  I'm sorry that you are having problems with message rules.  I just created and tested one like yours in Windows Live Mail, and it worked as expected.

  Check the description of message rule and ensure that all of the conditions are good.  Try to specify the name of a person, not an e-mail address, for the line where the of contains people .  I recommend always including "Stop treating more rules" in the list of actions.  When you apply the rule, make sure that you selected the correct folder in the menu apply to the folder .

  I have problems with my BB Torch 9800.  When I use the message Unified Inbox to view emails, emails have regularly occurring blank spots where there should be some text.  The text is simply hidden.  When I display the same message to the individual email (gmail or hotmail) Inbox, the message is complete.  A battery pull solves this problem for a few hours or a few days and then it reappears. This problem started a week ago.  I did not recently updated from the BONE.  I didn't do a wipe and restore again... I was hoping to avoid this.  There was an update to the new BB (August 6, 2012).  There were some other 3rd party applications which have also been installed.  I have not tried UN-installing again.  Any thoughts?  Thanks in advance for your help.

  I have a Curve 8320 on TMobile.  First of all, I have had no problem display SMS messages.  Then I set up my email BB, became notifications for both without problem.  Decided I won't check my email on BB more, so I deleted this account on my BB.  Now when I click on the messages icon, it still shows just my old e-mail messages, no SMS messages.  I get the new icon of SMS message at the top, and then it will open the SMS messages folder, show the new (and former GSM).  After I read, if I come back in the messages it returns the old mails.  I have to physically click Options, display folder, SMS messages to view.  How can I get rid of the email stuff and go back to just having things SMS?

  WELL!  I was looking right at my menu icons, and there is now a NEW that looks totally different.  Looks like a piece of paper with a mobile phone on it and wrote SMS and MMS.  So, I moved up and hid the Messages icon and Email icon.  So I hope that it will work.  Not sure when this icon appeared, but I guess that is understood.  Thanks for your help!
