  I use Adobe Livecycle ES2. I tried to call a Web service in my company for purposes of development. I imported the wsdl file into the layout as a new connection. I dragged and dropped the button and the fields of application for the layout. But in the preview and in the saved pdf file I am not able to invoke the Web service when I click the button. I tried the different Web services both to the wsdl file and also the location of some online Web services http. It used to work fine for me in version 8 of adobe livecycle. Now, I'm unable to call Web services at all the .the Please tell me if all the settings must be enabled in the new version so this button will call a webservice call.

  Hi JF, you use Acrobat to display a preview of the form?  If you use Reader then it won't work.  I have not hurt to call webservices otherwise.  Bruce

  but I get no results... with these settings using startup application doesn´t

  Someone has an idea to make this work?

  The only way to support launch AIR applications from the browser is air "browser API": http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/3/html/help.html?content=distributing_apps_3.html#1035834

  The browser API uses the Manager and exposes the API of browser next level so that we are changing the implementation if necessary one day. The browser API will remain the same, even if the interactions by Manager (or something else) changes.

  The browser API (air.swf) has other features that make it the best way to launch applications. For example, it provides specific information which platforms support AIR and can therefore manage to install new applications and the execution itself.

  In addition, if the application is not installed then browser displays error API application flex, but it can't in the case of Manager.

  That said, you can probably use "-" to separate the arguments for airappinstaller of the arguments that should be passed through the application itself.

  I am facing problem with bringing Weblogic 10.3 after the change of username password in the field of safety Madhok, basically, I have deleted the user weblogic default and set m, y custome own user and provide credentials in the server start tab. When I try to bring up the administrator of the server it is, but managed servers fail from the administration console and I see security credentials for authentication error in newspapers? Why who would consider that the server administrator is able to provide the same credentials.

  We had the similar problem in the past, our problem is:
  Problem:
  We have removed weblogic default security domain user and create a new user when Manager nodes and managed servers declined. When we try to put in place managed servers after the starting node Manager we continue get refused authentication errors.

  Solution:
  Recreate the user weblogic now try and implement servers managed from the command line using weblogic user. Once they are up to tap them down and bring them to the top again with the new user you created and it will work

  Reason:
  The 10.3-managed servers seems to store the local credentials he managed ldap or cache servers. When you start managed servers don't know the new information of identification and authentication performed against the old values of credentials stored, where they fail. Once they are started with the information identification old they communicate with the admin servers to sync it hides with admin servers and new identification information is updated and then you can restart the servers managed with the new credentials.
  Note: Sometimes after reboot you can meet the problem as the synchronization with the administration server process is asynchornous, weblogic prints a line saying something like asynchronous operation with the null Server address. If the line is printed sync has arrived and you're good. In case you do not see the line to reboot once again and you will see the line after which you can restart with the new credentials.

  Funny, it is one with the same code if I write a stand-alone client with public Shared Sub main(), it is able to call the Web service correctly. But if I write the same code and pack it in file .war and deploy in WLS 9.2 it gives the above error. Another thing even if I put "javax.net.ssl.trustStore" with the absolute of the server.keystore folder path, while I printed the values in the jvm, it never shows up. but all the other values are displayed correctly. Is that the main problem is the FMV of my local system and jvm WLS 9.2?

  WebLogic uses its own keystore. He's probably ignore these property settings, you need to do. You can see the path to the key file by going to "Servers"--> (server)-> "Settings"-> "Keystore.

  Hamid yes I am able to connect to the database 10g, I did some research and I found that weblogic Forms services work with DB 10.2.0.4 or we have to DB11g, so we will know our customer is.

  I used the wizard of Flex DataService (webservice) to create the service for the < code > < code > cacheEntry object component.  This object will be serialized during a call to service Web different and stored in a database later.

  I put a breakpoint on the < code > set SystemFK < code > method in the object of the service. It seems that the value passed to a string is empty! Enabling this value be an empty string will cause problems in the implementation of service Web in Java on the other side. Given that the value of database was "zero" it expects a null back, if I avoids setting this value, the object of the service should return a null value that will make the database happy. To do this, I need to be able to know when a "nil = true" is present in the XML file.

  How can I detect that a "nil = true" is present in the XML file to avoid using this value?

• Problem with WebService WSDL

  I have a component that calls a Web service to fill some labels - very simple really. However, I do not want to hardcode the wsdl in the code string - I want to be able to be driven from an xml file in the same folder as the swf file. There is no problem reading the value from the XML using an HTTPService (I can get it to display successfully on a label, for example), but when I try to use this value for the wsdl of the Web service I get the following error: "cannot access a property or method of a null object reference. The two send() functions are called on the event creationComplete of the Panel container, one immediately after the other - is there something I need to do between the two? I know that the Web service works because I can call from a button - but I can not put a button - I need to all be done automatically.

• Problem with WebService Introspection

  I get an error when I try to use the wizard of Webservice Introspection of Flex Builder 3 Beta 2. The wizard can find the service and I can see the methods exposed on the service, but when I try to complete the wizard, so that the ActionScript object are created, I get the following error. "The WSDL definition could not be parsed. The wizard cannot complete successfully. "I can call to the webservice of ActionScript/MXML and it works as it should. The service is just a simple method that takes no arguments and returns the string 'Test '. The Web service is running on my local system of ColdFusion 8. Am I missing something?

  Hi Pat,

  It is a known problem in Flex Builder Beta2. ColdFusion 8 uses 1 shaft in the back-end for the generation of web services. The Assistant of the Webservice Introspection uses the 2 axis, and by default, that they are not compatible, we work on making the two compatible, at least to the extent of the ActionScript.

  I think you're confusing the LabVIEW MathScript nodes and the MATLAB® script.  The MathScript node is introduced in LabVIEW 8.0 and the setting of path search that you speak to MathScript, reason why it does not exist in LabVIEW 7.1.  Look at the example of differential equation Lorenz for the MATLAB script node.  It shows how to set the path of research to be compared to the VI.  The example is found in the node of script examples\scriptnode\MATLAB - Lorenz Diff Eq.vi.

• Problem calling seconday DLLs in labview

  I'm using Labview 8.6 for my application. The application calls a dll developed in vc ++ (main dll).  During execution of the application, the main dll(vc++) calls another (secondary dll) developed in vb 6.0 dll.

  During the process, the main dll sends data to secondary dll to display data in a pop-up window. After getting the user recognize the display, the vi application stops.

  When the application runs first time (the vi running first time after labview open), the data sent by the main dll are updated in view of the secondary DLLs. But, for the second time from new data of the main dll not are not updated in view of the secondary DLLs.

  Once again, after the closure of the vi and quit labview, if I open and run the vi, then the data of the main dll are updated in dll secodary display. But the maindll data must be updated in the secondary dll without leaving labview.

  I use "Function Call Library" to call the maindll.

  Can someone please give the remody to this problem...
