  I recently bought a Photosmart all-in-One Printer 7525 and everything seems to be connected and I test pass reports a couple of times, but the printer does not connect for incoming fax calls and fax is the call and is supposed to be supported after 3 rings but does not activate. There is a digital one button the screen press if you want to accept the incoming fax, but if I'm not next to the fax, the incoming fax communication is lost.

  The HP Photosmart C4680 is not have a duplexer and it does not support duplex printing (print automatically on both sides).

• All-in-one Officejet 5610: computer said paper jam, printer does not respond

  We had a paper jam, which we is allowed. The printer says there is no jammed paper and printed successfully a self-test.  The table of edge devices and printers said that there is a jam paper and attempts to print just to sit in the queue.  Clicked on the HP Solution Center and it says printer is ready. The printer is okay.  Only the OS seems to have a different opinion.

  Not tried them: (1) open the back door and look for debris. (2) open the Feeder and locate debris.  (3) open front (involves opening door cartridge, unplug the printer and remove the trays) and search for debris.  (4) self test printing.  (5) restart the system.  (6) unplug the printer while and leave unplugged for 60 seconds to force the delivery.  (7) repeat steps 1-4.  No SOAP.

  Have you tried what is obvious.  Turn on the computer and the printer off both.  Now, unplug the printer from the computer.  Turn on the computer and then turn the printer back on.  Now reconnect the printer to the computer.  This assumes that the printer is connected to the computer via usb.  Alternatively, you can try to plug the usb cable into a different port.

• In windows 7 my all-in-one Officejet HP6110 constantly gives paper jam paper on first impression.

  After an order of printing the first sheet of paper is taken in two stages, the first step determined fast followed by a slow forward paper at the end of which the flashing light red starts flashing and the screen Announces "clear paper jam and press ENTER. Later print a product normally. This behavior all constantly repeats on each new print command. On my Windows XP pc, the printer behaves without problem. I think it's to do with the operating system. Any ideas how to correct this anomaly will be welcomed.

  Then, I propose updates through Adobe and also fill out your Windows updates also.

  Adobe:

  Open Acrobat or Reader.
  Select help - search for updates. If a new update is available, it installs automatically.
  Once installed, you can restart a computer.
  Then try to print the PDF file.

  I understand that you no longer have the installation disc to install your Photosmart 2610. Which is perfectly fine, you are able to download and install the software with Windows 7.

  You have two options:

  1. run the Wizard for Windows HP printer installation

  2. download Photosmart and Officejet Full Feature software and drivers

  Recently had installed a new operating system.  Reloaded HP printing software.  Could not find the control panel (I think that it is referred to as: HP Solutions Center's).  Printer works fine.  Scan does not work.

  I had this printer for two years and was satisfied with the results, use it with Windows XP. I had to update my system and Windows 7 was installed. I used my original for the printer driver and was advised that he was not recognized then suggested I go to the website and download the driver required, what I've done.

However, I need the black size cartridge regular.  After having removed the black cartridge regular size and noting its product number (CR283W), I went to the HP site.  The Web site search indicates that the product number is invalid.  Then I called the HP support line. They have confirmed that it is not valid and sought-after product number to another number. After 15 minutes, I was directed to the shipping department. The shipping department was very helpful, but could not give me the information I need.  Please, please, please, can someone give me a product for a black size cartridge number regular to adapt to the HP7520?  I have the XL size black cartridge, I need the ordinary black.  Thank you.

  The 'regular size black' is a photo, available in regular or XL capacity cartrdige.  The number of actual product will vary depending on the country in which you stand, but you can find the correct information site about HP SureSupply.

  Printer all-in-one Photosmart C310 just quit printing black ink cartridge.  I followed all the suggestions on help/support pages, including cleaning the contacts on the cartridge and print head (I do not soak the print head); making sure that nothing has been blocked; Unplug the printer for the moment came and reset; put in a new ink cartridge (the printer when it stopped printing in black, was still full of 1/3 to 1/2, according to the levels shown on the printer).

  It prints than a very altered, unreadable copy.

  I had this same problem about a year ago and find a solution on this web site, but cannot find anything about it now except for cleaning the heads, reset or to install a new cartridge.

  I tried to access this particular response from my old e-mail, but it is not related to whatever it is that has tackled the problem last year.  I desperately need this printer going again, please help.

  I didn't really picture for help, but I will do my best to clarify what I can! This document 'Print head problem' or "Print head seems to be missing or corrupt" Message appears on the computer is some visuals that will make things clear with my explanation below!

  The part you are diving into the water is the ink nozzles. When the instructions say do not touch the ink nozzles, that means with the fingers/hands. It says to make sure that you use a fluffy towel/no paper to wipe the print head, so don't put fats from your contact with her skin. The electrical contacts are the part of the print faces head that looks like the back of the printer, just in some places grouped copper.

  I hope this helps clear things upwards a bit for you
