  You can reduce hardware acceleration and check if the problem persists:

  1. right click on the desktop and choose personalize.

  2. click on display settings.

  3. in the display settings window, click on advanced settings.

  4. display the Troubleshooting tab.

  5. click on change settings.

  Rename the application sniffer as snifferold

  Restart Photoshop CC 2014

  I had a conversation with them, and they said that they did not support the CS applications and showed me the forums!

  In fact, not correct. We support CS6 installation problems, just not all versions before that. Sorry, CS5.5 is a suite of older applications and we cannot provide tech support 1-1 for every piece of software ever designed. Finally, this type of support tends to move to the forums. My apologies for your inconvenience.

  You have not quite a mysterious issue going on, however. You say it worked fine before, but now it does not work. I suspect a hardware conflict, probably a video driver. You can return to an earlier version of the driver to see if that will help?

  After completing all the steps in method 2, without success. I returned the file %APPDATA%\microsoft\windows\sendto (which in my case is C:\Users\\appdata\local\roxio) to find that I don't have such a record.  Instead, I found a Rovi_Corporation file that contains a subfolder that begins with "RoxioCentralFx" and many other characters.  Changed the Rovi_Corporation Rovi_Corporation.OLD folder.  Roxio Creator 2012 starts perfectly.  Hope that this helps someone to spend countless hours I did trying Roxio Creator 2012 at startup without displaying "Roxio Creator has stopped working".

  I developed using National Instruments LabWindows/CVI software and installed the .exe in a PC running Windows 7 32 bit with 4 GB of RAM.

  When I run my software, sometimes I get the following error.

  It's very random, and sometimes this error never happens.

  Can someone help me understand this issue please. I saw my software code several times and I am sure that I do nothing wrong in the software that causes this error coming.
