  I've been using the plugin "Print Studio Pro" with Photoshop elements 11 to print on my PIXMA Pro-10 photo printer.

  I upgraded to 12 items of Photoshop and now cannot install the plugin to 12 items.

  Any thoughts?

  Canon has an updated version of the Print Studio Pro (version 1.3.5) that should work OK with 12 elements. You can download it here: v1.3.5 Print Studio Pro.

  I downloaded and re-installed Digital Photo Professional and the print driver software 'IJ' Cannon, but when I try to open Print Studio Pro, I get the error message "printer supported by this software is not found."

  The printer works well with Photoshop, but I prefer the improved features of the Canon and the ability to print directly from DPP program.

  All software are the latest versions, but after downloading the latest printer driver, I still need to go back to system preferences and uninstall the printer in the printer list and then reinstall it, making sure to select the new driver (it is the one which appears as 'Canon IJ' on the list, not 'Hello').

  I am very new to this I just bought a Mac Book Pro and I'm subscribed to the Photoshop CC 2015.  I downloaded the last version of driver and software for the Canon Pixma Pro 100, as recommended to do and it does not appear in my plugins Photoshop CC, but it installed in my lighthouse.  It gives you the option of selection of the destination, it jumps just to install.  When you click also on the canon utilities cd and an arrow appears, it gives you only the windows of adobe versions, then lighthouse.  Why what can be done? Help would be greatly appreciated.

  I downloaded Print Studio Pro. It is automatically implemented in Lightroom CC 2015.2.1 but does not appear in Photoshop CC 2015.0.1 it doesn't work with Photoshop CC?

  What are you do to keep your DVD related advancing companies like Apple, operating systems pass DVD Studio Pro? I use 4 positions in our studio on all operating systems 4 last just if I can continue to keep the Cougar for DVDSP. Be it weddings, contests, dance groups, religious events DVD simply do not anywhere depending on the needs of the customers. Please don't same conference on people not wanting to do no more. Our business is exploding, only getting more and more wide. It will be a decade easily before it fades. Parents want it as much as they want yet printed special moments photography. Choice software DVD authoring are beside the Nile, or terrible. Nothing seems to have the flexibility of DVD Studio Pro for menu creation, button design, backgrounds, complete creative control and unique choice of MODELS of FAKE NO. Yet? bad reviews abound. I do research, I'm already on first, but of course my combinations .m2v and .wav work independently and can go anywhere.

  Hello Forum,

  I am trying to burn a DVD again an already existing DVD Studio, already registered and created the file pro with all the menus related to the video file.  Another company created the DVD Studio pro menu and queue in front of me, I replace the newly edited video and try to burn a DVD with the new video and audio files.

  I compressed the file Compressor 3.5 using the button create DVD in the compressor, I created a file DVD SD Mpeg2, audio and video.  Imported in the pro Studio already created DVD file, I have the burned DVD, but appears to "Support disc not available" when I try to play the DVD on my Imac drive (also not tried in a standard DVD player no chance)... I tried this twice now, the first time that I realized I had created a HD DVD, I also created a separate folder on the external drive as well.  When I click on the DVD that was burned it shows as: HVDVD_TS and no audio file.

  Can you please help me, I watched the video of youtube after another, but I'm not create from scratch, I know not at all unfortunately the program, but I use a DVD already created Studio, file with many menus already linked to the video and don't want to not recreate from scratch... I think this should not be so difficult, and definitely miss me something.

  When I scan or fax, we get:

  What should I do to fix this?

  Thanks for the help.  I actually did an update of the firmware and it solved the problem.

• MacBook Pro freezes when connected to external speakers

  This happened to me twice in the last two weeks, both times in the same circumstances. I take my mac at the Apple Store tomorrow, but I found it worth to post the question here:

  My Macbook Pro freezes when playing iTunes AND connected to an external audio system. Won't happen only when it is connected to the headphones or when you use the internal speakers. This does not happen immediately. It took about 10-20 minutes, and the specific song ends to play even if the computer is already frozen. I wonder what follows:

  This could result in the latest version of iTunes (12.3.3.17)?

  Or is there something funky going on with the material of my Mac?

  FYI, I have a Macbook Pro, 256 GB early 2015 and I've just updated to the latest OS (El Capitan 10.11.4)

  Could be due to the failure / faulty USB hub or cables (USB or audio, regardless of your game to the top). Try to connect without a hub (if you are using one) and with different cables.

  Given that the issue does not appear when you use a headset, I don't think it is related to iTunes.

  I think I see what's happening. You have recently upgraded to Windows 8, and you don't have to uninstall and reinstall the software for your printer for the new OS. Now, nothing works as it should. Fortunately, this is a fairly simple solution. Uninstall the printer software and reinstall it using the packaging designed for Windows 8. I'll link the software below. Let me know what happens.

  My printer HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium position of outgoing fax, and then numbers appear, usually of 9 and 6 randomly.  As soon as it starts, I can't abandon this process without turning off the printer.  My firmware, drivers are all to date. It's maddening! Thank you for the help here!
