Problem after installing CS5

I installed CS5 Production Premium.

A few days later, I noticed a message of Windows 7, I have to uninstall and reinstall Flash Player.  A link is provided to the Adobe Flash uninstaller program.

I've uninstalled it.  Now I go to the Adobe site to reinstall, but I get a message saying that it is not the latest version of Flash Player.

Help please.

The version of Flash Player that came with CS5 was a version 10.1 beta.  You need to uninstall it with the uninstaller 10.1 of http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html#uninstallnotes with the -force option.

  • Boot problems after installing Vista SP2 (KB948465)

I installed SP2 via update.  During the update process there was a power failure.  After that (I don't remember if it's immediately after, or if a few days elapsed) I had problems with the startup.  Initially, seemed the Startup Repair to fix the problem, but not permanently, and the Startup Repair had to be used repeatedly just to start.

After a few times of what is happening, Startup Repair did not turn, and the PC wouldn't start.  After about 5 attempts using the decision-making power, sometimes choose the Startup Repair, sometimes choose to load windows normally, he did start.
I immediately did a system restore to return my PC before SP2 was installed.

After the restoration of versions prior to SP2, Windows Update showed that the SP2 update failed.  It was on 9 November.  As I need my computer, I didn't reinstall SP2 until I had finished this work.

As I thought that the problem is probably caused by the power outage, on 10 September, I reinstalled SP2.  Windows Update show no SP2 as an available update, then I downloaded and installed the standalone update.

Between the 10th and today, 14, Windows Update has installed more than updated.

Today, I was unable to start for the first time since the reinstall SP2 and Startup Repair has allowed me to open a session.
I tried to uninstall SP2 via update.  The first part of it seemed to work, but when it came to reboot, the PC stopped at the end power to the bottom of the procedure.  I used the power switch to turn the PC back on.  After startup, the PC told me that deletion failed.

Then I tried the system restore.  Unfortunately, the first available restore point was post - SP2 installation.  I restored it for the point that is as close as I could.  I tried to uninstall SP2 again through Windows Update.  This time, I receive a generic error message immediately (less than a second) - it does not attempt to go through the configuration - restart the procedure.

I haven't restarted my PC since then.  Most updates have been downloaded automatically, and the PC tells me that a restart is required.  I'm a little worried that I will end up with a completely insensitive PC.

I use an Acer Aspire X 3200 with Vista home premium pre-installed.  I don't have a Vista disc.

Original title: problem after installing Windows Service Pack 3 on Windows XP Home Media edition pc

My pc runs Windows XP Home Media edition.  I installed Windows Service Pack 3 successfully, or so I thought. Whenever I turn on my pc a box opens indicating "files which are required for Windows to run properly have been replaced by unrecognized versions."  To maintain the stability of the system.  Windows must restore the original versions of these files.  Install your Windows XP Professional CD2.  I don't have any Windows XP Professional CD that I use the Home Media Edition. If I press Cancel repeatedly, the window disappears to return with the same information, but ask me to install Windows XP Professional CD3.  How can I stop this happening?

    Hello

Step 1: I suggest you perform the SFC scan on the computer and check.

SFC tool scans system files and replaces incorrect versions of system files by using the correct versions.

To run the System File Checker tool, follow these steps:

    1. Click Start and type cmd in the box start the search.
    2. right click on cmd in the list programs and then click Run as administrator.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue
    3. at the command prompt, type the following line and press ENTER:

    sfc/scannow

  • Problems after installing KB978338 on Windows Vista SP2

I met a problem after installing KB978338. The update installs without error or problem, but the system is extremely inadmissible after the reboot. The "\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop is not accessible" error, and the system is practically unusable. Normally opens the Task Manager and system seems inactive, but you try to start a new application from the Task Manager gave an error "hose is not valid.

System is Vista Home Premium SP2 installed without any obvious problems before the update. Start the system restore and go back to immediately before the update of the results in the system back to normal functionality and responsiveness.

I've never seen or either of these mistakes before and my research has not yet been able to find something similar, so I am at a loss to start this kind of problem with an update of troubleshooting.

So I "hid" the update and you call this one closed without resolution.

While the overall rating of gravity for KB978338 is moderate (critical vs), it of still a security update and must be installed.

  • problem reinstalling FB4 bonus after installing CS5 MC on windows 7 64 bit

    Hello

I was hoping I could get help with a problem: I filed a technical request (ticket) with Adobe but I also wanted to reach out here.

    Background:

I installed FB4 Premium in March and had no problems with the download or installation - everyhting worked very well. Yesterday I installed CS5 MC and installing it wrote debugging flash player versions that come in FB4 premium with standard flash drive too. Of course, that won't work with FB4 so I need to find a way to reinstall the debug version of flash player plugin and active x. After trying in vain for so that to do this, I decided that it would just be easier to uninstall and reinstall the FB4 download which I still had on my machine, as this comes with players of debugging that I need. Big mistake. Now, I can't reinstall FB4. I get the following error messages when executing the installation set-up (see downloaded the error message below image). Any thoughts on how I can fix this? I tried several reboots, installations and even re-downlaoded FB4 again from the Adobe store. It seems that the MC5 presecne caused this somehow? I'm running windows 7 pro 64-bit. Moreover, I understand how to reinstall the flash debug player-(too late) I should first run a script to remove the existing flash rather drive than to simply uninstall it. If someone needs the script or help on this made me know.

Hanks a lot - it left me speechless.

    errormessage.jpg

    Hi Bob,

CS5 MC includes FB4, so after MC is installed, it is not necessary for installation FB4 separately.

The standard compared to the Premium editions are controlled by the various SNs:

-If you are in CS5 trial mode, you will always be in mode Premium for FB4

-After you have applied a MC CS5 serial number, you will be in mode Standard for FB4.

[Side: I agree that MC should include award-winning FB4 instead of the standard, but that's another story.]

If you want to upgrade to premium Standard FB4, there are master instructions for how to do this posted here (among others):

  • Can not update after installing CS5 for hard drive nine, help?

I installed CS5 Design Premium for my new hard drive, the installation was successful. However, the update has failed. Feedback from the failure: "there was an error downloading this update. Quit and try again later. "When I press the customer support for comments, he directs me to a web saying:" error "this serial number is not for a product calling..." "" When you install an upgrade or upsell.

So, I ask for the help of discussion online and asked me to seek help from the Forum after got my serial number.

    Help, please.

Thanks HK online help that does not give me the solution immediately because CS5 support has ceased. However, she suggests to find and install Adobe Application Manager 5.0. However, I have not found the software but I found one (probably 8.0). This is the application for creative cloud Manager.

After that, I ran the new update and the problem is solved with an exception handler extention that update is still capable.

  • System restarts continuously after installed CS5

I have a workstation CS5 here I took out of service a few months ago because he was showing signs of corruption of the operating system and possibly a virus. After you play with it for a while, I did a rebuild of bare metal, start of shaped both drives and reset the default system BIOS. The system has worked well for 6-7 hours during the installation of Windows and configuration, driver DL and update, etc. After that I installed CS5 Master Collection, he returned to his old behavior.

ASUS M4A88T-M mobo, Athlon II CPU, 8 GB of RAM, 250 GB boot drive, data of 1 TB, crappy mobo ATi graphics card with NVidia GTX260 primary, Win7 Home Premium disc.

The system starts and gives a login screen, if I do nothing, 2 minutes later he made a stop and restart. If I connect to one of the two users accounts, he gets to load the Office before saying "Disconnection" and then stop and restart. This is the behavior that led me to consider out of service (and resisted all attempts to fix-I couldn't even turn off before CS5 it would turn). It runs in safe mode a bit longer (in fact, it would HAVE before--did not since reconstruction), but by selecting "not automatically restart" at the time of the start-up has no effect.

It is possible that it is a hardware fault or firmware, but the quirk of the system works fine until CS5 was installed points to something has changed to a configuration of boot/startup/initial level, well before any CS5 app is started.

I moved since long CS5.5 and CC, but I maintain this system for work on some shared customer projects. I have little need back up soon. If anyone has any better ideas I'll try a new card mother and (if necessary) an another reconstruction. Very frustrating...

ANY ideas on what aspect of CS5 could be the cause and how to enter and fix it without yet another reconstruction and another license to success that will probably require a call to Adobe of difficulty? I think it must be some remaining fragment of the instructions of the Windows Installer, try to finish a step of the installation and not come out. Or...?

Found. It was an incredibly evasive bootkit TDSS virus who survived a format of bare metal and OS install and expressed only by chance. Headless Windows malware tool he and TDSSkiller stomped out. All updates not installed, no other problems. The question, and more of the virus has been actively doing, was that it prevented a security update critical installer, which has created one list of other problems related to the update.

By far, the malware nastiest I ever had to deal with. But fixed.

Kudos to Kaspersky to make the available TDDS remover for free.

According to your assignment, it seems that you need a driver and you can get all the drivers here:

In regards to the FN keys you have Toshiba Value added Package, and Flash Cards Support utility. Everything can be downloaded from the official page of Toshiba.

  • HP Officejet 7612: analysis of problems after installing Windows 10

After installing Windows (prior to Windows Vista) 10, scan documents with my HP Officejet 7612 became a hell of a job.

    Printing is no problem.

With Webscan, I can only scan and save 1 page at a time, I can not scan several pages of the document 1 more.

I downloaded "Extended Scan" but when I try to use this app, it says "year error occurred while scanning" without more information.
