• Floating text with div alignment problems

  I have trouble with the lay-out. I'm afraid that this is a common problem (just an amateur) but could not find the solution.

  I have a div container and inside this a content-div div and a floating sidebar div (floating on the right). I would like the text of the content div is at the same level as the bar side-divtext. So... "Spaanse lovely" the text is horizontal at the same level as the text 'Op naar... search. ».

  As it is now, everything looks all right on my laptop and Internet Explorer. But if I look at another PC (also IE) the text "Spaanse lovely" appears much lower.

  Edit the css "container" as below. Some of the elements of the Spry naviagtion are floating, who will lead them in the normal html stream, so you have to 'clear' These floats, so clear: both; (below) instead of clear: none;

  Hi TheJohnParr, to your Thunderbird (e-mail client) problem, I you suggest have another question for this, and we could concentrate on your Firefox search engine problem in this thread.

  You can view, disable and usually remove extensions on page modules. Either:

  • Command + shift + a
  • Tools menu > Modules

  In the left column, click Extensions. Then, when in doubt, turn off.

  Typically, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

  Just complete the update on the Web instead of the update of computer desktop and everything worked well. NOTE: It does not take very long.

• Important problems of browsing with FireFox with OS 10.7 Lion... toolbars missing, by clicking on the menus don't give nothing

  I was unable to connect after you have received the link from FireFox. All the menu items tend to disappear after loading, and I am unable to access any URL. If a successful click is that Firefox will be insensitive after 1 or 2 clicks more.

  I now use Firefox with Mac OS 10.7 Lion recently updated facility. There isn't any way that I can get to my bookmarks or URL that I paste or manually put more. The toolbar has disappeared, and I don't see the bar more address.

  Hi @OHIMATAS,

  I see by your post that you are unable to network that is connected the printer to the Windows XP computer, but Windows 7 computer. I can help you with this.

  Make sure that the Windows XP computer is connected to the correct network name, not a guest or the other network.

  Print a configuration page to get the IP address of the printer.

  Print a Configuration Page.

  Try and access the printer on the Windows XP Embedded Web server.

  Type the IP address in the address bar of your web browser. (Internet Explorer)

  It loads the page Web has?

  If you are unable to access SAP of the printer, check the IP address on the computer to see if the first 3 sets of numbers match the printer IP. They must match to be on the same network.

  Go to start, type executer run in the start search box, type cmd, and then type ipconfig.
  Check the IPV4 address.
  Now, check the IPV4 address for the printer.
  Do the first 3 sets of numbers match?

  Try and ping the printer.

  In the same window, type ping printers (space between ping and IP address) IP address
  What are the results?

  Run the Wizard add printer in printers and faxes, if you were able to access EWS of the printer.

  Please provide detailed results if you're still having problems.

• Have just been told by BT that I need a new/different version of Thunderbird to work with the new system BTMail (previously BTYahooMail) - I do?

  I have btinternet email for years and Thunderbird for too long and have been happy with both. Unfortunately, I'm not technical enough to understand the majority of assistance or instructions on the information pages of support technique/Thunderbird, but haven't managed to get TB put in place in the first place (long time) and it seems to have worked well since. However, on Friday both of my accounts to BT (sets of two numbers), so two BT email addresses have been moved new old BT Yahoo mail BT mail. I was unable to connect to one of them, but the other was very good - I have had help 'screen sharing' a technical chap BT to sort. However, he was able to Conect Thunderbird with email servers. I said to BT and the chap tech tried to sort on screen sharing, but could not (and I have been unable to follow what he was doing). A few months ago, I made a few changes, as requested by BT, to allow for the transfer to go smoothly (!), but the man has changed some things Friday, I think, as well. He could not solve the problem of TB and I can't figure it out at all, and the Lady of BT Tech help to whom I spoke this morning (and who had managed to fix my problem of connection BTID, fortunately) had a look and suggested that maybe I needed an update/new/different version TB or 'another email address. Well, I really want to stay with Thunderbird and was hoping that someone here could explain it in simple English for me, please? I was wondering what will happen, assuming that I need to download an updated version / different, if I did this and then sort of re-installed my existing BT email addresses (as if I started again with Thunderbird)? I hope that there is someone here who can help you - thank you - I'm rather fond of this little blue bird. Thank you.

  If, as you say, they are completely separate installations on separate hard disks, each with there own version of PS for example, there should be no way that they could interfere with each other! I assume you are using a form any of Boot Manager to load a specific version of Mac OS x?

  I did something similar at the start in a similar situation with client compatibility and not had a problem with either interfere with others!

  However, you share the programs somehow between different OS, so that would be another matter.

  I have a very strange graphic problem in Photoshop. When I paste or import a random image example of strange things are happening. You can see on the pictures.   • Protected site is vSphere 5.5 Update 2 or 3
  • Recovery site is vSphere 6.0 U2
  • vSphere 6.1 replication
  • 6.1 SRM

  Issues related to the:

  Can anyone confirm the support in regards to the different version of vSphere protected and recovery site?

  Are there related shades to have different versions of vSphere protected and recovery site?

  We can successfully failover to the recovery site, reprotect VMs to protected site and be restored in a site protected without problem?

  Different versions of vSphere are supported to recover protected site and as you have configured, it is recommended to have the new version on the recovering site. The reason for this and be careful about the different versions, has to do with the versions of virtual equipment. VMware ESX can run VMs with earlier versions of virtual hardware, but not later (came out after the version of vSphere). You want to make sure that your virtual machines will run on the host on the recovering site. If you are using a later version of vSphere to recovery, as long as you deploy new virtual machines when running it, or if you do this, you use a virtual hardware version that is compatible with the hosts what was your site protected, you will never come across the problem of trying to recover a virtual machine with the hardware version that is incompatible with vSphere.

  I have a need to occasionally change a site with DW CS3 because of a plugin used to LASSO programming. But I would do most of the work in the last DW2016. Is there a problem with access to the same site (local on my Mac) with two different versions of DW? I would like to only access and edit pages with the old version. I know that I could get some weird previews in the old version, but are there other issues should I be aware of?

  No problem I can think of, apart from one slightly different code entry than the other. CS3 will use outdated html attributes for things that later versions use CSS to accomplish (centering text and other). It's still going to work in all major browsers, but the CS3 code won't be to modern standards, if you use it for more than the old extension.

• Problem of RenderToTexture with PPAPI version of FlashPlayer in Chrome.

  I have been successfully using a dynamically generated cube map texture to simulate reflective surfaces (i.e. mirrors) in a 3D scene, but I recently discovered that this has stopped working properly in Chrome browser. (tested with 8.1 Windows 64-bit, Chrome Version 40.0.2214.94 m, Flash Player 16.0.0.296)

  What seems to be the case, it's the cube map texture ends up with the bad images, but only when a PPAPI of the FlashPlayer version is activated in the Chrome browser. I tried a number of versions of flash player PPAPI, and these always go wrong in the same way for me and also constantly work correctly when I spend the same versions of player but using the versions of the NPAPI plugin.

  I use the function for example from rendering between the six faces of cubemap

  context3D.setRenderToTexture (cubeTexture, true, 0, < n >);

  but for some reason, in versions PPAPI of the flash player, I am ending up with bad images (or simply disabled) in each face of the cubemap texture.

  My investigation of the problem made me me whether (in the version PPAPI) if rendering the texture has been delayed in some way or which overlap with another frame makes? Well this seems unlikely, because I had always assumed that FlashPlayer was single threaded?

  BTW. Older versions of Flash Player, I've tried are (16.0.0.235 and 16.0.0.287), as well as what work correctly for me in Chrome with NPAPI version, but not with version PPAPI. So, is there a problem with the implementation of Flash Player PPAPI for setRenderToTexture?

  He had me stumped, so I wonder if anyone else has had similar problems with Flash3D make texture in PPAPI of the FlashPlayer versions? Anyone got advice or suggestions to find a work around?

  I have a Java Web Start program that works very well.
  My application uses JAX - WS among many other libs.
  I would like to continue my support for Java 1.5 as long as possible. JAX - WS is not included in Java 1.5, so I've been packing via start Java web.
  
  Now I wish I had a JNLP file that provides Java 1.5 with JAX - WS, while sending is not the 10 MB for customers Java 1.6 or 1.7. Is there a way to do this?
  
  The problem may be just as relevant within 6 months for Java 1.6 and 1.7 :)
