Problem of saving a file created in the previous version.

Hello.

I have a project created in the previous version of Adobe Muse.

When I open the project in the new version of Muse (2015.1 Release, 2016-02-09), I can't save all changes to this project in the new version because the program displays this message: 2015.1

"Adobe Muse CC has encountered an error and will now close. Please report the last actions bit that you have taken to this error to the Adobe Muse CC team.

Pendants Ref or property: ImageFrame means unknown UID, ImageFrame means unknown UID, ImageFrame refers to unknown UID ".»

Thus, the saved project is an exact copy of the old version unchanged file.

In the new version of Muse 3 SVG-related images have become not associated with any object.

Context menu is not possible on these files in the active panel. So they are not available for withdrawal.

The elimination of the empty picture frames previously contained these files, doesn't help me too much.

I can't help with this project.

Thank you

We are actively working on an update to correct this error, but I have no ETA for its release.

At this point, there are a few choices:

(1) send us the .muse file and we will perform the conversion of 2015.1 (and avoid the bug that causes this error) and you will receive the file.

(2) return to Muse 2015.0 until a 2015.1.1 update is available with the fix for this error.

(3) return to Muse 2015.0, found all the .svg graphics in your file and check to see if they are in a group that contains no other objects. If they are, break up this group to get rid of. (This error is triggered by a bug in the conversion of file format code that is triggered if a file contains a SVG graphic is in a group that contains no other object.) A group of one). Once all the SVG isn't in groups 1 point you can upgrade to 2015.1, open and save the file without error.

If you choose to send us the file of manual conversion to 2015.1, please send the .muse file to [email protected] as well as a link to this topic for the context. If the file is larger than 20 MB, you'll need to use a service such as Adobe send & Track, Dropbox, creative cloud, WeTransfer, etc. file sharing.

If you choose to downgrade to Muse 2015.0, which can be achieved first Muse uninstall creative application Cloud Desktop, then in the Panel of Apps from the desktop app CC Muse and it's going to be a drop down beside him Announces all the previous versions available for install. (This drop-down list appears only when the Muse is not already installed). Note that Muse 2015.0 cannot open files that have been saved using the 2015.1 Muse.
