Copy and paste a document in TextEdit/Word/Pages and then print them from there.  Go to the Safari preferences-> passwords.  Click on a site, and then press command + A.  This selects all.  Downstairs, click "Show passwords of Web sites".  You might your administrator password.  From there, you can open a word processing program and type on each site/login/password and print them off the coast.

Thank you for being a member of the HP support forums.  I see you want to learn more about the print settings with one of printing applications to which you are subscribed.

I've included the document Getting Started with Print Apps and at the request of delivery print Apps .  In the section titled "Managed print Apps" is a sub-section titled 'print settings.  In there, it says "On some printers connected to the web, a settings option is available on the screen of the print Apps Print Preview mode that provides options to select the type of paper and print quality."  If the application you are using does not offer this option so that you will not be able to change all the predefined print settings.

  • How to print a list of music in my library?

I have a new computer with Windows vista.  Using media window version 11 of the library.  How one to print a paper copy of all the songs in my library?

    Hi momo,.

Thank you for your message on the Microsoft answers Forums.

    Here's a way, but it's a bit complicated...

Microsoft made a Windows Media Player plugin called Media exporter Info that allows you to export the artist/album names and all the other info of the song into a file on your computer.  You can then format and print this file as you wish.  The exporter was designed for WMP 9, but it does not work with WMP 11.

Step 1: Download and install Media exporter Info

    1. download the plugin file, mpexp.dll, directly from here.  Save it in a folder on your hard drive that you can remember, such as C:\example\.

    2. click on start-> Run (or press Windows + R on your keyboard).  Type:

    regsvr32 C:\example\mpexp.dll

You should get a message that States "DllRegisterServer in C:\example\mpexp.dll successful" or something similar.  The plug-in should now be available in WMP.

Step 2 - use of the exporter to export of information media

1 open Windows Media Player.  A small Media exporter Info window must already be open.  If not, you can open it manually: on the Tools menu, go to plugins and choose export news media.  If you do not see the menu Tools at first, just right click somewhere on the dark blue bar closer to the top of your WMP window.

    2. click on Properties to select where the file is saved and what application to load it in.  Will the file be formatted differently depending on the application you choose, but Excel is the best option if you want to clean it to show only the artist/album names (see below).

    3. click on export.   The file will be exported, but it will contain much more than just artist names and album information.  The next step shows how to clean it.

Step 3 (optional) - clean the list exported in Excel

    1. delete all columns except for artist and Album (columns B and C) by default.

    2. Select the two remaining columns.

    3. in the data tab or menu, select the function delete duplicates .

    4. check my data has headers check box , and then click OK.

    5. that's all.  Now you should have a clean list of albums as well as the names of their artists.  You can print this list directly or export it to Word and format more far away to make it prettier.

After following that the steps listed above please post back to let us know if it helped to answer your question or not, so that we can help you if necessary.

    Hello greenheron,

Welcome to the Microsoft Answers Forum!

You can try export playlist of media information by an application word by following the steps in the link below:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/KnowledgeCenter/HOWTO/mediainfoexp.aspx

We inform you that you will install Media exporter info. This exporter is basically designed for Media Player 9 and would work for Media player 11.

The process is a little different:

Follow this workaround solution to install the exporter of media:

Step 1 - Download and install Media exporter Info

You can try to run the program in compatibility mode for Windows XP.

Make older programs in this version of Windows

    http://windowshelp.Microsoft.com/Windows/en-us/help/bf416877-c83f-4476-a3da-8ec98dcf5f101033.mspx

Step 2 - use of the exporter to export of information media

Open Windows Media Player.  A small Media exporter Info window must already be open.  If not, you can open it manually: on the Tools menu, go to plugins and choose the exporter of News Media.  If you do not see the Tools menu initially, just right click somewhere on the blue bar dark near the top of your window of WMP.

    1. Click Properties to select where the file is saved and what application to load it in.  Will the file be formatted differently depending on the application you choose, but Excel is the best option if you want to clean it to show only the artist/album names (see below).
    2. Click Export.   The file will be exported, but it will contain much more than just artist names and album information.  The next step shows how to clean it.

Step 3 (optional) - clean the list exported in Excel

    1. Delete all columns except for artist and Album (columns B and C) by default.
    2. Select the two remaining columns.
    3. In the tab menu or data, choose the function remove duplicates.
    4. Check the my data has headers check box, and then click OK.
    5. That's all.  Now you should have a clean list of albums as well as the names of their artists.  You can print this list directly or export it to Word and format more far away to make it prettier.

You can also try running the program as administrator.

To run a program as an administrator, follow these steps:

    1. right click on the icon that you use to run the program and then click run as administrator.

2 when you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or click continue.

Try this and get back to us if it does not work.

  • Add the "Print Directory Listing" option to the context menu of Windows Explorer

Get the error message when you try to use the "Print Directory Listing" solution found in:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321379/en-us on my new Windows 7 system (from February 2010).

Could create the context menu of Windows Explorer for the task, but selecting just results in the following error message:

"This file doesn't have an associatd with her program to perform this action. Please install a program or... to create an association in the default programs control panel. »

Wentback and checked my Regedit work.  Even deleted the new key and she recreated (just in case.)

NOTE: I had successfully used the instructions in this article to add "Print Directory Listing features on Windows XP systems, so I reviewed these instructions to see differences and noticed that it * no. * 'associate' step for Vista/Win7 in the article, but this step still shown for XP.»

And, there seems to be NO WAY to associate a program (in this case, a ".bat") with all of 'record' as target.  Only choices I see these in the 'control panel default programs ' are'. [extensions] "and the protocols.

    So I'm puzzled.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    SJ Pratt

I just tried this with instructions to the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321379/en-us link you provided and it worked fine.

In view of the error you get here are my assumptions to what may be the problem.  Please try these out and answer:

-Because it denounces, "file doesn't have an associated program.." I would make sure that when you created with Notepad the file .bat you na not to create a file called 'Printdir.bat.txt' or 'Printdir.bat.some_bad_extension '.  If your Windows Explorer settings are set to hide file extensions when you look at a file name, then maybe the REAL file extension you give the command file is being hidden on your part and Windows does not know how to open a file with the extension hidden type.  Make sure that you can see all the file extensions and make sure that the batch file is named with the .bat extension.

-If you see very well all the file extensions in Windows Explorer and your file is called really Printdir.bat, make sure that you have saved in your root directory of Windows.  If you access %windir% you see Printdir.bat inside there?  If this isn't the case, put it there.  If you do, when you double-click the .bat file Windows run without error and print the dir?  If it works, you know that the batch file works correctly.

-There's a typing error in the instructions for Vista/Windows 7, check that your registry entries look like this:

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\Print directory Listing\command

This shows the new key under shell called "Print Directory Listing" and inside this key/folder another folder/key named "command".

To within the key/folder 'command', it takes only one entrance with the name of (by default).  Double-click (default) and make sure that its value data is set to:

    Printdir.bat %1

-You shouldn't need step "the associate" in Windows 7.

-You can add "Add Print Directory Listing to the context menu of Windows Explorer" for the title of your question so that others can find it.

    4. start - devices and printers - add a printer - add a local printer - create a new port - local port and name it QBD_PDF.

    5. Choose install AMYUNI Technologies - Amyuni Document Converter 300 (click the button update windows if it is not on your list).

    6. If windows detects you already have a driver and then choose to replace the current driver. The printer name Quickbooks PDF Converter - do not share the printer - NOT set as the default printer. Finishing

    7. start right click - devices and printers - printer QB, choose printer - properties and go to the Advanced tab.

    8. remove the checkmarks in the 4 elements with square next to them (lower part of the screen) boxes, and then select "Print directly to the printer" press OK to close the window.
