  I had the same problem, I uninstalled the plugin Flash player (Adobe Flash Player 11.0.1 152) and the problem is solved. I installed the plug-in again and the problem came back.   Family of express chipset Intel 82915 g/gv/910 gl is not a video card. It is built into the processor.

  Check the video card, follow these steps:

  a. click Start, click run.

  b. type devmgmt.msc and press to enter.

  c. develop graphics cards and you will see the video card (in your case, you could see graphic IntelHD express).

  Maybe a background app occupied the CPU and because of that the video doesn't well work. Try to check it out.

  I have the version 11.9.900.152 - later, but I'm not able to watch videos at all. I installed a previous version, it worked in part, some videos played the others don't.
