visited sites and clicking on one of them, might go back to this page. This installation does not seem to be available in the latest Firefox, and the back button only goes back one page at a time. It's really embarrassing, like,

    it now takes longer to get to an earlier page
    there is no visibility of previous pages visited
    any actions carried out on webpages are undone when going back through them - this does not happen when jumping back several pages in one go.
  

  It is a real problem, I used the old system constantly and cannot continue to use Firefox 4.0 unless there is a way around it.

  Usually, I have send emails to a group diverse in people and wants to be able to see all the people to whom I send e-mail. The latest version has only room to view the two addressed before forcing a made scroll to ensure that all the wanted names are there. WHY IS IT BETTER THAN THE OLD METHOD?

  Bob Rice aka bigears78 (journalist) and anyone else affected, sorry for the inconvenience caused by changes in the latest version TB31 recipient box. and some of the answers here are not accurate.

  (1) prior to TB24, lines of default recipient number is a 4. In TB24, we changed that with my patch in Bug 425451 to become 3, assuming that this will save valuable space vertical for a large number of users, given that the entire header area consumes a lot of screen real estate. For users who regularly use and want see more than 3 recipients at the same time as a default value, there is a hidden pref:

  Tools > Options > advanced > General > Config Editor
  mail.compose.addresswidget.numRowsShownDefault = 3;

  (2) since time immemorial, you can drag to manually enlarge the composition for this specific message header area (not retained, because your next message will be different; use pref by default lines above). Before TB31, drag the splitter under the subject field. TB31 leave, drag the lower border of the header area of composition, i.e. the lower border of the toolbar put formatting in the case of HTML messages.

  3) there is a bug in TB31 (at least on Windows XP theme which I use) that the vertical space of the widget has been calculated too small; Therefore, there is a scroll bar as soon as you start a new message that should not be there. When you add multiple addresses, these few missing pixels can cause the 3rd row to never be visible only IF you expand the widget manually as described in 2) above, or increase the number of default rows, see 1). If you find yourself with a maximum of 2 lines visible at any time, which will be mainly seem to be only 1 row because the empty line account also (for details, see 4). I think that we can turn 1056404 Bug to cover this issue.

  OT: I had notified volunteer developers responsible on this issue via PM in April, in time before the release cycle, but did not answer because they were not happy with my other suggestions, how to make the new a little less strange strange flat header by making at least the header (to, CC,...), the type selectors married in rather that stand out for no reason.

  (4) in TB24, entry in the last line recipient has confirmed this recipient and added a new blank line; Tab would just activate the subject field. In TB31, tab behaves now as input, also creates a new line.   Applicable to Windows 7.

  The following steps require administrator credentials.

  • Use the Windows + R or "Run" in the start menu, then type gpedit.msc.
  • Navigate to Computer Configuration > Windows settings > local policies > user rights assignment > consider all policies "prohibit the newspaper on" to check if your guest account is listed. Remove account from the list, and you should be fine to continue using your guest profile.

  After the migration of the project where ever, we use ADFContext.getCurrent () .getSessionScope () .put ("dummy", 1);

  put the variable in the session. We receive the exception as Houston-25150: the getCurrent method on the oracle.adf.share.ADFContext class is not allowed. In the earlier version, but its works very well.

  When you upgrade to 8.1 Windows it will replace your Windows 8.0. The only way I know to have both is to buy a copy of Windows 8.1 and install on another partition or drive.  Hope this helps and if you need another post to help and we will be happy to help you.
