Problem with the activation of the Muse

I have a valid license for Creative cloud (until October 2016). After Muse update tell me, that I have the trial version of 7 days. Before the update, everything was in order. Please help with the activation of Muse (AE give me the same information )

I believe that, after an update for Creative Cloud Application Manager, you must open at least one of the apps and let it re - link to its registration information, that has been my experience at least opening one of the applications, it behaves as if it is opened for the first time after such update.

  • Problem with the Muse Simple Contact widget - subject changing e-mail address

    I built a website for a client, using Adobe Muse, which is hosted by Business Catalyst. On the page of the site contact us I placed an Adobe Muse 'Single Contact' widget/shape with 3 three fields: name, Email and Message. The form worked as expected until the end of December 2014. Since then, the information in the 'Email' field are changed.


    The site has four different e-mail accounts through Business Catalyst. For the sake of discussion to call them:

    [email protected]

    [email protected]

    [email protected]


    The Messages from the Simple of Muse's Contact form are sent to [email protected] .  When emails are displayed in Business Catalyst "Webmail" e-mail address that was entered in the field "E-mail" from Simple Contact Forms does not appear in the field "from". Instead, the "from" field shows that the e-mail was sent from may[email protected] regardless of what was concluded, by the sender in the Email of the Contact single form field. It don't make any difference this provider of e-mail address is entered in the field - AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, Roadrunner, etc - they are all changed to [email protected]


    Similarly, when the client tries to respond to the request of the customer the field 'To' is filled with Mail-4@website not the sender e-mail address is entered in the field "Email" in the form of Simple Contact of Muse.


    If I changed the form of Simple Contact of Muse so that mail is performed either [email protected] Gold [email protected] the problem exists on these accounts as well.


    I don't know where the problem lies, so I do research here and in the forum Business Catalyst. Does anyone have an idea what could be the cause and how to fix it?


    Is making it too difficult for the customer to meet the needs of their customers. I am really against a wall on that and have an angry customer who is willing to walkaway of Muse and Business Catalyst.

    The e-mail field you see in BusinessCatalyst is not filled by the customer in the e-mail of the form field.

    As far as I understand it, it is the e-mail ID used to publish the site through Muse. So change 'to' email field in Muse won't change 'from' email in British Colombia.

  • Why can I no longer updated my Site created with the Muse?

    I had Adobe Creative cloud for a few years. I also have a Web site (http://www.amazineasheville.net) created with Muse and hosted by Adobe.

    Meanwhile, I could easily make updates and publish them on my site.

    Suddenly, three or four weeks, I no longer can get my updates of the website published on my site. Instead, I get the display options on a site that uses a businesscatalyst extension. I can't post to my actual website address.

    No matter what selections in the menu of Muse that I choose, I can't have my updates published on amazingasheville.net. Since June 19, I couldn't update my real site, just the version Business Catalyst of it, which is not visible to the public.

    What has changed? That's happened? What is going on?

    I don't have a site program that does not allow me to make changes easily!

    It had to do with the folder on the server. The Options menu after I clicked on publish showed a certain folder, and told me that I should just leave this entry blank. That seems to make the difference.

    Nancy, I think you were on the right track on the problem.

    There is also a new update (I remember correctly, it's dated July 20) dreaming that I saw for the first time today and applied, and which also seems to be involved in the solution. The person who called me Adobe said there have been some problems with the Muse that resolved the last update.

    I'm a writer, mostly books on the retirement and travel, not a Web site developer or graphic designer, 80 or 90% of Adobe Creative Cloud is so over my head and little value convenient for me, but to get a few components of CC I need, I have to buy a subscription to the whole.

    After the upgrade from Vista to W7-64 CV, I have a problem with an active WiFi Seagate GoFlex TV Media Player asking for a "Net User ID & Net password" to log.  I used all imaginable combinations of IDs & passwords, but they all lead to logon fails. I'm almost certain that it is a W7 security problem because others with the same players who went to W7 face the same problem.  I found many supposed fixes online, but none works.

    I am aware that MS W7 works as it should and Seagate is not their problem, but if anyone can recommend a change of security to help this issue, I guarantee a pass towards the sky.

    PS: All the sharing, etc. continuously.  are installed as they should be.

    The only reference to Net User ID and password I can find is on page 46/47 of the User Guide. If this is not the user name and password of the Windows account that you want to share files with, I don't know what it is.

    Has anyone else had problems with the navigation links / EDIT mode in sites Business Catalyst Muse?

    In EDIT mode, I can't use the list drop DOWN the SELECT DIRECTLY to go to another page or a link. The drafting of the text or label works, but to actually go to a /visit link a hard link is broken.

  • Anyone having problems with the new iPhone LTE connection 7 on Verizon?

    I am now on my iPhone second 7 with Verizon. I had four phones for me and my family. I have now had issues where I have no signal in the same areas where my signal allows to be strong. I can't solve the problem with the activation/deactivation of the airplane and then mode again in normal mode. My phone will rest with no signal for 5 minutes, then going to LTE with three bars. I also had the problem where I had only 1 x signal, while my son standing right next to me has LTE. And he had the same questions, where I'm on LTE and it gets no signal. I use to have LTE where I live and work all the time, now it's spotty at best. Apple has replaced me and my sons iPhones but not luck. Still do. Any ideas or an any other suffering?

    (1) go to settings/cell phone/cellular data Options/enable LTE and select ONLY the DATA. This seems to solve the problem (as a temporary solution) for most of the people affected by this problem. The bad part is your request might not be as clear (since they cannot use the highest LTE signals) and you can make calls and data at the same time. But it does not solve the issue.

    (2) there are rumors (but you didn't hear that from me that we only are not supposed to discuss beta software program Apple in this forum) that the new version of Apple Beta for iOS (which also includes an update of the software carrier Verizon to 26.0) seems to solve this problem. So, there's a light at the end of the tunnel.

    I can't open the sidebar history. The option "view the history of your" opens its tab fine (the drop-down menu that says 'Show History Sidebar', 'clear recent history... ("ect.). But, when you click on the "Show History Sidebar", nothing comes. Can I use the "Show history" option, but the sidebar does not open for some reason any.

    I just finished with a complete analysis of the Microsoft Safety Scanner and it said not that there is anything wrong. I have not reset the computer again to see if something has changed although after the factory reset (see the 2nd paragraph) it seems returned to Yahoo (search engine he kept going to happen).

    Is is possible that the zoom is also on your iPad? If this is the case, try to use a quadruple 3 finger tap to turn off screen curtain.

    If the zoom is not active, try:

    1. Possessing the sleep/wake and home button until the Apple logo appears or 15-20 seconds.
    2. If, you can't remove the curtain of the screen, I would advise you reset the settings of the iPad. Settings > general > reset > reset all settings.
