  Hi Kelly,

  I assume you mean to meet these problems post MLR # 7 patch.

  Here are some of the things ypu might start with:

  1. check your inventory of LS to see if your patch has been applied successfully
  2. ensure that all the post installation steps are completed (in the readme file)
  3. you may restore this patch and check if you still get the same error.
  4. after the cancellation, if your config works fine, the new patch rerapply and observe the effects.

  I created a Code based Manager (named "company") in the Module varied. I have been at the level of companies, and I put some data in the table map.

  Now I try to associate a data item for my new manager in a business process. Because I can not add a data switch (I can't choose my manager when I select the category in the data selector form), I discovered a piece of data named "Company Picker" automatic creation.

  If I did not understand your question correctly, you were asking about how to choose a folder that was created in the Manager of Configurable?

  As I remember, when you create a Module varied, unify creates a selector for this varied Module, named by its ID. So when you create a CM with ID of CM20, you get "CM20 Picker" in the definition of fundamental data and create a piece of data as a result. When it is used on a form, you can then select all records created/added within the spreadsheet Module varied.

  You might find the 'Format' button in the upper right of the useful procedure.

  I'm a bit obsessive about how processes are drawn, so I do not use it. Of course there is someone out there who use it, but think that most of us manually layout of the process.

  Don't forget to click Save before clicking the layout button. Worst case, it's that you see what it does and then press Ctrl-Z to undo it.

  I have a gap to understand how business process must be modeled in an operation of e-commerce with a 3PL partner.
  
  Scenario of the case:
  Company 'A' and 'B', both run E-Business Suite.
  The company 'A' has a website of products which are intended to be sold. These products are the property of some sellers and not by the company "A".
  A buyer or a regular Internet user visits to the Web site and decides to buy a product.
  "B" company is responsible for choosing the products of the seller and their shipment to the buyer.
  
  Issues related to the:
  
  (1) to which side is the input control to the "A" side business "or"B"?
  It should be entered in 'A', but it does not hold the stock because it is still owned by the seller of the product.

  It is easier if you separate the stream here in two processes.
  Finance: the customer pay has produced. A seller of the product country. Country B for shipping.
  Logistics: B picks up the seller and shall issue to the customer.

  (2) the customer as a customer of Oracle installation program.

  (5) on the drop ship PO, select B as a way by ship/ship.

  (7) or trigger another PO to pay B for shipping or simply to pay the Bill of B without a purchase order.

  I have a question concerning the representation of the different levels of BPA diagrams... I have been using the suite of diagram types from highest to lowest:
  -Structuring the model,
  -Value-added chain diagram,
  -(BPMN) business process diagram,
  -(BPMN) business process diagram,
  -Diagram of distribution of function (it is generated automatically).
  
  These levels are related to the use of the function of "Assignment" on individual items and allows the user to drill-down to the last level (except between the model structure and the chain of value-added chart - I can't find allows to link the two).
  As you may have noticed in the list of the diagrams above, I used two BPMN diagrams to represent two successive levels. Is it OK? The first of these two types of diagrams, I represented activities with elements of 'Function' (I also used Start, end, intermediate events and elements of the rule).
  I've linked each element of the 'function' for a more detailed diagram of BPMN to the next level. We understand the "Human Stain", items "Automated activity" (and also the start, middle, end, items of rule and other events) and is intended eventually to be transformed into BPEL.
  
  That's how I understood the "Oracle_BPA_Suite_QuickStart_Sample_Guide.pdf" and the examples included in architect 11 GR 1 material. What is the right way to do it? Does anyone have a better suggestion on how to represent the entire chain of the diagrams?

  It is possible to assign structural elements to any Type of model to BPA. If you are not able to do this mission, he is not active in the filter of your method. You can connect with the filter of all of a method to verify this. You can also change the filter you use to include this capability.

  The hierarchy you are using is fine and is commonly used. Some people use the model of the EPC, which is particular to BPA and not a standard, to the lower level of the value chain, but many use BPMN, as you have. If your intention is to use the first BPMN as a pure business process model then you can consider creating a separate Type of custom model, based on the BPMN model, with a small set of eligible items. This is also done through customization of the filter. If you do this, you can also rename the model types in the filter if you want to have different names at each level.

If you chosse to change a filter supplied with the tool, copy it and rename it, and then update the copy. Always keep the original filter supplied with the tool. If you get by reusing object and model types that has more impact on the functionality of the tool.

  Depends on what you are going to implement. For the Oracle Forms/reports/tables seeds... changes by applying patches to applications (family packs), implementation of a major update/upgrade, etc... etc. For custom modules, depends on the needs of the business and needs, and developers will be involved in these changes. Customization should not destroy the basic structure of the LES if you follow standards.

  In my application, I used an af:query element and the result is displayed in an af:table component.
