Problem of the NAC. Failed to add server.

Hi all!

I can't add a nac server to the CAM. Error: Cannot add the server: server access to the own conflicted with the IP <10.52.244.146>must first be removed.

Add Server IP: 10.52.244.194. I checked all the settings. This address is not used in the IP address of the server of Pentecost - 10.52.244.146 settings.

I don't see in the newspapers of useful information.

Why didn't I have this error on the CAM?

  • Integration of the NAC Profiler - cannot add list of filters on cam

    I have a problem with the Profiler - integration of the NAC for endpoint profiling.

    Here's the situation:

    I have already created the integration based on the steps in the Guide: Setup Cisco NAC Appliance integration. I think that the configuration is correct, because I can do database synchronization between the Profiler and CAM. Here's the log of server profile:

    NAC_SYNC: Task_Queue_Runner commissioning
    NAC_SYNC: Profiler / END of synchronization of the NAC [add 0, upd 0, desc 0, rm 0]
    NAC_SYNC: Profiler / START the synchronization of the NAC

    I have already created a profile of endpoint named "Admin" which is based on the IP address. I also created the NAC events based on endpoint profile 'Admin '.

    The event of the NAC will present 'Admin' profile to a role of the NAC. This event aims to circumvent 'Admin' of the legalisation of the ANC visa so that the "Admin" can connect to the network automatically to a role of the NAC.

    However, when 'Admin' to connect to the network, it still is challanged by NAC. I don't see "Admin" on the filter of the CAM or the list.

    This means that the endpoint profiling is still broken.

    Is there anyone who have experience with this?

    You cannot add devices manually on the profiler.

    The Profiler has to detect automatically (it is the concept of profiling).

    How this Profiler detects endpoints use the modules of collector.

    Each module has endpoints detection means.

  • Problem of the NAC plugins &amp; Nessus

    I have a problem with the installation of the Nessus plugin. ((

    After reading Installation Guides I have not a clear understanding what files should I download. So I have 2 files:

    Nessus-plugins - 2.2.10.tar.gz (6507 KB)

    Nessus-plugins-GPL - 2.2.10.tar.gz (1071 KB)

    After renaming, I tried to download each of them turning the cam under updates of the Plugin. CAM said "Upload successful" and has always some plugins (Scan Setup-> Plugins).

    So I don't understand what the problem... ((

    Can someone share file plugins.tar.gz correct, please...?

    You must download and install the Nessus appropriate for your PC.

    After downloading the latest plugins on the site of Nessus, in the directory (for a Windows installation) c:/Program Files / sustainable / Nessus / Plugins, you will have a file 'plugin.tar.gz '. You can rename or copy this into "plugins.tar.gz".

    Then in the console the NAC Manager, under ACCESS OWN-> NETWORK SCANNER-> Plugin updates, go to the same folder and choose the file "plugins.tar.gz". It MUST be named exactly as described - with the S - to work. Complete the DOWNLOAD. When finished go to the Configuration of Scan tab and select all in the show _ Plugins dropdown. You should hae about 20,000 of them.

  • Problem of the NAC in the virtual tape gateway VPN SSO

    I've implemented a NAC solution for remote users. The unit of CASE mode configured in the gateway enVirtual Strip.

    Remote users can connect succeffuly using the cisco vpn software and they can ping the SIN, but not the DNS (the ASA offers IP @ but not the DNS I do not know why).

    When I access the NAS, I can download the NAC Agent but VPN SSO is not executed and the Agent asks me to connect using LOCAL DB.

    Any help please,.

    For VPN SSO work, you must send the accounting package to the CAs. The CASE can in turn send for the ACS if you need accounting also be done on GBA, but for authentication ONLY work, the accountant must reach the CASE.

    Plese note to add a device (switch) to the CAm, you must go to the leadership of OOB-> appliances-> New.

  • I have a problem with the Media Play Station 3 Server.

    I have PS3 media server so I can watch movies from my computer to my PS3. Lately his agi... Here's what it said in the papers.

    If anyone can tell me why its in place that would be great. I fixed it before but I'm not super knowledgable when it comes to computers. Whenever I have it fixed that I know exactly what I did to make it work, so basically dumb luck has gotten me through this day, but now I've hit a wall.

    Hello.  I'm wireless network printer Canon Pixma ip1500 my home wireless network.  I can't install the appropriate software on one of my computers, a Dell Inspiron 2200 running Windows XP Home Edition.  The installation software for the computers installed on other computers I use.

    Linksys support and assistance is neither friendly nor helpful.  I have two questions, and I'm grateful (really thankful!) for any help:

    1. the installer crashes when the software is copy the files to install on my computer to 96% complete.  If anyone has had this problem, and if so, do you have a solution?  The Linksys forums have a lot of posts on this topic, but none of the suggested fixes worked for me, so I am seeking thoughts alternatives here.

    2. by way of solution, it was suggested to me to try to add a TCP/IP port to the printer and try to print using LPR.  I only vaguely understand the importance and the technical stuff underlying all of this, but I think I did what I had to do to put in place.  It does not, however, and it seems that the problem is with the queue implementation.  Neither L1 (the setting suggested by Linksys), or other parameters (L2, L3, USB1) no longer work.  I would be grateful if someone could advise me of the method to determine the appropriate queue setting.

    I don't know if this should be broadcast in printers or wireless networking forum, so I write both.  I apologize for any inconvenience that this duplication creates.

  • Problem with the named instance of SQL Server using DG4ODBC

    I am running DG4ODBC on a computer LINUX 64-bit with the Microsoft SQL Server driver is installed. I tested successfully with an instance of SQL Server that is not named (GENERALI_DSN). The named instance gives the following when trying to query:

    I can't understand why the named instance is not working but the other is. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Have you checked with the ODBC test utility isql (it is installed by default when you install the unixODBC Driver Manager) If your ODBC driver can connect at all to this named instance? I doubt it will work either as there was that a blog has commented by MS engineer:

    which States that the instance named connections are not supported using this driver.

    The problems you describe can be caused by outdated software.

    Make sure that iTunes and OS X are up-to-date.

    On your open the App Store, and select updates from the menu.

    On your iOS devices, tap settings > general > software update

    The best solution for you is to deploy the CCA in a centralized deployment of L3 OOB mode. Local users will be connected to the CAs in L2 OOB.

    In the future, you can easily deploy NAC in the branch offices.

    Looking for your network diagram, you connect CAM and ca to WS-C4509-E switches.

    CAM and CASES use as a null-modem serial cable, you can use it, but it is not necessary if you connected two cams via crossover ethernet cable.

  • Problem with the plugin Update Manager

    I'm having a problem with the update on my VC Server Manager (2.5 build 104215).  Update Manager is not downloaded updates.  In VC when I go to Plugins it shows that Updae Manager is installed and enabled.  If I remove the check mark for Enabled & then turn it back on, I get a message - "the server could not interpret the customer's request" - but the checkbox reappears.  I also have this message when I run VC on the server, but not from my PC.

    If I right click on the download VMware Update Manager update scheduled task and select Properties, I get a message - "the plugin for this task has not been saved.   All VMware services are started.  The Update Manager

    Update Manager is built 1.0.0.63972 and the VI client on the server is 104215
