• Help! I can't display images in Lightroom 4.1

  Hi all

  I hope someone can help I need the answer as soon as possible, it would be much appreciated. I am using Lightroom, and while it imports the images successfully, I can not display at all. I don't have the "?" so this isn't a problem, but I don't know what else it can be. I use 4.1 but 4.2 (very painful, almost impossible in Indonesia) being downloaded, but I guess it shouldn't be a problem either.

  Any ideas? I'm stuck!

  If this is also the same if you go in the develop module, then it is probably a corrupt monitor profile. Try to set the profile to sRGB as a test (not a remedy, the remedy is to fix the monitor profile)... see these instructions:

• Problem importing images into Lightroom 5.6

  I use an iMac 10.9.5. I was the import of CR2 conversion to DNG files in Lightroom 5.6 without any problem.

  Suddenly, files take an age to import and Lightroom crashes without loading all the files. I force the resignation of Lightroom and then my computer hangs and will not be closed. I will finish by holding the button on the back of the iMac. Then Lightroom does not. After several attempts I managed to leave Lighroom, but I still have the same problem when loading files. I tried to delete the file com.adobe.Lightroom5.plist in the folder Preferences, as suggested on this forum, but who has not cured the problem. I don't know if this is a problem, but I used a card reader Transcend multi for the first time this week instead of my usual player. Maybe, there was some kind of problem with compatibility, although it shouldn't have been. Now, however, I can't download my old player of card properly either.

  Any ideas?

  It looks like a hardware problem... bad USB cable, bad card reader or camera damaged card or bad USB port.

  The url is correct (it works when I hard code). Anyone know why images do not work?
  

  In my tests, I found the var 'selectedWorkIndex' to be the problem. In fact, it's a timing issue as this var is not set before trying to load the image. I reinforced with your code and I saw that the image will load before your number var is defined. Bad luck. That causes the error.

  If you need to write a little Actionscript code to define things upwards and load the image correctly.
  I created a var for the SOURCE property of the image control, and I put this var in the creationComplete for the app Manager and a handler for the event of CHANGES to the list. Voila!

• Display image on vi as myRio problem

  This system supposed to be an easy task, but I don't know why it does not work. I am trying to create a game by myRio 1900 and I'm putting a jpeg image. However, I get an error message or an empty image on the Panel before the myRio Vi (Vi project myRio label) [see photograph below]. On the other hand, if I create the same VI under my computer, the image shows without any problem. What should I do to enlarge a picture on my VI as myRio. I need the image either on this VI because I am creating a program requiring myRio and it may not work properly if it is not under label myRio (I need its integrated sensor). I am attaching a zip file of only the part display image of the commandments and not my whole project easier to visualize.

  It seems that reading JPEG/PNG/BMP screws are not based on targets in real time, as your myRIO. As an alternative, you can get our Vision of shared resources (I think you need to install with Vision Development Module), install Vision RT to the myRIO and use the IMAQ ReadFile VI to open the file on the myRIO.

  Make sure you sort the display you are looking at instead of file name recording time. It is in the context menu with a small sign of a to z just below images. Make sure also that you have no active filters.

  I hope that there is here an easy answer... I have Lightroom on my dell studio xps laptop computer. I wanted to compare how the images are on my computer screen laptop vs desktop monitor, so I plugged the printer dell on the external monitor. Seen the images on two screens, has not changed the color settings... I don't think so. Now after disconecting from the external screen will display all my images from lightroom. They are not "missing" records and the image metadata are all there. But everything is a grey square. In Photoshop, things are fine, it's just in lightroom. Can anyone think of what could have happened here, and how I can fix this problem? Thank you!

  After the mise a niveau of 3.3 to 3.4 and registration process, I don't see any images in Lightroom. All the functions are there, but some images are seen. All images have a gray background. I rebooted the computer several times, no effect.

  It looks like a display driver problem.  Don't know what to tell you to do, if.  You can play with your display profile or try to update your display drivers.

  I have been using Lightroom for a while now and have had no problems.  I recently opened lightroom and all images in the library are now extremely dark and contrasty (I did not any changes).
  
  When I open the RAW files in PS or bridge etc they look very well and when I export images from lightroom as JPG they are very good, it seems like it comes from the way in which images are displayed in Lightroom.

  Since you're under XP: right click on the desktop and open the display settings, color management and see which profile is loaded. If you have an Nvidia card, you will only be able to load a profile for two monitors. If not calibrated manually it should list sRGB as the default profile. If this isn't the case, set the sRGB as the default until you re - calibrate manually.

  You have not to calibrate your screen, you did? You should really get a Sypder - or any other device appropriate to your choice - and calibrate your screen.

  It is possible that you clicked the 'Block Images' item in the context menu by attempting to save an image.
  Check the image exceptions: Tools > Options > content: Load Images: Exceptions - see the web content, pop-ups, fonts and language settings

  A way to see what images are blocked is to click on the favicon (Site ID icon) on the left side of the address bar and click the button "additional information".
  This will open the Security tab of the window of the Information Page (also accessible via Tools > Page Info).
  Go to the Media of this Page Info window tab.
  Select the first image and scroll though the list with the arrow pointing downwards.
  If a picture is grayed out and there is a check mark in the box of block Images of... then remove this brand in order to unlock the images from this area.

  There is one thing that I know that you need to check that COULD be your problem.  Open Control Panel (in Classic view) and click Folder Options (or, in Control Panel, click on appearance and personalization and then Folder Options).

  Open the view tab and make sure that "Always show icons, never thumbnails" is NOT checked.

  It would be good to hear from you as to whether that was the problem!

  I always have problems with my album app, it shows no content from the internal memory, but only from SD card. I tried to clear the cache of data and restarted the phone, but it does not help.   When you try to change something on the external SD card using advantage 3:rd app, you must allow access to the application.

  In Total Commander you have to get a popup saying 'Write protected!', then press 'OK', then select the SD card on the left side menu och then press "confirm" at the bottom. Total order then deletes the file.

  And when the file has been deleted, don't forget to erase the data to storage media and then reboot the phone. It can also take a little while for the phone to analyze all of the media, which may take a little while before, you see all the pictures.

  Which you must use the file manager is a matter of preference. You can have both installed if you want to.

  I use jdev 11.1.1.7.0 and toilet spaces 11.1.1.8.0. I have a problem with image display on the wc via servlet image spaces, but there is no problem in the local test page. The images are stored in the DB (as a blob) and I use servlet to show them on jspx page. There is no picture, just a white space on the page, but the images of local test indicated correctly page on spaces.
