  Hello. I recently had some problems with my graphics card. One day when I booted up my laptop, I had a strange bsod pointing out the error nvddlmkm.sys. I didn't know what she was related to, so I started in safe mode with network and searched the net for it and found out it was a nvidia file. I don't know what are the causes of the problem, I even made a new installation of windows, but nothing helped. I hope you can solve my problem. The problem started occurring when I had some problems with my pc and had to reinstall windows. I've done everything corectly installed the most recent drivers etc.etc... It worked fine until.   I have a problem with Virtual Sound on my Satellite A100-638 with Windows XP. If VS is turned on and Windows plays a sound of Windows, as when an error appears, the volume increases.

  I recently purchase a new laptop Toshiba A100-906. The first thing I got was to connect with my router (Linksys WAG354G) and, of course, through it to the internet. So I left the computer download and I locked my screen.

  I n t have guitar and can't be 100% sure about your question, but perhaps you need a sort of Notebook Surge Station and noise filter. Google a bit and look for info on this filter.

  Why have you tried to install the nvidia drivers? The Satellite A100 has an ATI Radeon X 1400 graphics card and an Intel chipset, so you n t need stuff or drivers from nvidia.

  I think that you have installed a lot of drivers, which are not necessary. So in your case I would reinstall the laptop again and if you use the recovery disk, you n t need any driver more.

  If you need drivers, look at the Toshiba site: http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com
  There is also the Installation Instructions the software and drivers are recommended.
