Problem Lenovo g580 chart intel

I have a problem with my new g580. Whenever I have install the intel hd graphics driver after restarting the computer freezes and I get a blue screen. Windows cannot run in safe mode when the driver is installed. I tried almost 30 versions of the driver, but he keeps doing the same thing... :/ I don't know what it takes to please help me solve this problem. All other drivers are very well it's the only one who does not.

My specs: Intel b960 2.2 ghz processor, 4 GB RAM, 500GB hdd and nvidia geforce 630 m 2 g

I have 'fixed' it. It seems works fine if you install X 86 version of Windows and using the 32-bit driver. What I would really call a fix but better than to pay for a recovery CD, to have your laptop back and full of bloatware that comes pre-installed.

This whole experience is going to be reported but not impressed.

  • My new Lenovo G580 - blue screen error

    Hello

    I bought a new lenovo G580 (Intel B950/2 GB / 500 GB) with the BACK (Friday - 21 September, 2012).

I installed another 2 GB of RAM in the extra slot. So, I now have a total of 2 + 2 GB of RAM.

I installed Windows7 inside. It worked fine for 1 day, but when I installed bluetooth G580, wifi drivers, it began to break up with blue screen by creating a dump file. Now, I'm not even able to boot the system. I formatted the system twice and could not draw it. I've seen other forums and found out that it is due to some problems of dropbox etc, but I have not installed same software 1. As soon as I installed windows7, I started with drivers (Drivers DVD came with my laptop)

    Please help me.

    Thank you best regards &,.

  • Lenovo G580 - menu to start cannot find CD/DVD, HARD drive

    Hello everyone

I have a little trouble with this laptop lenovo G580, which cannot start.

Problem: HARD and CD/DVD drive is visible in the tap in the bios info, but they are not visible in the faucet of the boot, only an IP4 and IP6 EFI network are visible.

I tried to change the HARD disk first to ensure if she would do anything, but did not work, so I spent back.

But I've never seen this kind of problem before, so I really have no idea what to do.

The version of the bios installed is V9.01 I hope that if someone has an idea that could help solve this problem.

    -Mootix-

It seems ok I solved my problem, I will report how and what I have done, so anyone with the same problem can try this.

OK, so apparently the Bios have been installing only the boot devices to reqister who had something to do with Windows 8, which means that the hard drive that was completely empty of any data, had nothing to do with Windows 8 and therefor can not be started with the current Bios settings.

    1. open the safety valve and turn off temp only "secure startup.

    2. go to the tap of Boot and change 'Boot mode' for Legacy Support UEFI.

    3. in the tap water Boot changes 'Boot prio' "first Legacy.

4 reboot and press F2 and verify tap boot to the disk under "Boot device prio.

    Fact

I think that since the drive HARD have Win8 installed it will not display as boot device unless it is on Legacy Support.

because UEFI on the G580 only supports the HARD disk with a Win8 installed operating system.

Now, I should be able to reinstall Win 8 - 8.1 on the HARD drive.

  • Lenovo G580 does not illuminate

    Hello

I have a Lenovo G580 I've had one for a little while now. It worked OK on Saturday but I tried this morning but it won't turn. I tried a different PSU, and I have tried with and without the battery. When I plug in the charger the dough light comes on but when I press the power button / nothing happens. If I had to guess I would say that there is a problem with the button of power but just wondering if there is a known issue or if it may be something else.

    Your help is very appreciated.

    Thank you

    Good afternoon.

For those that are interested I took it to a local company and the power button needed to be resoldered, its all working fine now.

    Thank you

  • EFI system error related to... Cannot install windows 7 64-bit on lenovo g580...

    Hello

I have Lenovo g580 which had pre-installed BACK inside {i5, 500 GB, 4 GB} and initially I had installed Win 7 32 bit on it. At that time, there was some problems while rebooting the 1st time, but I ran windows repair option and everything went well.

But the problem came when I tried to install windows 7 64 bit on the laptop with a DVD, no matter which drive to choose, it only allows me to move forward. When I checked the details, I got the error message which is attached here.

    Link to image

There is no option of disk controller in the BIOS, or anything whatsoever the UEFI systems tto.

I did the r & d on uefi systems, but I want to be sure of everything until I get ahead of what it is.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks for no help guyz!

but I found a way... so for anyone else out there... Here is the solution...

    1. When installing to the partition screen, press SHIFT + F10.
    2. At the prompt, type diskpart and press ENTER.
    3. Type list disk (not the number of the disk to be used)
    4. Type select disk X, where X is the number of the disk to use.
    5. Clean type. This erases all data on your system.
    6. Type convert gpt
    7. Now reboot the system with the DVD/USB, and you will see only the unallocated space. Use to install the new windows.

Be warned however, this clears the partition table on the disk; Make sure that you have a backup before attempting this, if you have important data

Problems updating graphic adapter Intel Corporation - Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1 WDDM1.2,

I'm trying to fix it with the original driver?

You can download the driver from the Intel website (search on your model number of graph, then Windows 7), read the notes first check it is correct for your hardware, uninstall the graphics drivers (Windows will return to a default basic driver), restart and install the new drivers.

If this does not work, the Lenovo Web site will be older (but certified to work) drivers for your system model.

2.) when I put "Switchable graphics" display of the BIOS, then I can install ATi driver, but I can't install the Intel HD driver by telling this thing on the minimum requirements.

I have the latest drivers for chipset, SATA AHCI, etc. Any help would be appretiated. Thx a lot.

I installed the driver bluetooth of windows 8 and still not recognized. I have haveup windows date and not helped, so windows update doesn't work for me. My before OS was Windows 7 Pro 64 bit and everything worked well, and will very likely downgrade to windows 7 to make everything work. • Graphics driver problem Lenovo G770

    Hello

I recently bought a new Lenovo G770 computer and after some time began to experience problems with the ATI display driver who kept sparking blue screens (BSOD) and black screen crashes with the well-known message "the ATI display driver has stopped working and has successfully recovered". My system is the CORE i5, 8 GB RAM, 750 GB HARD drive and double version graphic (ATI Radeon HD 6650 M and Intel 3000). I have the latest drivers from the Lenovo support site, the question "do you have the latest version of the driver" is useless. The latest driver for the ATI Radeon of Lenovo is one dated April 15, 2011! Has anyone encountered this problem? I'm not really willing to Exchange my laptop or sending it to the service without a little research and DIY. Thus, everyone, Lenovo, HELP? Much appreciated!

    Thank you!

  • Optical problem Lenovo Y580

    Hi there everyone,

So I'll be quick on my problem to go straight to the point. I installed Windows 8 to Dreamspark to try to update my system, may be faster. After the installation of the OS, I had problems after problems, including performance was extremely terrible!

So I used my restore DVD to return to Windows 7 Pro. Now, I've updated all my drivers Lenovo Web sites and Intel, that not all drivers Lenovo has seemed to work.

I never noticed before, but my light optical (digital sound, the red one on the side 3.5 mm plug right hand) is still on. IM pretty good with computers, but nothing that I don't seem to turn it off. Is it supposed to be on? Seems rather pointless if its still on.

I guess I'm looking for assistance on this topic. I tried to disable the hardware, change of drivers... Ideas now. Any help is appreciated.

    Lenovo Y580

3rd generation Intel Core i7-3610QM at 2.30 Ghz

    8 GB RAM

500 GB drive HARD 7200 RPM

NVIDIA Geforce GTX 660 M graphics card

    Thank you.

    Good,

I managed to get the drivers to work. I was about to try to install the drivers manually, but then I got the idea to try the XP drivers. BAM, they worked. I have no idea why XP drivers worked, but the pilots of 7 or 8 do not have.

    Well, problem solved, I guess!

    Thanks for all your help!
