  Hello. I'm having a problem with Excel crashing, freezing when using the spreadsheet. I work on a PC with WINDOWS 7 SP1 64-bit, through a server that is running Microsoft SERVER 2013, WINDOWS 7 PRO 64 BIT SP1. We use 5 PC via all current server running the same version of operating system that use the spreadsheet and in most is used only by 3 PCs anywhere, anytime, even if EXCEL is not on the server, it is running locally on the PC.

  My guy TI tell me the spreadsheet while working on too big to 2 k! They keep asking us to reduce the size and to separate the workbook to solve the problem. Personally I don't believe a Word, we do not use formulas etc just cells with digital text and the alphabet.

  Now last year on the advice of our computer SCIENCE company, we have been advised to upgrade our server and our PC because terminals that they were getting their limit of operation which I accepted. These have been updates middle of last year.

  On this basis, I believe that society COMPUTER trying to throw dust on my eyes as I do not think that they provided the wrong material and are unwilling to admit it.

• Adobe CC 2015 crashes on Mac if you use Finder

  Whenever I use a program Adobe CC (2015) and try to access a file through the Finder, the program (photoshop, illustrator, etc.) and the Finder hang up and the Rainbow ball just turns. Sometimes I force altogether through Activity Monitor but other times it hangs until I have to hard start the computer. Apple store says it's a matter of VAC.

  I am running the latest version of Java is not the question.

  Update Photoshop crashes earlier - now to launch nearly all the time, otherwise randomly hangs for no apparent reason...

  Have tried to disable the GPU in the preferences.

  Any suggestions? This is unacceptable. I've never had this type of problem with an Adobe product in 20 years.

• I've updated my Adobe CC 2015 originally installed applications, but the next day they're back to their original version 0.0.

  I work on a Mac Pro 10.10.5 Yosemite at the end of 2013. We were on the phone with Adobe for a couple of hours trying to update. They found that my creative cloud Installer was not up-to-date applications, so they have been manually updated. Came this morning, the next day, and they have all been restored to their original version. The creative cloud keep track of what the latest version is with the apps on my computer and reinstall this version if the applications have been updated manually?

  My computer crashed during the BIOS update recommended to treat the blue screen error message. I have turned it off completely and now it won't start at all. No lights turn on or it's like there is no power getting to the machine. My outlet does work as I have tested. This could mean my battery is dead?
