  • Installation with Adobe Application Manager number

I have almost all of the applications for the new cloud of Creative Adobe via Adobe Application Manager installed, but has encountered a problem when installing Acrobat X Pro. It would download but then stop in the installation process and not all go further.

  • Adobe Application Manager closes unexpectedly

Any subscriber to the arrangement of cc /Photoshop Lightroom and have been informed: congratulations - download here.

When I click on download I get a problem report for Adobe Application Manager quite unexpectedly.  I rebooted, don't know what to do next.

    Mavericks, Lightroom 5

I had the same problem - I bought the complete creative cloud, and as soon as I wanted to download my first piece of software. After the purchase, I logged on adobe.com and clicking on a "Download" button - a "adobe application manager" arisen - and close unexpectedly. every time - I restarted the computer, tried different browsers... still, it crashed after about 30 seconds...

I found a solution that worked for me, I used the 'adobe creative cloud tool cleaner", check out this link:

Use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6

After using the vacuum cleaner, the good thing happened when you click on the download button: I was asked to install the "CreativeCloudInstaller" - instead of an Adobe Application Manager - and now it works like a charm.

While thinking about what to do, I came across this post and figured - I might as well post my solution here.
    I hope this helps!

  • CC Adobe Application Manager fails to install...

I just bought Adobe CC (I am a current owner of the CS6 Production Premium) and login with my ID Adobe, has attempted to download Adobe Photoshop CC and got the following error message:

    Adobe Application Manager

    We encountered the following problems:

    Adobe Application Manager cannot install.

My system is Windows7 64 bit.  I looked through my Windows7 the event logs and don't show them that NO errors.

I tried to contact "live chat", but I seem to be on infinite 'hold' with estimated waiting who goes from 23 minutes to 22 minutes to 23 minutes to 22 minutes (did it for 50 minutes today) - I guess that a LOT of people have problems with CC.

I must say, my 'introduction' to Adobe Creative Cloud certainly was NOT a good.  If I can't get a solution soon, I'll just get a refund on my subscription of the CC and get other software "creative".  Not a happy customer.  I suspected that this subscription CC approach would be problematic, and it is!

  • Adobe Application Manager - Code A12E1

    Hello

I can't complete installation of adobe application manager - code A12E1 - to download the creative cloud applications.

    MacPro, OS X 10.8.2

I cleaned all the former facilities of CS (3, 4, 5, 5.5) with the cleaning tool Adobe CS and no process running, Manager application MAA downloaded via CC and directly from the Adobe website.

    No hint what to do?

    Thank you

Adobe offers a cleaning tool, which removes the entries in the database but not the physical files associated with the installation.  Run the programs uninstall program to remove all components.

Remove the creative cloud on Mac OS

    1. double-click on your hard disk.

    2. go in Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers.

3 run all the Adobe uninstaller programs to remove all Adobe Creative Suite products.

    Try this: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-installation-download .html

  • Adobe Application Manager in Windows 10 installation problem

    Hello

Could not download LR 6 autonomous 6.3 setting-level (and I thank you for it!) because I get an error that says: Application Manager is damaged.  So I download Adobe Application Manager 9.0, but I still get the same error message when you try to update to 6.3 LR.  The download for the app Manager seems to work OK.  The Application Manager only I can find is CC services.  I have the standalone version of LR 6.0.  What is the problem?  Is there something I need to change on 10 to win?

    Thanks for your help,

    BAB

What happens if you click HELP and select this option to search for updates in the Help window?

That's what I do with Photoshop Elements, so it SHOULD work in Lightroom

  • I'm having some trouble with the installation process. I want to install a trial version of AI, but my adobe application manager keeps inviting them to update but will not go beyond 10%. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists. Help

I don't know what to do. I'm trying to download a trial version of A.I., but when downloading, my adobe application manager keeps trying to update but will not exceed 10%. I can't access anything on my manager. I tried to re download the program, but the same problem persists. What are my options?

If you just open the Application Manager, it successfully updated?

In Illustrator, you can download setup offline http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2014-direct-download-links.html (CC 2014).

Make sure you follow the instructions very important on this page.

  • Troubleshooting installation problems for non - Adobe applications CC versions

    Hello

For non - CC users who are still working with installers directly, I see that we continue to show the hyperlink for "Get Adobe Support Advisor" (Adobe - Adobe Support Advisor) to install her (RIBS) dialogues error.

The web page then has a link to the Adobe support section (of Assistance from Adobe). A bit like a redirection.

However, since the tool consultant support is no longer available, ca we specify not just that in the first place?

This is such a complain to the user of the Lightroom Product:

"After going on the link in the above screen, capture and I downloaded Adobe Application Manager, open the .dmg file and run the installer.  The result is the following error message telling me that the application won't install and directing me to "get Adobe Support Advisor.

After going on the indicated link in the screenshot above to get Adobe Support Advisor, I find myself on Adobe Support Advisor page, which, rather than providing a just download link informs me that "Adobe Support Advisor has been discontinued"

    Then what should I do?

Maybe someone at Adobe would be nice enough to tell me why I get instructions to download and install an app that does not install and then to direct me to a resource that no longer exists?  "
