  Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat allow you to print double-sided if your printer supports this feature. The printer driver controls the options, not of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.

  Check your printer documentation to see what features your printer supports.

  We generate barcodes and convert it into pdf file using Crystal Report for .NET Framework 2.0

  
  

  The pdf file opens with Adobe reader XI / FoxitReader 4.3.1. It is printed with Avery Dennison AP 5.4 300 dpi.

  
  

  When the pdf file is printed with Adobe reader XI, the barcode can be read with the code reader barcode, but when it is printed with FoxitReader 4.3.1 barcode can be read with the barcode reader.

  I compared the two codes barcode printed and found Adobe printed the thicker lines and larger characters. Thus, two lines pasted together and become a 1 line. As a result, it can be recognized by bar code reader.

  I printed the label using Adobe Reader 11.0.06 and the bar code looks like absolutely perfect:

  

  I have also no problem scanning that bar code printed; It reads 00000000110001900631.

  So, in the end, I don't know what the cause of your side.  Can you try to print as Image (Advanced on printing Panel button)?

  Try a shrink for the option adjust. In many cases like this, it's a problem with the browser, not Acrobat settings.

  I just download the latest Adobe Reader and when I try and print it doesn't work and it only says no chosen to print pages. I know this isn't my printer because other programs print without any problems. I also tried printing an image, which some said would fix it, but it does the same thing. I also uninstalled and reinstalled my printer and Adobe. Any suggestions?

  Solution 1) try to run the command of repair under the Help menu.

  Solution 2) upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader point.

  Solution 3) Try temporarily turning off Mode/mode protected under Edit > Preferences > Security.

  Solution 4) try to uninstall then reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader DC install for all versions.

  I just installed a new wireless printer.  I can print to all programs except Adobe Reader.  I get a print dialog box, but when I try to click on print, properties or Page Setup, nothing happens. I contacted Epson, but they said it must be a matter of Adobe.

  Today we released a hotfix that resolves the Mac printing issue that was recently introduced (with May 10 release). If you're not already updated to the latest patch, simply open Acrobat and visit help > check for updates to apply this hotfix.

• Gel Adobe Reader problem

  I've got this situation.  I use Adobe Reader 11.0.6 and Mac OA 10.9.2.  I agree with the Business investor Daliy and download their daily editions in PDF format on my computer.  In the last two days, when I opened one of these editions, Adobe Reader freezes when I use the 'Find' dialog box or if I enter a page number in the toolbar.  I removed the drive and reinstalled twice, but the problem persists.  I have not encountered this problem with other PDF files.  I ask someone else has experienced this problem.  I'm not sure whether the problem is with my computer or with how IBD publishes his PFD.  Is there a diagnosis I can run on my computer?  Should I just complain to the PDCI?

• Error in printing with Adobe Reader 11.0.2

  I installed Adobe Reader x to XI on my older Windows XP desktop. When I open a PDF file and tried to print it, I got a pop-up box saying: Prop Res DLL not loaded with an OK button. I couldn't get rid of the error message until I closed repeatedly Adobe Reader. Version X worked properly, so I uninstalled XI and resinstalled from Adobe Reader Web Site but stiull get the same error. Any suggestions?

  You must do the opposite way around.  First, download the program you need to reopen the PES files can define the association to this program.

  1. download and save the PES file on the desktop.
  2. right click on the saved file.
  3. Select: Open with on the shortcut menu.
  4. click on: choose [default] program.
  5. Select: (regardless of the program you open PES files).
  6. check: always use the selected program to open this type of file.
  7. click on OK.

  When I downloaded Adobe Reader DC, it changed almost all my desktop icons to resemble a PDF and when I click on them they do not open.  I had to remove Adobe Reader because of this and now I can't open a PDF file.  Help!
