  What happened to me once, it was I downloaded with Filezilla... the fact even more on the site and downloaded the changes... but it would not be updated... even with refresh.

  Then I used ccleaner and it erased my browser temporary files and history. Then it worked fine.

  Setup CCleaner is straight forwar. No need to tweek more. I've set up with options for a click on my locked (open ccleaner and run ccleaner)

  moment of its installation.

  This indicates generally the upload is in the wrong location on the server or files have been modified using an external tool and now built-in FTP download is used and is unaware of these changes.

  You use the built-in file > upload to the FTP host... within the Muse? If so, and if you use one of the more common low cost plans GoDaddy, then the directory 'host' should be 'public_html', if it is not, then the files will be uploaded in the wrong place on the server.

  If you've used one tool other than the built-in download functionality to change what are the files on the server and you are now trying to use the upload integrated, you must set "Upload: all files" in order for Muse to download all your site. After that was done, Muse will come back on only the modified files downloaded.

  Since the update to the latest version of Muse, I am unable to upload the changes to my FTP server. I get the message: ' anthonyfurnessphoto.se/public_html' folder does not seem to point to the site "anthonyfurnessphoto.se". I tried on the my Mac computers, with the Mavericks, with El Capitan. If I click on the button ignore the changes appear to download but did not take place.

• Having problems with download of the actions I have downloaded from a purchase...

  Hello.  I am new to this forum and green the PS as a whole, so please forgive me for lack of the lingo/knowledge.  My problem: when I try to load some actions that I just bought, I get an error message indicating that my file is not compatible with the version of Photoshop I have.

  Here's a little history: first of all, I use CS4 extended with Windows Vista. After that the purchase value of the action, I have received the download instructions and downloaded the file without any problems.  The problem is when I try to transfer those files in PS I tried to do 3-way: 1) by double-clicking the file .atn; (2) try to drag and drop the file into the open part of the PS and finally by clicking the small triangle on the Panel actions to bring up the menu actions, click "Load Actions", by selecting the atn. file in the window that appears, and then clicking the button load.  No luck with one of these attempts and it all ends with the same thing, the above error message.  Now, I can tell you that just before sending this particular action defined and receiving the error msg, as even after that, I downloaded successfully certain actions simply by using the double click on the file method.  For some reason, I'm having trouble with this particular set.  Can anyone offer any solution?  I hope I didn't just throw $ wasted since the photographer will not reimburse.

  What version did you state sales actions were for the page? Since the stuff gets moved around between versions, just perhaps not compatible... Many older action games will work of course, but it can be a strange one that isn't...

• Problem with download of the Elements 9

  I bought a wacom tablet last year and Elements 9 was one of the four software titles that accompanies it.  He no download link has been associated with it, I guess because that worm. 9 was later in time.  Well, I'll move to install but with "Wonderful Adobe" providing only the latest version of anything, I had to track down their url version history and download version 9.  However... it was just an update, not the software.

  Then... I have download to 10 test thinking that maybe my LEGAL COPY PURCHASED and key would work, just default to version 9... but no luck.  Can someone tell me where to find the Elements 9? I really want to avoid a pirated copy but the support structure and resources of the Adobe brand more and more people want to push their middle finger in the fourth point of contacts for each employee... yeeeees, even those who get paid to answer phone to support tech and read lines invites her computer which pretty much says... "I'm sorry Sir, but you have to spend $14 000 annually on the newer versions in order to get a word out of my mouth."

  Please follow the steps listed to tml http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-9-premiere-elements-9-direct-download-links.h to download a copy of Photoshop Elements 9.  I also recommend to make a backup of the installation files in case you want to install again in the future.

  You can also contact Wacom also even though they also have copies of Photoshop or Elements 9 first that they bundled with their tablet.

  Answer your last question: If you use the same .muse file that has the version of office and create a phone in it provision then muse will not overwrite the office site, it will create a folder 'phone' and download the presentation of the phone there. Just download FTP and Muse will do the rest.

  Error loading file "Teak bench 4." Click on resume to try again. If the problem persists, try again later. [FTP response timeout].

  I clicked on 'Retry' several times and can't make it work. If it works well for a single file, it will get stuck on another. I've never had problem download my site on the FTP host before. Don't know what to try?

  Few days back, I had the opportunity to work with a few users of Muse with the similar problem after you perform the troubleshooting steps in the post above, that we decided to contact the host.

  Later we experienced as host IP of the user of Muse and they managed to unlock and muse began to connect to the FTP host.

  In another scenario host suggests Muse to add user : 21 to the FTP address and then Muse was able to connect.

  For example ftp.domain.com:21

  You are most likely just see a version cached in the browser of your site. Clear the cache of your browser and you will probably see the new content. It is a problem for some providers, especially with GoDaddy.

  I have been using Muse almost since its inception and am a big fan of the software. I have always used the transfer to the host option FTP as a fast and direct of the upload of a file method. However, recently I have problems.

  When my professional (IP address of the Virgin), upload to host FTP actually started (about 3 months ago) to be considered as an attack on port and freezes our accommodation (UK2) and must ring and go through a long (and expensive) process of release. So, we used the work around the exporters and then download via Filezilla. No problem, just a little more time to do.

  Here's my problem. During the period where I was not able to use the upload to the FTP host to work option, it was never a problem at home. (UK2 hosting again, through SKY IP). Last week, however, I can no longer use it as it will not recognize the FTP connection information, AND here's the best real - filezilla will connect is more when I'm at home either. I tested on Mac and PC, and both are on the newer versions of Muse and Filezilla, same results.

  I checked many times my IDs and verified that they work when I'm at my work address, what they are doing.

  In research rich I have not found anyone else having these problems. Can anyone help please?

  If the credentials do not work on Filezilla as well, it seems to be a problem with the hosting provider.

  If these credentials are working at work, then I think that there is something on the computer or IP address at home that may be blocking access to the audit.

  As it works on BusinessCatalyst, my best guess is that it's a hosting problem. On your real domain name, I get a not found error when I try to access some jpg files directly (for example: http://danielsmolen.pl/images/wklejony%20obraz%20306%20%C3%97%20321.png), then it is clear that the images are not making it on your server.

  I would do two things:

  (1) take a look at some suggestions in this thread: Images not showing or even accessible after Muse download...

  (2) if these don't work, talk to your client to host and see if they have an idea of what could be the cause of this

  Let us know if these two things do not work.

  I have set-up problems uploading to the ftp host. I am fulfilled the first part fine but then on the second part seem to have trouble with him, I think that its down to the folder on the server. I get a 550 error come up. I've included a screenshot of it.
