  • Printing from Adobe Reader DC under Windows 7

    Hello

When I get a Bill in particular or anything of the PDF document. Print the PDF will not print correctly. If I print the invoice with protrait enabled, auto or protrait and landscape. Printing print small and reduced about 40%. But the 'zoom' has not been bent. I tried printing directly by clicking on the print or through the old fashion way, icon file-> print. Not sure if this is a known bug or it just came out.

    Any suggestions would be helpful.

    See you soon,.

    Frank

    Thank you, Frank!

Nothing seems out of place here (even if you can see that the page is in the scale of 5%). What happens if you choose to print as Image in advance of the print settings?

    Best,

I understand that you want to print from the Reader app.
It is possible to print using the application once from the devices option in the bar of charms.

You can use this link to set the default player application to view the .pdf files.

    Hi lilar68711428,

Refer to the help below procedure: -.

    • In Acrobat or Reader, choose file > print.

    • Click on properties.

    • Click the Layout tab. This dialog box varies with the printer. It is possible that your dialog box does not match the dialogs below.

Please search for the Page layout option & select single side printing.

    Hey Sanford,

Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat allow you to print double-sided if your printer supports this feature. The printer driver controls the options, not of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.

Check your printer documentation to see what features your printer supports.

Please see this KB document for the steps double-sided printing. Acrobat, Reader.

Let me know if you encounter any problem.

  • Bar code printed with Adobe Reader XI can be recognized by bar code reader

    Dear support,

We generate barcodes and convert it into pdf file using Crystal Report for .NET Framework 2.0

The pdf file opens with Adobe reader XI / FoxitReader 4.3.1. It is printed with Avery Dennison AP 5.4 300 dpi.

When the pdf file is printed with Adobe reader XI, the barcode can be read with the code reader barcode, but when it is printed with FoxitReader 4.3.1 barcode can be read with the barcode reader.

I compared the two codes barcode printed and found Adobe printed the thicker lines and larger characters. Thus, two lines pasted together and become a 1 line. As a result, it can be recognized by bar code reader.

Could you explain why this happen and how to solve this problem in Adobe? Are there settings I can change to fix?

    Thank you very much.

Operating system: Windows Xp or Windows 7

Application: Adobe reader XI or FoxitReader 4.3.1

I printed the label using Adobe Reader 11.0.06 and the bar code looks like absolutely perfect:

I have also no problem scanning that bar code printed; It reads 00000000110001900631.

So, in the end, I don't know what the cause of your side.  Can you try to print as Image (Advanced on printing Panel button)?

  • Printing of Adobe Reader problems

Hi, whenever I try to print form Adobe Reader, it opens the Print Options dialog box, then when I chose the correct printer and you click on print, it opens the dialog "save under" asked me to save the file, but does not print anything.

Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but I still have the same problem.

    Dear user,

    Dear michaelgabe40,

You must turn off the option to print queue on the dialog box print Adobe Reader.

If you have Adobe Reader version 10.1.2 so that you can see the option Print to file by this method:

    (1) open the print dialog box in any pdf and launch.

    (2) look for the button on the print dialog box, click on that.

    (3) uncheck the option to print queue on advance. Print window

If you have version Adobe Reader 10.1.1 or earlier you can find the option print to file by this method:

    (1) open the print dialog box in any pdf and launch.

    (2) you will find printed in the file at the bottom of the print dialog box.

    (3) uncheck the option to print queue on the print window.

    This should solve the problem.

    Thank you

    Atul
