  I've created a bunch of .pdf in an earlier version of Indesign (about 2 years ago) and the new version will not open them. Should I use another Adobe product to edit the .pdfs they are to fill in the blank forms for use in the office.

  Thank you... I tried to open one of my forms in Acrobat and received a message that I need to use LiveCycle Designer to modify the document. Sounds stupid, but I have used the software for years, but never paid attention on behalf of the program after installation. Business has changed and the software is at the old place. Sure I need LiveCycle designer.

  So OR locked.  Simply copy the VI on your desktop and then register for precedent.  I can understand why they would want to prevent you from doing this since so many things change from one version to the other.  But this is all new for 2013 (just tried with 2012 and it was fine).

  You don't mention what you have encountered errors? Workaround for the problem more frequently reached here is Re: error in Muse: object UID:U6875 has two (or more) owners: U3633 and U3165

  If you have a copy of your .muse file that has not been saved by using 2014.3, you can downgrade by uninstalling Muse, and then choose the previous Version in the drop-down list of filters in the Panel of Apps from the desktop creative cloud application. There will be a popup next to the Muse, where you can select a version prior to install.

  If you want to convert Word files to PDF with the Adobe Reader application then it is possible with the service Pack of PDF. Try to use the service on the web: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf

• folder "is not compatible" with the photoshop cs6 version, but was created in the cs6 version!

  3 Photoshop PSD I created last week. Recorded 3 PSD in the same location on my computer and created in the same version. Today, I'm going to open all 3 and all but 1 opens. The 3rd file says "cannot complete request because the file is not compatible with this version of photoshop". I don't have a newer version, or I changed nothing. Anyone know how I can fix this problem?

  I was able to contact a technical support person and they tried to open the file in the newer version, however, they also said that the file is corrupted. Fortunately I sent me an e-mail that day from the PSD. I had to download from my e-mail address and opened it right. Not to self: save files in multiple locations, and sending the e-mail to yourself has been a lifesaver!

  Found the problem - it's a HT Access file on the site itself. Deleted the file and 10.0.2 works very well.

  I want to record the revenue of every four hours in an excel file without overwriting the previous entry.  It would work like a button "save under", but instead enter a new name, the name of the recipe as well as the date and time is what the file would be saved under.  Any thoughts on whether this is possible, or how it can be accomplished would be great.
