It worked perfectly for me:
Follow these steps:
- Make sure that the synchronization of personal settings is enabled on all the PC associated with your account
- Go here and follow the instructions: http://skydrive.live.com/win8personalsettingsprivacy
- Wait a day or two
- Do this it fixes going in charms bar and selecting settings-> change PC settings. On the accounts section, there is a link under your Microsoft e-mail account called 'Disconnect '. If you click on it and follow the instructions create you a local computer account and then log off from Windows. Once you connect with your local account, go back to the account settings and reconnect to your account.
Solved all my problems of synchronization.

Thanks for the reply. I closed a full Microsoft account with an e-mail address. I opened a second with another email address. When I go into Apps and you try to install it comes up with my old address e-mail and, of course because it is closed, does not recognize the password. I need to leave Apps store know there bad Microsoft are associated account.
In the meantime I opened another user and this allows me to access applications normally but I wish I had the original problem solved if possible.

I am the administrator of the computer and the computer won't let me access the list allow and block my child's account. You can follow the steps below and check if you can make changes to the parental controls on your computer.
Step 1:
Disable UAC (User Account Control) and check the result. Access the link below and follow the steps to disable UAC.

Note: You must restart your computer when you enable or disable UAC. Change levels of notification does not require that you restart your computer.
Step 2:

There was an update that went down yesterday but I have not tried Netflix on WMC until this morning and it works! I also noticed that it works much faster than before. So, if its on the side of Netflix or Microsoft side or together, I'm glad something worked! Thank you!! PS next time please better coordinate.

Hello! Sincere apologies to this topic. We had a few users report this error and have not been able to determine the exact cause. However, most of the users were able to remedy by signing off accounts creative cloud, closing the CC desktop application and then restart and re-login. Please let me know if it suits it for you!

If the number of endpoints is greater than 1.
Type /remotelogout on any chat box of 2 - 3 times.
Set your status invisible/off connection then disconnect

I'll put up three new Lenovo 3000 N200 laptop for three employees and have problems with user accounts in XP Pro. I think I solved my problem - on the user accounts page there is a link "change the way user accounts log on or off. When I clicked on it I got a message saying settings could not be changed due to a layout in offline mode. When I changed this setting, I was able to select the types of user switching, and my other user accounts became available.
