I have a new 533 hp printer and I can't find the settings to print last page first when you print multiple pages, can anyone help?

    Hello tsmith777 & Jman1972,.

In fact, I went and installed the printer myself on a computer that is running Windows 7, and you're right, that option is not listed.

I was able to install another pilot who was in fact the option.

Here are the steps on how to install another driver:

    1. Make sure that the USB cable is not connected to the product. If the USB cable is connected to the product, unplug it.

    2. In the Windows taskbar, click the Windows icon ( ), and then click devices and printers.

    3. Click Add a printer. The Add Printer window.

    4. Click Add a local printer.

    5. Click use an existing port.

    6. Click the drop-down list use an existing port , select LPT1: (Printer Port), and then click Next.

    7. Under manufacturer , in the installation of the printer driver window, click HP .

    8. Under Printers, select the appropriate driver to spare for the product (Deskjet 990c), and then click Next.

NOTE: The other pilot of HP of your product might not be currently installed on your computer, but it is available via Windows Update. Click the Windows Update button to select additional printer drivers. Select the driver replacement for your product and then click Next. You must connect to the Internet before using Windows Update.

    9. In the printer name text box, type the name of the product, and then click Next. The printer driver starts the installation process.

NOTE: The substitute driver name appears in the window as the default name. If you prefer, you can change the name of your product. This step is optional.

Once installation is complete, a message appears on the computer indicating that the product has been successfully added.

    10. In the message window, click done.

    11. Plug the USB cable into the product and connect the USB cable to the computer. An software device driver is not properly installed window opens.

    12. Click close ( ) to close the window.

    ------------------------------------------------

Since the Deskjet 990c driver is installed, follow these steps to configure the installed driver.

    1. In the devices and printers window, right-click the name of the product and then click on printer properties. The printer properties window opens.

    2. Click the Ports tab.

    3. Click the menu drop down and then replace the LPT1 to USB or DOT4port.

NOTE: If there is more than one available USB/DOT4 port, select the USB/DOT4 port with the largest number of port. To see the full port name, expand the line of ports in the Properties dialog box by placing the cursor on the vertical line between the Port and the Description, then click and hold down the mouse button. Move the mouse to the right until the name of the port is visible.

    4. Click OK.

Let me know if it works for you!

    Hi Majeski,

    Thank you for your answer!

On your desktop, you will have an icon HP. Must say HP solutions Center, or it could be the name of the printer. Double-click on it, then select Preferences defined, make sure you are on the tab layout, you can change the order of Page from front to back or back to the front. Please see the pictures below as examples:

Hope this clears things up for you and have a great day!

  • How to set print 1st page first

I just bought a HP Officejet 4632 and would like to know how to print the FIRST page is first of all, instead of the last page first.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

First I clicked on "devices and printers" then I have the printer... right click and you click 'Printing Preferences' then the choice came to choose: HP Officejet J4500 series - HP Deskjet 9800 Printer - HP Officejet 4630 series - Fax - HP Officejet 4630.  My printer is HP Officejet 4632. Don't know why it is not listed, but a few nights ago an HP agent strives to implement (online) print 1,2,3,4 instead of 4,2,3,1, and never succeeded.

When you follow your instructions, I clicked on HP Officejet 4630 and set of pages order before ot back and clicked on apply downstairs. I tested the printer and it still printed on the last page first.  The agent HP told me that this particular model could not be configured to print in an order any without putting him on any other HP printer that WOULD print 1 page first. I think this is where the different versions came when I right click on the printer... Should the computer is turn off and on for first page first which will come into force?

If you go to the menu 'Préférences' when you go to print, there are an option for 'Page order' you can change "Back to front" to "Front to Back". Who should take care of it for you, but I would like to know if it doesn't and I'll try to find something.

LaserJet 2100 can reverse print order?

Hell - I am answering my own question.   Searched a bit in the properties, went to the Advanced Options tab.  In printing by default, there is a paper/quality tab.   Simply change the order of pages on the front to the back.   Sure, it works!     I gave myself a pat on the back.

  • Print last page blank, how to avoid the last page to print, using NiReport

    Hi all

I use NIReport to generate report/Print.

    I have problem

I have a page to print,

I wrote until the last line

Problem is that NEITHER report adds a new, blank page, which is not necessary.

This problem n, t occur when we write in the last row or left white.

Note: I also have a header and footer details

It will be printed on the blank page.

When NIReport understand specific text is last line of the page, then NIReport automatically add the new page in the template.

How to avoid printing the last white page in NIReport?

    Thank you

    Mukesh Kumar

Just a guess: you use AppendLine? If so, you can try to move on AppendText to write the line, adding of newline as the first call when you need to start a new line. AppendLine adds a new line to the report after printing the line, and this can generate a blank page if you write to the last line on the page.

  • Different conditional section of the last page.

    Hello

I created a complex model to manage orders from our Bill. Last page should be a clear document delivery for the driver, not the customer. As the header and footer needed changed to the last page, I created a Section break in the word document. Then I learned that we don't need this last page to print based on a series of Routing Codes. I tried to put the conditional before the section break and in a number of places, and all I could seem manage to do it, it was on the last page, in white instead of eliminate it completely. Thus, rather than conditionally print last page, it prints conditionally Lady.

While I would be satisfied just to launch the blank page into the printer, I am sure that having a blank page at the end of the report is going to irritate users of the report.

So, how can I include a section break to a last page that prints under certain conditions without printing a blank page?

I have looked at a number of possible solutions on the forums, but have been unable to implement successfully.

    Help is appreciated.

    Thank you
