  I am looking for the part number for the Windows 7 Professional SP1 reinstall the operating system on the desktop LTS Pro 4000.  I'm working on the reinstallation of the operating system on a computer group for a company that installs and got mixed albums and I can't match what disks go with what models.    Now, my problem is the Pro 4000.  I have a disk with the part number 650432-DN3, which says "for Distribution only with a new HP or Compaq PC.  32-bit software.  Is it possible to determine whether this is the right drive for this machine?

  This disc is not specifically for this model.

  It's for a business laptop, but you should be able to use this disk on a desktop HP business or a laptop that came (or could have been) with windows 7 Pro.

  You must then install all the drivers you need for HP 4000 Pro support page.

  There is no need to enter a product key.

  The recovery disc for a Pro 4000 would be in a set of at least 3 and numbered accordingly.

  Also, it would be labeled HP Restore Plus.

  Yoga 3 Pro has a multi-touch capacitive touch screen (vs. an active digitizer).

  If you need features of Wacom-style (pressure levels, control fine tip, etc.) you will need a properly equipped machine, as a number of models ThinkPad Yoga, ThinkPad Helix or the ThinkPad Tablet 10.

  Of everythjing that I've seen, you wouldn't be able anchor Tablet Gen 2 propeller to a Gen 1 keyboard/dock. They are mechanically not compatible.

  My husband managed to dislodge a key on my keyboard CAP and broke the clip white scissors that holds up on... (don't ask me how)

  He spoke of the authorized service center here in Norway and they sent us replacement scissors tongs (actually they sent an old non-functional keyboard), but the clips are of a different design to those on my laptop.

  I was wondering if anyone has an idea of the model/serial number of the keyboard used in the Satellite Pro A300D-151 (PSAK9E) so I can get the correct replacement part.

  I really don't want to have to replace the entire keyboard when it's just 1 scissor clips which is broken... the laptop is only 5 months old.

  Boyfriend sorry but it is not possible to exchange a few individual keys on a keyboard, so in this case, you must replace the full keyboard. But normally, it shouldn't be so difficult.
  Either you exchange the keyboard yourself or you sent the laptop to the authorized service provider.

  The model number for the keyboard is not known to me but contact your ASP! They can order all the parts of Toshiba and they should know the right part number.

• Yoga 2 Pro - keyboard is not activated when you open the lid of the screen after sleep

  My Yoga 2 Pro has very often problems to activate the keyboard when I open the screen.

  That's what I do:

  -work with Yoga 2 Pro

  -Close all applications and after that, I close the screen

  -After some time (maybe a few minutes or several hours) I open the screen

  -It will take a few seconds until the screen is turned on (which is expected)

  -at least 50%, the rest keyboard disabled. The backlight cannot be activated and the laptop does not notice any key. I'm unable to log :-(

  -J' I need to close the screen, it takes a few seconds - and when I open the screen for the second time, the keyboard is enabled - not always, but usually. But sometimes the keypad remains disabled, although I try the procedure several times. If that happens, I need to restart the machine.

  All the drivers are up to date.

  @Lenovo: Please indicate how to solve this problem! It's very annoying open-close-open-close-open-... the display up to what the keyboard is finally activated!

  "I've finally found one on Amazon Market place, and the SSD was announced as follows:" (661-8136, 661-8138) 256 GB Solid State Drive - Apple MacBook Pro 13 retina "A1502 / 15" A1398 (end of 2013, mid-2014).

  But when I got the SSD, I noticed that the part number is printed on it is '655-1803D", which is the part number for MacBook Air Mid 2013 - 2015 SSD.

  I contacted the seller to an Exchange, thinking that they had sent the wrong item, but he told me that the product was properly advertised on Amazon and showed me his description which indicates that following:

  Identification numbers:

  -Apple part No.: 661-8136, 661-8138

  -The printed part #: 655-1803, 655-1817, 655-1838

  -Manufacturer B21: MZ-JPU256T / 0 *, SD6PQ4M - 256G, THNSN2256GSPS

  So my questions are:

  "Print" (those that appear on the SSD) part numbers are supposed to be the same as the Apple part number, or they are independent of each other?

  If it is, in fact, a number of part of Apple on the outside label of the SSD it should be certified by the manufacturer to run in an Apple/Mac products. SSD information displays the drive model number in disk label utility. These Apple Certified SSD will run through multiple products of Macbook. I hope this helps.
