• When I try to print, and the HTML document firefox downloads only a blank page.

  I sent some documents in pdf format. I chose to download, the download arrow fired to the blue. I was then able to select the file.   Thanks for your help guigs2. In any case, I finally solved my problem by simply installing the new Acrobat reader DC. All my downloaded pdf files types changed html firefox for documents adobe acrobat documents. I can now print what I want. I know that technically it does not really solve the problem of firefox regardless of this issue, but this allowed me to print my docs and that's what really mattered to me. Thanks again for your help.

  When I want to print something, I'm going to print preview to see what it looks like. When I do this, the window is empty - the message does not appear. If I try to print anyway, I get a blank page. I tell myself that I have a bad, but no idea what setting. Any Suggestions?

  Found the answer - the left on the page margin was put at 10 inches. In addition, the right one was also.

  I would think that if I said the paper was 8.5 x 11 and the right and left margins were 10 inches, TB would catch this as an error and not allow it.  I would think that an error message would pop up indicating the inconsistency.

  What printer brand, model do you have?

  compatible with OS 10.11.4, drivers they may have changed since your last OS?

  have you tried other PDF files?

  Looks like there is something wrong with the print on your Mac driver. To resolve this problem, we will need refresh your printing system and re - add the printer driver.

  Reset the printing system:

  To begin, I will have you reset the printing system on your Mac. Please click herefor instructions on how to perform the reset. When the site opens, follow the steps under"Reset printing in OS X Lion system" because the steps are the same for Mac OS X 10.10. This Reset deletes each printer on your Mac. However, it does not uninstall printers. Therefore, if use you other printers on the Mac, once the reset is complete simply make sure printers are attached via a USB cable or connected network and (+) add hide them po do add not your HP Photosmart back in right now.

  Once the reset is complete, proceed to the next step.

  Check and repair your Mac disk permissions:

  1. Open Macintosh HD and go to Applications
  2. Go to the Utilities folder
  3. Open disk utility
  4. Select the hard disk volume, you use (usually on the left)
  5. Select verify disk permissions
  6. Once this process is complete, select repair disk permissions

  Add device:
  1. click on the menu of Apple , then Preferences System.

  WOW! At least temporarily, my solution is press Setup (the key) right arrow to TOOLS #6 tab. type OK.
  Tab (# 2) clean the print head. Hit OK. If all goes well, take a step back, let the process and be surprised. A second test may be necessary.
  It works at least for a day. Maybe it's your solution.  Jesus is our only hope!
