  Dear Apple and community support,

  Here's my problem:

  I have upgraded to iOS 10 on my iPhone 5s this afternoon (September 13), and now I'm not able to open e-mail - Yahoo!, and Gmail. I can receive emails, I'm not able to view the body of these emails. When I press on them, all I see is a blank white page. I can't answer emails either. I can only their flag or remove them. However, I am able to compose new e-mail messages.

  Here are the steps that I've taken to try to solve my problem:

  1. Restarted my phone
  2. Remove and re-add my Mail accounts
  3. Made a backup and a restore full while that plugged into my laptop with the latest version of iTunes.

  I should be grateful if you would help or more information on this issue.

  my ipod says it's still Friday, September 23 when it is Monday 26 and is stuck in the 04:00 time when I change the time, the screen turns off a color at random, then restarts then both will and I have to change but rest later if it changes at all used to date will not change anything and it runs still works when it wants to and it doesn't stay connected to WiFi , I have the ipod 5th generation and am not elligible for ios 10 Please if you can solve this problem with ios 9.3.5 I would be very grateful as I use my ipod for almost everything.   I have problems with my desktop computer, do very strange things.  A few weeks ago, it would not start and complained no found boot device.   I went into the bios setup and just reset the values by default and it worked for a few weeks.  Now it does not start at all.

  I tried to access the system with F11 recovery and he complains about some secure boot options, I tried to disable secure boot and it still does not work.

  I tried to put another disc in and install Windows on it, but I could not.  Is it possible to upgrade the BIOS by booting to a USB port?  I tried to download the new bios file, but it didn't do anything after that I ran it (he didn't not create a folder for me).

  Everything seems really slow, takes a few minutes to get into the bios or boot options.  I took out the hard drive and plugged into another computer with an external enclosure and my other computer recognizes the drive.

  I tried to do a system restore to factory default start repair/restore and all have failed.  I deleted very recently on the main partition on my drive to try to install 10 Windows on the drive.  The computer appears to be frozen for a long time before continuing with the guests of installation.

  I took out the CMOS battery and you press the power button with the computer unplugged.

  Don't know what else I can try, I'm starting to think that something is wrong with the motherboard.  The computer starts up fine and I can boot a USB Windows install and the keyboard, mouse and video work.

  I think the next thing I will try is tent to start on a standalone update or ubuntu USB boot bios.

  Not really concerned about my data, I just want to get this computer working again.

  You can try following the steps provided below and check if this can help, make sure that closing all open programs:

  (a) the Task Manager open by right-clicking on the taskbar

  (b) in the process tab, right-click on "explorer.exe" and complete the process

  (c) screen will be blank, except for the Task Manager.

  (d) open the file - new task (run)

  (e) enter "explorer.exe" click OK.

  Looks like an MTU problem.

  see if you can clear the df bit in the packet encrypted using the command
