  Follow the steps below and check if it solves the problem:

  Thanks for the reply of Ravi Shankar. My PC is a Dell Inspiron 530. There is no specific error message except for the one I provided. There is a solution to this problem. It seems that if the print spooler is disabled (services and storage via the computer management), the installation of printer driver is interrupted. I manually activated the spooler on automatic printing and the printer driver has been installed immediately.

  RFC 2616, Section 2.2 says:

  It is clear ":" a "separator" and thus not allowed in a token or a cookie name.

  1. Insert the CD in the drive and then cancel Setup
  2. open my computer and click right then on the CD from the drive and select open

  4 open the CCC folder
  5. If you have an HP computer, run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have a computer not HP, run the L4uninstall.exe
  6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer
  7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup
  8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

  2. run

• Avoiding Rich black in the files for printing

  Situation: One our vendors with which I work is printed paper, which suggests no black rich in PDF files or files HAVE.

  Problem: Despite a palette limited (in which I use 100% black, white and a range of primary colors), the definition both a Rich Black element seems to find its way files in my working file HAVE (and there PDF for printing). I noticed this happened sometimes when I copy the text (or elements of black color) since another file I and then paste the items into the file, I'm working on that.
