Problem with "autoplay" in Vista

I am trying to load pictures on my computer by plugging in a digital camera of Nicon via USB.  In the past, the "autoplay" would begin and transfer photos, but now nothing happens.  Can anyone suggest a likely to be poorly defined framework that would allow it to be?  I open autoplay and set it to "Import pictures using Windows", but there is no answer at all.  Help!

Hi Sterling2011,

1. you remember to make changes to the computer before this problem?

I suggest you follow the steps below and activate autoplay and check.

a. open AutoPlay by clicking the Start button and then clicking Panel configuration, hardware and audio, and then click AutoPlay.

b. to enable automatic playback, select the game to use automatic for all media and devices check box.

c. click Save.

Also check out the following links and check:

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

  • Problem with equalizers in Vista

There is a problem with the equalizers in WMP and other media players (iTunes, WinAmp, JetAudio and GOM) on Vista 32 and 64. By raising the bar, especially the first three of WMP and the last, the volume goes down instead of to the top and its quality deteriorates. In addition, if these bars are kept in relief, the volume begins to jump up and down on its own. This seems to be a Vista problem, since the same programs tested on XP excellent work. I have the drivers updated and tested this feature on several Vista systems, all with the same results. For a music lover, this is a serious enough problem to stay away from Vista.

    Does anyone have a solution?

Hi guys, I have some problems with the HTML animation where to get an overview of my content on the adobe Viewer. Maybe you know how to solve this problem...

My Folio contains 1 atricle with 5 pages. The first page is static, the other - page with an animation that should be presented when this page (autoplay). the third and fourth - game animation as automatic, the last - static page.

Seems that next page is cached when preview us the page in the adobe Viewer, so when we sail directly to the second page, which contains animation - animation on the page is partially played, so we see only the rest of the animation or just the final animation point. Go to the next page - the same question. But when we sail from first page to the third-, we see animation from the start.

How can this problem be solved?

  • Problem with dispelled the Vista product key

About 2 weeks ago I had the hard drive of my laptop fixed and they had to re - install all my files. However, it was impossible to re - install Windows Vista because the product key, which is at the bottom of the laptop disappeared and it is not possible to do what some of the numbers/letters are. This left me in a situation where I have to do with the free trial until further notice and could end up having to pay for a new operating system, which would be around £100. How can I solve this problem? Would it not be possible that Microsoft would allow me to have a free copy of Vista if I download pictures of the worn out code and tell them my name and the date of purchase?

    Thanks in advance,

    Hello

You have licensed OEM preinstalled, which was provided by the manufacturer of your laptop.

Contact the manufacturer of your laptop and ask them to send a set of recovery disks Vista.

Normally, they do this for a small fee.

When you do a reinstall with these recovery disks, you don't normally have to put in a product key as the recovery process uses the builtin factory Installation product key, which is part of the recovery process, activate when reinstalling.

And as some posters suggested, try a magnifying glass and a flashlight for the missing letters / numbers

    See you soon.

You can access Mode safe? Repeatedly press F8 as you start? If yes you can try Control Panel - device
Manager - graphics card - Double click on - driver tab - click on UPDATE driver - then right click
on devices and UNINSTALL - REBOOT.

Another method to try to get to the desktop (try in normal Windows Mode without failure)
CTRL + ALT + DELETE and on the tab process EXPLORER.exe and COMPLETE the PROCESS on this subject - then
on the Applications tab - lower right - new task - type in EXPLORER.exe. Safe mode is reached
by tapping F8 as you start several times.
