  FAL_CLIENT is an entry of tns for the current instance
  FAL_SERVER is an entry of tns for example where RSF fetch missing archive logs.

  Please provide both side sleep. Make sure you have them in file tnsnames.ora pending

• Problems with call connected to the customer

  Hi all, long time administrator/user of the Service Manager/Infra, for the first time poster

  Came across something the other day and was just after some help/help where possibly seek to solve.

  We are currently on version 9.1.3. When installing more than 2 years ago I created a post template specific for the call connected to the customer (call screen set/IPK). I tested this on setup and I'm 100% sure used to work, but seems somehow its has stopped working. I tested it on 3 scenarios as shown below, and it only sends the confirmation message to the client when we use the customer portal;

  • Call created directly within vSM - send an e-mail to customer record
  • Mail sent to our servicedesk - send an e-mail to customer record
  • Created via the customer portal - sends an e-mail

  Could someone point me in the right direction that maybe why this happened and how I would go about solving of this? What is the feature in the MSM that allows it to be sent through the portal?

  Hello, I installed vmware ESX 3.5.0 server build 158874 a vcenter 2.5.0 build 174768 2and vmware view 4.0.

  every day the client disconnect server vdm. I see this error on the vdm server:

  Here is the Session timeout point.

  Default value is 600 minutes, and after that the connection will be closed.

  So carry on thr time as you need.

  Check if your getBitmapResource returns any non-null Bitmap image.  Specify the path correctly may take a few tries ("' / res/img/icon.png '," img/icon.png", etc.")

• Problem with pointstyle custom

  Hello, I want to create a pointstyle customized for my plots scattergraph. I want to create a rectangel with a black border.

  Synchronization of the custom (for example, my desktop background) settings does not work between my desktop PC and my laptop and vice versa (both running Windows 8). I use my Microsoft account (so no premises) on both devices and have already checked the relevant synchronization (which are lit) settings. In addition, I used the "microsoftaccounts.diagcab", however unsuccessfully fix tool:

  It worked perfectly for me:

  Follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that the synchronization of personal settings is enabled on all the PC associated with your account
  2. Go here and follow the instructions: http://skydrive.live.com/win8personalsettingsprivacy
  3. Wait a day or two
  4. Do this it fixes going in charms bar and selecting settings-> change PC settings.  On the accounts section, there is a link under your Microsoft e-mail account called 'Disconnect '.  If you click on it and follow the instructions create you a local computer account and then log off from Windows.  Once you connect with your local account, go back to the account settings and reconnect to your account.

  Solved all my problems of synchronization.

  RFC 2616, Section 2.2 says:

  | "{" | "}" | SP | HT

  It is clear ":" a "separator" and thus not allowed in a token or a cookie name.

  HI, I had the same problem with the latest version of PS. I fixed it in this way:

  1. familiarize yourself with the tool Panel.

  2. click hold in the lower part of it, when there is an icon with 3 points, and choose edit toolbar

  3 TheCustomize toolbar appears. In the column of Extra search tools the shape tool customized and drag and drop it into the column of toolbar
