Problem with Adobe Flash Professional CC

I've had this problem for a little while now and I can't understand it. I took a video on my question. It is easier to show than explain command.

Professional Flash CC Glitch? -YouTube

Basically, I can't pan to the left, Center the canvas in the scene does not work and all that I draw shifts to the right and either becomes partially cut or completely disappears.

I use a Tablet Wacom Intuos4 on a laptop MSI GE72 of Apache 2QE. It has 12 GB of RAM. Everything is up-to-date, I tried to reset Wacom drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling Flash and reset my computer laptop and so far, that has not worked. I don't have this problem on my old laptop, which is an ASUS X501A laptop. Both have Windows 8

It drives me crazy and I'm trying to get rid of my old laptop. Is there a solution to this problem, or at least a reason why my laptop old dinky works Flash fine and no is not my only new?

See if the solution to the same problem here will work for you:
