Problem in typing punctuation - Inverted double comma (",") and single (')

I use Windows 7. If I want to type punctuation - Inverted double comma (",") and simple signs ('), I have to press twice the key of the keyboard, and then remove one by using the BACKSPACE key. When you press the key on the keypad only once, nothing does the screen and when it is pressed for the second time, the brand appears twice and that is why it must be deleted. This occurs when the text inputing on any program where can be entered text such as MS Word, IE Explorer, Firefox and so on and even on the screen where this question is typed on the Web Microsoft Answers site. Please help me.

When I'm trying to put something in quotes, the first quote mark resembles a double comma ("") instead of a double apostrophe (""). I noticed in Mail and Word.

Any ideas?

Check the language setting you use in system preferences and similar settings in Word. Low quotes are used in several languages of Central and Eastern Europe rather than English analogues opening quote characters.

Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

There are two main reasons for the mistakes of certificate:
1. Your computer's time is not set correctly. Check your time year/month/day/hour/minute/timezone/light of day. Right-click on the clock in your taskbar and select "set Date/time" and make sure you are ready approximately 5 minutes of real time (don't forget time zone and DST).
2. The second reason is that Windows XP is not very good for updating root certificates. Go to the following site:

I am running windows vista on a computer hp Pavilion dv6500 laptop. I had a problems of memory processor very high for months. I did all the usual, uninstalling programs, etc and I noticed there are some programs norton on my page of uninstallers but no information after them and no way to uninstall them. Norton Internet Security in figure 5 times, Norton Protection Center, SymNet, AppCore, ccCommon, Norton Confidential Web Protection, Norton Confidential component browser and MSRedist. As I said, there is not any information thereon. There are two other programs, Zune Language Pack (FR) 356 KB and Microsoft Office Proof (French) 2007 and they either uninstall when you click it.

I went to services and found symantic programs. They seem that they have taken and the performance of my computer.

There's more... So of course, I stopped all these services and rebooted. I had to go into safe mode, restore did not work and I remember not even how I got my computer to work again. It took hours.

I got a list of services and settings of Microsoft and went through all the new and reset to recommended.   When I rebooted, there was a bright yellow screen, my computer took a few minutes to start and it worked... but not internet access. Only local services.

First of all, autoexec.bat is not used in Vista. Try to use the Norton removal tool to get rid of all Symantec programs.

Dell Latitude e5540 double letters and spaces at random

Let Dell know how many of you know the following problem:

Regularly, I find that with a single touch, my brand new laptop randommly Dell Latitude e5540 product 2 spaces (more often) and double letters (run less often than the doubling of the spaces, but systematically and predictably). Faster I type, most often mistakes happen... I found it's a matter of how hard I hit the keys. My dominant right hand-controlled keys are most often affected, while those who are controlled by my pinkie fingers NEVER touched.

I have as an amm for many employees at my workplace, which all have the same problemm. I asked several times for Dell to let me know the extent of this problem and have a reminder of this model (which, as far as I know, is ubiquitous with this particular mmodel). My persistent questions have never been answered by Dell, despite numerous contacts with 3 different agents.

Join me in putting pressure on Dell to fix this problem.

SQL Loader issue - CSV with commas and quotes IN the data

Hello, I have a dataset for a simple table of 2 columns like this:
Column 1, "it is given for"Column 2", with commas and quotes."
Data are delimited by commas and may be surrounded by double quotes. In ADDITION, it may include commas and quotation marks in the data fields. I CANNOT manipulate data before sending it to SQL Loader.
I set my file of control like this:
DOWNLOAD THE DATA
INFILE '. / TEST.dat'
BADFILE '. / TEST. BAD'
DISCARDFILE '. / TEST. DSC"
REPLACE IN THE TEST TABLE
Fields ended by ',' POSSIBLY BOX BY ' "' TRAILING NULLCOLS"

Now when I run the present via SQLLDR, I get the following error in the log file:

Sheet 1: Rejected - error on table TEST, column COL2.
no terminator found after CLOSE and CLOSED field
What are my options to get the loaded data as presented above? I'm working on Oracle 11 g (11.2.0.3.0) 64-bit on AIX 6.1.0.0.

In this case, there is no way she can tell who's a delimiter or pregnant and which is part of the data. As far as I know, there is no way that you can load it into the appropriate columns.

Commas and periods are different in Excel export than shows the dashboard

I have a user in Spain who is having this problem:
(A) on his dashboard, a value is displayed like this:
1.234,56
BUT...
(B) where it exports in Excel, the value comes out like this:
1,234.56
(Notice the difference in the comma and the period between A & B).
I am from the United States, so I that value always see as A, but it seems that in Spain the user always wants the value to display as B.
All the world has already seen this problem? If so, how could it be fixed?

Commit and Rollback disabled
I work with JDeveloper 11.1.1.5.0 and the HR on Oracle 11 g XE database.

I dropped the collection used my data on my page control. This page is the adfc boundless taskflow iside. I also dropped the transaction Commit and Rollback of the data on this page control.
When I change the data in my table, I suppose that the cancellation and the validation button must be activated, but they remain disabled.

It seems that the transaction maintains 'clean' and my changes are not recognized. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?
Set the disabled property to buttons commit / rollback to false.

Export Excel with text containing commas and transport returns
I am trying to export the result to a query of discoverer to Excel.
The text field has many characters, including commas and spans multiple lines.

Excel has a limit of 256 characters for each cell, so you'll need to export to a different type of export such as html or silk.

Network configuration of Roaming Wifi problem I just bought an Airport Extreme and I intend to use it as my router

I just bought a refurbished Airport Extreme and I intend to use it as my router & combine with our old time Capsule of existing one to create a roaming Wifi network.

The new Airport Extreme (renovated) is in my studio/Office - directly connected to our internet broadband wireless (WAN port)

Our small ethernet is connected to my iMac [mid 2010 running OSX 10.11.5] & a PC and extends up to 2 other domains through an ethernet switch.

This configuration works very well, our internet speed has improved slightly - better than our old T-Link router bit. WiFi available throughout the House - better on one side.

Time Capsule (2 TB) is connected by ethernet on the far side of the House, offer backup Time Machine and strong Wifi to this area.

This time Capsule was an existing installation that went perfectly with the T-Link before I bought the Airport Extreme.

I used the Airport utility to set everything up and it seems to work.

The problem is:

Combines the Capsule and extreme connected & active, the Internet gradually slows down and grinds to stop. -Wifi seems to follow suit, but is much more gradual.

If I disable the Time Capsule, the internet connection is back to normal, Airport Extreme Wifi signal is strong and extends to almost all areas.

I got to the departure of the two units configuration problems, so I reset both factory default and from that moment managed to do all this work - with the exception that the internet connection slows down. Whenever I visit a different web site, it takes more time to load/link upward.

I spoke with our ISP, the link to our tower is solid. The technology suggested that I put Wifi on each unit to use a different channel (2 frequencies & several channels each available).

So far, this has not resolved the problem, I will continue to make adjustments.

I googled this - most of the answers are not to date - usually 2012, 13, 14. and not directly related to my situation. But I will continue my search.

I'd appreciate if anyone here has any suggestions

What is the number and the model of the modem or modem/router that your ISP has provided you?

Should we assume that you use a Mac with the help of a current or recent operating system?

If you get out of the Capsule of time and leaves disabled for now, the network AirPort Extreme continue to run at full speed for a few hours and not slow down?

We ask these questions because we must first confirm that the AirPort Extreme works properly until we can begin to troubleshoot the connection to Time Capsule.
