Print of MS Outlook emails and their attachments in pdf format

I have Acrobat Pro XI. Is it possible to print several emails and their attachments to PDF without having to open each one at a time? Attachments are for the most part, MS Word documents, and they must be printed to pdf and e-mail messages.

Hi Jay,.

You can use the plugin "Acrobat" in Outlook and select the messages or folders to convert to PDF

Email attachments appear in the attachments section pdf files.

Kind regards

Rave

Is it possible that I can see how much space is being taken up by all my emails and their attachments? If I right click on an email it tells me the size, but if I try to highlight all emails the properties button is grayed out.

For Windows Live Mail, go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail, right-click on the folder and select Properties.

You may need to show hidden files. Type the Folder Options in the search box above the Start button and select view advanced settings and check that the box "display files and folders" and 'Hide protected operating system files' are not checked. You may need to scroll down to see the second element. You should also make sure that the box before "Hide extensions of known file types" is not checked.

    I don't know about Chrome.

    Hi Keith,

We apologize for the inconvenience. I appreciate if you could help me with more information.

    1. what browser you use on the computer?

2 is this problem specific to a particular or secondary file?

    3. What antivirus application is installed on the computer?

If you are facing this problem when using your emails in Internet Explorer, try the following steps. This problem may occur because of installed modules, infection by the virus or corrupted Internet Explorer files.

As a first step of troubleshooting, I suggest that you optimize your browser to ensure that this help is not to question. Please see the link below:

Note: Reset the Internet Explorer settings can reset security settings or privacy settings that you have added to the list of Trusted Sites. Reset the Internet Explorer settings can also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the reset Internet Explorer settings.

You can also check for virus running scan for viruses using the Microsoft Security Scanner, which would help us to get rid of virus software spyware and other malicious software.

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

  • How to change the extension Doc and convert it to PDF format

I don't have Word, but have a few documents that need to be converted to PDF.  What would be the best way to do this?  I am very limited, not very computer saavy, so I don't know if there is a program that I can buy to convert documents without having to also buy Word.  Thank you very much.

I recommended a free pdf printer that literally transforms any type of file to pdf format. Once installed, you will have a printer added to your computer. Then, in Microsoft Word, you can select the newly added printer and print your document. But instead of a paper copy, you will have your PDF file saved in the computer.

I use Vista and Internet Explorer 8.  My Outlook emails not let me open the hyperlinks.  I get the same error message other inquisitive got solutions for IE6 and IE7: "operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer.  Please contact your system administrator. »

The solutions proposed in this forum for the error message are excellent and detailed.  However, they apply to IE6 and IE7, so I'm not able to follow the action steps.

  • Editing an email and keep attachments

I am trying to change a body of the email when sending (after clicking on send, before turning off). I have everything working, but when I modufy the body, I lose attachments.

email is a type of Message.

    works

    message.setSubject ("abc")

    does not work

    message.setContent ("NewText" + message.getBodyText ());

I just want to precede the text in the textbody... y at - it an easy way to do this?

    Thank you.

Two problems solved here, hope this is useful to someone else:

    (1) my solution for adding text on the body of an email without affecting attachments:

    Object pt = (Object) msg.getContent();if (pt instanceof BodyPart) {   String text = msg.getBodyText();   msg.setContent(banner + text);} else if (pt instanceof Multipart) {   Multipart mp = new Multipart();   TextBodyPart tbp = new TextBodyPart(mp,banner);   mp.addBodyPart(tbp);                            msg.setContent(null);     msg.setContent(mp);   msg.setContent(pt);}

    (2) Message.setContent (Object) does NOT erase the existing objects, what drives them. This explains my 'setContent (null) ".

    (3) If you just do a setContent (...) on a Multipart, you will lose your attachments... VERY STRANGE seen #2, huh? I repeated this hundreds of times... maybe a bug...

    (4) the name of temporary file I received (e.g., SU1289433050093.tmp) is the name of the image resized file. You know how BB asks if you want to send the original or a smaller version? That!. I don't know how solve this one, so it's going to be a low-pri bug for now...

  • I'm on a Mac and I need to fill out a permit special event Govt., and most are in .pdf format.

When I change the docs in docx there are always a few items off the power.  I have the basic service Adobe - is there a service where I can actually work in pdf format?  What is an upgrade?

No service for what you describe.

Rather buy you, install and use Acrobat.

However, the PDF forms can be processed (filled) with Adobe Reader XI.

(Note - PDF FORMS - those made with Acrobat that are "acroforms" or those made with Adobe LiveCycle Designer - who make up a large number of government stocks of forms (these are the "xfa" forms - xml encapsulated in PDF format - kind of "pig in a blanket").)

On any platform apple you must always keep the Apple default viewer PDF (preview) away from all the PDF files. This application is for "hostile PDF" PDF Forms.

  • Attachments in pdf format

I bought a new computer and I write reports, I installed office and acrobat 9. I wrote the part of the report, and converted to a pdf, I now need to add files to a single pdf file. I did several times on my old computer, but I am not given one option now that still pay for it. Any ideas?

This version of Acrobat did not support coexistence with the reader, insofar as

I remember. I would recommend just remove the drive and using Acrobat

    exclusively.

  • .Pst Outlook (emails and attachments) as PDF files

Can you, with the new Acrobat XI, convert Outlook 2010 e-mail messages with attachnents for PDF files with PDF attachments, like we used to do with Acrobat 9 and Outlook 2007?

Yes, what you described works fine.

  • My computer does not give me a print screen Option for emails and do not print them

I can print other documents, including attachments to emails, but not email.  It just happened last week.  I have run 29 Dec system restore and it did not help.  I chatted online with Dell, Microsoft and Earthlink, nothing helps... Please you have an answer?

WLM uses the IE print engine, so it's probably why you cannot print.  See here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/973479

I don't think that method 1 is the issue.  Try the 2, 3 or 4 and check in Internet Explorer.  Once fix you it in IE, so it should work in WLM.

  • Difference between printing PDF and convert them to PDF format

The accessibility of the web (screen readers, etc.), is there a difference, and if so, what is the difference?

    Thank you

    Hello
PDF can certainly be effectively used by contemporary and accessible assitive technology.
With Acrobat 8 or 9 professionals.
It's harder or easier than offer well-trained, accessible HTML.
With both, the major premise is that the content author knows the ' what and how ' and then this.
Without this, it is gigo for either.
When "well done", there is no need to go into something else.
"PDF cannot be accessible" is a common preception that is a conceptual mistake.

You can find two seminars request to the community of users of Adobe Acrobat addressing accessibility PDF of some interest.

    http://www.acrobatusers.com/learning_center/eseminars_on_demand

The most recent, "Tech Talk: Making PDF files comply with Section 508", was introduced by Duff Johnson.
The other, "Accessibility", was introduced by Charlie Pike.

Another resource is the accessibility of the AUC Forum
    http://www.acrobatusers.com/forums/aucbb/viewforum.php?id=18

Answer your question specifically; well trained, labeled output PDF that supports use of assistive technology
is not possible via the process standard of 'print '.

Initial assistance from applications that support the tag Manager is essential.
Adobe FrameMaker and InDesign provide. MS Word he directed via Adobe PDFMaker or module of NetCentric 'LEGS '.
Properly the content author dealt with results of management label in PDF files to output tagged requiring the minimum amount of post-processing to ensure accessibility. Tagless PDF output can be manually 'worked' accessibility - interesting activity but not ideal for the 'production '.
Point out that a 'hot' knowledgeable body will have to "put House" (but then, this is true of HTML as well).
