  There is an easy solution if you use GoDaddy's Web hosting.  Just a warning, this only works if you use GoDaddy Web hosting and forms of the Muse.  This isn't a problem with Muse for as long as it is a setting that needs to be adjusted on all that the host you are using.

  1. Place the shape in the Muse. Make sure to add the correct settings, that is, the e-mail address that will receive the forms.
  2. Next step is to navigate to your cPanel on GoDaddy.  This is where you manage your web hosting.
  3. On the main page of cPanel, scroll up to where it says ": Email".
  4. Click on "MX", which is located just below the 'accounts '.  This is the mail server setting.  By default, GoDaddy assume you are using a GoDaddy mail account.
  5. Make sure "Remote mail server" is checked on and that "Local mail server" is turned off.
  6. Your form should now be functional.

  The problem with the forms of the Muse and GoDaddy is that GoDaddy assumes that you will welcome your emails via GoDaddy.  If you have configured an e-mail address for your shape in the Muse that isn't an e-mail address hosted GoDaddy, GoDaddy and then do not accept by default. You must give permission to GoDaddy to send a form to what GoDaddy considers that an email "at a distance".

  I hope this works for anyone who has struggled with form when using of Muse forms that are hosted on GoDaddy servers.

I made the website in German language ( NRW Systemhaus FortiNet |) "eSafety" - Solutions | Low prices protection! ) in Polish (Poland) version of Adobe Muse. When I fill out the contact form on this site and I want to send there is "server error". Thougt Polish Polish language sites servers work well (www.esafety-solutions.pl). Server (1 & 1) provider says I have problem with a code, but not with the server. Can you help me?

• Muse + BC-problem with a form CSS style do Muse Page distorted

  I worked with before Muse for customers and have mixed BC with muse for articles, forms, etc. Normally, I build my sites as a developer with code, so I know the code.

  My problem is that I put a style in a couple of forms for a client who had a website in Muse. No matter how I try to put the CSS with the form, it distorts the page (see below). I tried to insert the form with content with css support inform on top of licensed content, I tried to put in the head of the site of Muse, I tired to modulestylesheet, I tried to put the stylesheet of Muse for a single page, and more, no matter what screws CSS to the top of the page. I'm behind on something that I know it's simple and I can't understand it. Here is the link to the site: MoveQuote and here he right picture each time page to integrate my CSS style.

  

  The shape is fine without CSS and shows, but it is ugly and not what they want... Everyone? I looked at the code, and it seems that it is pushing around the frame. How can I get this CSS works? I am so bored and my client wants their forms.

• Problem with contact form on mobile zoom layout

  Hey there,

  I don't know how to get around this problem yet. When I use a contact form on a mobile device, my Zoom window to enlarge the entry fields. This makes it difficult to use because pinch out does not work and after hitting "submit" on the form, in which you find yourself watching a zoomed layout. Is there a way to prevent the zoom?

  I can provide a link if necessary, do not know if this is specific to my site or a broader issue.

  I just found out that if the font size in the input field is set to 16px, that it will not automatically zoom. That seems to work for me now, always curious, if there is another way around this.

• Problems with the navigation links in EDIT mode in the Business Catalyst Muse sites.

  Has anyone else had problems with the navigation links / EDIT mode in sites Business Catalyst Muse?

  In EDIT mode, I can't use the list drop DOWN the SELECT DIRECTLY to go to another page or a link. The drafting of the text or label works, but to actually go to a /visit link a hard link is broken.

  

  Others have this problem as well.

  The only settings I did took the H3 header on opt-in and page navigation after the action to get rid of the opt in BC function as default. I tried to download the source code as well and I'm having the same problem. The web Page is here " copy " and a version of what I was creating the page to look like here is ' home ' As you can see, the 'House' version allows me to scroll past where I would have placed the shape box while the 'copy' stops at any user to parade before. I have called the shape slightly from the "development" of British Colombia under the style sheets tab and still tried to trouble shoot and get rid of the code to see if it affects something and it did not add style. For some reason only the HTML to the form is but I cannot understand what the section of the code would do that. Any ideas?

  I see that you have inserted a script tag open that you forgot to close, which generates errors on the page and prevent it from be returned correctly. You should ensure that the code that you insert in the Muse is syntactically correct.

  You can extend the CRM in catalyst for business and create custom fields, CRM > CRM database extends

  Then you need to create the web form in Business catalyst and use these custom fields in the form BC web, screenshot generator:- http://prntscr.com/4alixf

  Once you have created the form in British Colombia, you can then use this form on the website of Muse. You can either use the form in the module, or you can get the HTML code of the form and use in muse.

And I just tried to remove the line in my form and it does not allow me to delete or to mark it as not necessary either.

  Currently, there is no way around the field email forms of the Muse. Another option is to have a look at Jotforms or another third-party provider of shape that Muse has widgets for.

  I build websites on Muse. It is practical, intuitive and convenient. However, and because I'm not a programmer, I am still limited by its limits.

  A customer asked me to create a zone of the user within a site for all customers that he (each with a specific page protected by password). I heard that you can do this with the help of Business Catalyst? By creating a basic CRM and access special files, is it true?

  If so, I could recharge my client monthly subscription for members and it can even change the site whenever he wanted, after its construction, because I read that you can do it too! The owner of the domain gets control over most of the stuff you put into the site, working as a backend?

  Not some files not.

  You build a module area secured with access and you mark items in pages/BC you want to be part of the area and thus guarantee.

  But it's front end stuff if your site has members, is not to give your client access to the system. This is the admin of BC himself. Through the/admin on the site of BC and them with their login - then they have access to their site and the features of the site. It depends on the plan you have however, and because using your Muse you should enable the option in the admin editing parameters.

  Please log out of Muse and sign again. Make sure you also apply creative cloud is updated (to check that disconnect from the creative cloud and login again if its not up to date you will be asked to install the update)

  To sign out of muse click help > Sign Out

  
  

  If the problem is still not fixed then please rename the folder "OOBE" to "OOBE.old" starting from the following locations

  I am very new to Ajax and Java

  So I'll need a bit of hand holding on it.

  If it's too much to explain in a post on the forum, I'd be willing to pay someone to set up properly and to explain so that I can repeat on my own $50.

  But here's what I'm trying to do.

  Presentation of multiple forms with single submit button.

  I need to create many many forms, so rather than repeat the basics (details and company info)

  I would just be able to manufacture PARTS of form and then build forms much faster this way.

  The forms I created are for various applications.

  I use the personal and professional contacts as the first 2 examples, but I'm going ELSEWHERE, I also understand according to the form.

  So just keep in mind these are examples.

  The point is that each PARTY is a separate form.

  The reason clear to achieve is to save time, many similar applications that I need to do the construction.

  Example 1

  Form of home insurance

  SECTION A - personal information

  PART H - home (s) address

  PART F - personal fire and alarm information

  PART C - the previous insurance issues and cancellation insurance

  ----------------

  submit button: supports all 4 forms above

  Example 2

  The company insurance form

  SECTION A - personal information

  PART B – business contact information

  PART D - commercial address information (what to do if several addresses?)

  * main problems I have with BC forms:

  I did a lot of work with them recently, so I get a kick of the foibles, but there is always a ton of issues and roadblocks that I meet that requires a workaround solution.

  I wish I knew how to make dynamic British Colombia forms, because the BC is not a data source for multiple selection option, we must create a webapp connection to combine everything.

  Unless there is another way to combine multiple forms, I guess that's what about this discussion/issue together.

  Are you ok with BC being unable to report on the data of the form? Rather than having the fields map to a client-server, you could serialize the form data (in JSON format, perhaps) and submit the entire form in a single field in a form BC, or an element of the Webapp.

  This would allow the form fields to be as dynamic as you can imagine. you will be not restricted to use only the form fields that have been declared in the admin.

  You have to take care around the diagram, because BC does not have an influence or support for that. It also means that when you want to display the data, you will need to go through your own deserializer. In addition, there are length limits to keep in mind.

  I have a subscription 'full plan' for CC and I think that 5 free sites with Business Catalyst.

  Check this forum and the FAQ it seems that I should be able to link a domain name, that I currently own a BC site so my URL removes the element name businesscatalyst.com. I changed NS of ns1.worldsecuresystems.com (and ns2 / ns3) and the next step is to go to the Site settings and enter the name of doman.

  My problem is where can I find the settings menu of the Site, as I can't see within the Muse?

  The parameters to add the domain isn't with Muse, but in the domain Business Catalyst settings.

  You must publish the site first to Business Catalyst and then do the live site.

  After you complete the steps, you can add the domain.
