Problem using flash player

Since yesterday, a message keeps appearing at the bottom of the screen saying flash player wants to move.  Flash player is already installed.  Why does this happen and how to prevent this message appearing everytime I open a new window. Thank you for your help.

He doesn't want to install anything, but he asked to run Flash Player.  Allow you?  If so, this message should not return to the same Web site.

  • Windows 8 with problems using flash player

Cannot access a photography site that requires flash player.  I activated the Shockwave, disabled active x for filtering and do not know what else to try.  I just need to look at my pictures of children and am not a technology person.

The problem with Internet Explorer (#3756 in a series of 1,000,000,000 things wrong with it) it is with Windows 8, as so many things Microsoft has taken up and then fucked up royally, the Flash Player in integrated and update via Windows update. If Microsoft keeps on their end, content Flash is no longer available in Internet Explorer, and there is nothing you can do about it on your end. You've been through the work to ensure that it works. If you ran the update from Windows and it has not updated to Flash Player, I advise to use another browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome and you will be able to access that IE won't let you.

Chrome comes with its own built-in Flash Player plugin, but (like Firefox) it does not rely on controls ActiveX (that Microsoft still uses after all other browsers them fell in 2000). If you choose to use Firefox, you will need to download Flash Player Flash Player plugin (all other browsers) but it works as well or better than the version of IE.

They appear just like the black areas on the page when wmode = "transparent".

  • Problem installing flash player 11.0.1.152 with Windows Vista 64-Bit

    Hello

I can't get Flash Player to install on my computer with Windows Vista 64-Bit - is not serious if I try with Firefox, Opera or IE (usually, I use Firefox).

The download is not a problem, but when I run the .exe downloaded, the file disappears from my download folder and nothing happens - not to mention that the launch of a process called install_flashplayer11x32_mssd_aih_3.exe, which does nothing. The usual installation popup never appears. After that I can not try to start the installation again, until the deactivation of the process via the Task Manager ("that one instance of this application can run"). No matter if I try the download and installation with or without 'McAffe security more' btw - same result.

I have never had such a problem before - Flash Player 10.3 has been and no problem to install and use.

I tried all the measures proposed in the troubleshooting section on the official website, including measures for advanced troubleshooting (uninstall the old version, run as administrator, disable the software firewall, disable antivirus, etc.). Nothing helps.

I have never had these problems with my laptop running Windows 7 - just my desktop computer with Vista 64-bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • JavaScript disabled, cannot load or use Flash Player, what is the problem?

Since the installation of the latest version of Firefox on my Mac (OS X 10.8.4), I can't watch or download videos from Flash Player. Here is a part of the root of the problem:

    1. I have Java Applet plugin Java 7 update 25 installed and activated.
    2. I also NoScript active 2.6.7.1. If I'm on a web page with Flash material I want to download, I am doing what I used to do with the previous version of Firefox, which is to click on "temporarily allow all this page" in the Options"" menu.
    3. If I try to listen to or download, I get the error message "to view this video, you need later.
version of Adobe Flash Player. "and a download button.
    4. the button brings me to the Flash Player page, where it says "JavaScript is currently disabled in your browser and is required to download Flash Player."
    5. in the ' about' config' parameters, Javascript.enabled is set to 'default' and 'true '.

At this point, I'm stumped. Can someone please help?

My thanks to everyone who responded, the solution is in fact provided by zakaria on the Mac forums and was simple; He suggested I download Flash from here , the Adobe Flash Player Distribution page, rather than the Adobe page that Firefox sends you when you have not download plugin. As far as I can tell, this Adobe page is bugged and cannot say that JavaScript is actually activated, or Firefox has a problem of communication of the fact. In both cases, it is disconcerting.

  • Ookla speed test, router, there is a problem with Flash Player

I use Dell laptop, running Windows 7, IE11 browsers with Chrome. The router I have is a Linksys AE6900, with built in functionality of Ookla speed test,.

who has recently stopped working. It comes to getting the error message:

FireShot Screen Capture #008 - Linksys Smart Wi-Fi - linksyssmartwifi_com_ui_1_0_99_161129_dynamic_home_html (640x303).jpgSo, I'm not sure if it's a close routerelp, or a Flash Player problem. Anyone

browser is used, both use the most recent version. Flash is automatically updated in Chrome, and the version of IE is 20.0.0.306. The thing that makes

I wonder if maybe it's the latest version of Flash is, after this started, I had to do a restore of the system image of a six-month-old system. Before that I just could not

update it worked until the Flash has been updated. Although the same test on both the site on the site from my ISP and Ookla continued to work throughout. I do not use

Active X filters, but I block third party cookies. That shouldn't make a difference on my router because it uses a secure connection, and basically my own IP address.

This is a wireless connection, but I'm also wireless when visiting other teams as well. Oh, I also tried to reinstall Flash and so the router software.

I could try to install a version archived Flash, even though I'm bit of a stickler on security. Then, someone has suggestions of troubleshooting, which can

help refine it? Or should I wait for when the next version comes out and see if it works then? Thanks to the one who fixed the time to read this long question.

Looks like you have probably installed Flash, but the Web page is not detect Flash Player.  It doesn't really surprise me to IE11, but it is hardly surprising for Chrome.  My guess is that Chrome is blocking an approach using the router for security reasons guys.

You use an adblocker or the plugin anti-tracking?  If so, you could try to disable them temporarily.  Something that blocks Flash or JavaScript arbitrarily may cause this.

If you have not installed an update of the firmware on your router for a while, I would start there.  Linksys may have fixed on their end.  Otherwise, you might be out of luck.  The landscape of security requires that we (like browser vendors and the Flash) move to a more strict set security policies, web technologies, and which does not always leave room for backward compatibility.

While we could spend time trying to identify the root causes of the problem, it is cooked to your router, so is the only way to fix is via a Linksys firmware update.  If it is not fixed in the latest firmware, it's probably easier to just give her to use http://www.speedtest.net/ directly... and if it works, you have a pretty decent confirmation that Flash behaves as expected.

  • Problem since Flash Player updated to version 20.0.0.306

Today my Macbook Pro (operating OS X El Capitan, 10.11.3 version) automatically updated my Adobe Flash Player version 20,0.0.306.  Since then, I couldn't access the site Web of the ANZ Bank or its related internet ANZ etrade brokerage facility.  The message I get is that the computer is unable to ensure a connection to the Bank.

This problem does not exist with my other Mac or my iPad.  It applies only on this computer.  It applies no matter the user and regardless of what browser I use (Google Chrome or Safari).  The problem will not occur if I open the computer Safe Mode.

I have urgent need to solve this problem.

Thanks for that.  To solve the problem.  There is a security software

a program that has been the cause of the problem.  When it has been uninstalled the problem

    went.

  • Using Flash Player on OS x 10.4.11

I have an old PowerBook G4 17 "laptop with OSX 10.4.11 installed. Flash player 10,1,102,64 installed (update available for my platform) works perfectly with most websites including Vimeo and Youtube, but Facebook and worldsufleague.com and some other sites it will not work. I get an error message. "you try to install flash player on an operating system not supported" I checked the technote from Adobe and all of the following information from there. I'm supposed to be able to disable the global notifications (which I think could sort) but the link to this page no longer exists. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Sorry if I was not sufficiently explicit.  There is no way to work around this problem and surf the Web safely.  While you can potentially run a version of Flash Player (version archived Flash Player), the most interesting of commercial content will require a version that is newer than that which is available for your system, and problems of the version that works on your system will be vulnerable to several years of security have since been fixed and reverse engineering by the community of malware for use against systems not corrected.

The PowerPC processor is incompatible with the binary Intel we ship currently, and it has been like that for a few years at least, so there is no way to get a version with modern features.  FWIW, while it's not free, a Chromebook $250 that you offer a far superior experience.

Hi dawnk80853714, I recommend the following procedure.  This will save your configuration of Firefox, but and clear in order to establish a clean default Firefox install. It is reversible and will tell you if the problem is with the files in your Firefox profile, or the problem is caused by something else.

    (1) copy all your saved passwords if you store them in Firefox. Then, close your browser.

    (2) copy all content Firefox user in two settings files. Zip files.
         C:\Users\Your user Profile\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla
    C:\Users\Your user Profile\AppData\Local\Mozilla

    (3) to appoint the .zip files "Firefox Roaming' and 'Local Firefox' to identify them later."

    (2) uninstall Firefox

    (3) remove those two Firefox AppData directories that you backed up.

    (4) reinstall Firefox

    (5) install the plugin Adobe Flash Adobe Flash Player install for all versions

    (6) open Firefox and Flash test on YouTube or on a site based on reliable Flash known of your choice.
    (7) If this succeeds, you can use backups of .zip file to drag into the configuration files manually if you know what they are doing, or if you don't, simply start with a fresh, optimized Firefox profile and do not look back, but don't forget to back up your saved passwords!

Good luck, I hope this has been a breath of fresh air from all the cynics here.

  • Download problems with Flash player

Problems with the installation of the latest version of Flash Player V15.0.0.189.  I use version 10.10 Mac with Safari version 8.0.    Installation is at 50% and indicates the download is finished, then it will

flash player now, I don't have any flash player.  This is not the first time I ran in this problem and gave up with to complete the download.  by removing the old flash player I am now unable to use a number of my applications.  It is high time that adobe provides its users with technical support.  I hope that someone out there has a solution to my problem, because I don't expect Adobe to help.   I've been a user of Adobe products for many years with illustrator, photoshop, acrobat pro and the user of the reader and flash player.  At this point, I'm not a happy camper with Adobe.

  • Problem installing Flash Player from Adobe.

Hello everyone, I'm here because im having a problem with the Installation of Flash Player. The thing is. The download works like a charm. But once she moves in the installation Phase. It stops at halfway (course of 60-80%) and tells me that I have enough Permission to install Flash. Now, I have read the Forums. I have problems and I tried to run as an administrator. But... It simply doesn't get it. Aaaaand since Firefox requires a bit there. Well... I want the Flash Player to fully settle on my computer so I have no problem!

    However... Thank you for reading my possibly one of many of these requests for help, but I'm really in need. It has just begun to irritate me xD;

There seems to be a with the files permissions issues and the FlashInstall.log file would tell me who, but because you can't get to it, we will try to generate a different log file. Follow these steps:

    1. Download the installer from get.adobe.com/flashplayer(note the backup store).
    2. Open the command prompt window by clicking the Start button and in the Serach box type: cmd.exe
    3. When the lance of the command prompt window, drag the installer to the location that it was recorded on the key to successful space window command prompt and type / debug
      • It should look similar to (the name of the file may differ): C:\Users\labuser\Desktop\install_flashplayer14x32_mssd_aaa_aih.exe/Debug

        • Note there is a space between the name of the file and the / and there is NO space between / and debug
        • If there are spaces in the path of the directory, the command must be wrapped in quotes, for example: / Debug "C:\Documents and Settings\labuser\Desktop\install_flashplayer14x32_mssd_aaa_aih.exe".
    4. Click Enter to continue.  The installation process will begin.
      • When you are finished, if there are errors, take a screenshot of the installation dialog window and close the window.
    5. A file named host.develop.log will be saved in the same location as the installation program has registered at
      • You may notice the lack the Setup online file. It's because it deletes itself once it is executed, so it will be is no longer registered locally.
    6. Post the file host.develop.log by following the instructions How to share a document or using the method that you used in your previous comment to view the screenshot.
