  The country store & the Adobe ID, payment details must be same.

  For tax reasons, it is not possible to change the country associated with an existing Adobe ID. To work around the problem, you can create a new Adobe ID to the e-mail address associated with your existing Adobe ID see the link for instructions:

  I want to buy an app in the store windows using my credit card.  I found the section where I can add payment options.  It's all good and Nice, the only problem is that I can't change the country for when I'm in my credit card information.  It is a static field set to the United States.  Fill in the information because I live in the Canada.  If you can let me know if this is something I could do wrong.

  I discovered what the problem is.  I don't know when this happens or what it is connected to.  As far as I know is if you go in '-> Panel-> clock, language and region change the location ' then change the "location:" in your country.  You should be able to add the payment method.

  Now, it worked for me and I'm guessing that this setting is set by default to the States.  Don't know why it is not requested in the installation where you live, but I guess they have there reasons.

  I have an Adobe account and I try to get the monthly package of Photoshop/Lightroom, implemented.  For some reason any my account thinks I live in Australia, when I actually live in Thailand.  How can I change my account so that it registers me as living in Thailand (and therefore charge me in Thai Baht and no Australian Dollars and recognizes my credit or debit cards), but keep the tongue in English?

  Anything related to music from Apple is specific to each National Bank and may not be transferred. History of purchases and nothing ripped from CD rest to you. Access your purchase history requires that you register in the right store however so keep a library of physical media is a good initiative.
