On a PC using Windows and Adobe Reader, I sent 10 PDF files in a zip file and each label of the PDF file with a number from 1 to 10, so that they appear in the order I want. Numbered 1 to 9 records fell in the sequence automatically, but the number 10 appears under the number 1 instead of below the number 9. I googled the problem, do not see addressed. Not an Adobe issue at all. If you want your files to a single digit (1-9) to appear before the 10, you must add a zero at the beginning.

If you mean that the unit containing your photos is dead and that can still be seen in the catalog, I'm afraid, you can't do anything.
The thumbnails are stored in a cache file that is a sqlite database. Each thumbnail is stored as a binary field in two very small dimensions: 120 x 160 and 240 x 320 pixels. It is not an image format and I don't think there's a way to extract them.
The cache file is named thumb.5.cache and is located in the catalog folder. You can locate this file in the menu help/information system of the Organizer.

Hi, I discovered I can no longer change the firewall settings or turn on Windows Defender... I get an error code 0 x 80070003 "cannot change the settings. Windows Defender will also not start by saying that it cannot find the path. I recommend you to uninstall Avast! & Comodo temporarily from Add / Remove Programs. Later, check to see if the problem persists.
To uninstall Avast!, you can use utility aswClear to uninstall Avast!.
