• The ISCSI initiator problem

  Another problem of beginner.  I learned a lot about my new virtual world, and the box Logic Equal Dell.  But I still have a fundamental problem that must be an easy fix, or something I do not understand from a technical perspective.  I want to be able to connect to a snapshot and be able to recover a file if necessary.

  I brought the snapshot online and I could even get on vSphere so I could see him there.  But, for the life of me I can't all iscsi initiator to see the snapshot at all.  I have a few guesses, but I can't seem to understand my problem.

  I can't get the initiator to see all the targets... it just tells me the connection fails.  I think I know why, but my skills of network management are not real strong.  When we had an outside company come in and set up the environment, they put everything on 192.168.100.x or 192.168.101.x.  Since I arrived here (more than 15 years ago), our network has always been 129.1.x.x ip addresses.  I'm programmer for the most part and I got a guy of networking which is solid to the networking but I don't know if he can answer my question either.

  In any case, when I try to add my portal target to the initiator, what IP address or the name am I supposed to point to?  I can't ping the 192 addresses because I'm on an IP 129.1.x.x, correct?  So, this is why I have no chance to find snapshots using the initiators?  I know the vCenter server has an address 129 and the SAN itself has a 129 address and I tried to connect to who but did not work.

  I think I gave permission to the snapshot to be seen by several initiators.

  I think it's my lack of networking, but maybe not.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  The snapshot will not be a set of files that you can view. This will be a copy of exactly what the LUN looked like when you took the photograph, you need to mount it in vSphere just like you would ride the regular LUN. Then you will see all the VMX and VHDX files for virtual machines that you instantly. Then you can add one in vSphere and power to recover his files. Don't forget that you'll want to disable networking all on this virtual machine so that it is not in conflict with the actual VM on the network.

I use the Scan of the String function, unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. Could you please check the VI for me? Or a better solution for this application. Thank you very much.

  It does not because what you have set is not different from what you have joined earlier.  Have you tried something?

  See this amendment attached to your VI.  The format strings work with the examples you gave, and sends the data to the appropriate indicator.

  Also, I cleaned up the mess that the inner loop where you were waiting for 1 or more bytes.  Which means most of the time that you would probably get an incomplete message.

• Really simple question, function and scroll stop bar does not work

  I worked on different parts of this VI separately, when I put it together the scroll bar and stop working stopped button.

  In the individual VI, both are in the while loop. In the end, I was a scroll bar and a stop to apply every 5 while loops.

  I tried to take the helm of scrolling in and out of the first loop to attach to the rest, but it still doesn't work.

  I'm sure that there is a simple answer that is really stupid, but I played with him for a while.

  You have a typical problem of beginner because of the lack of understanding of data flow. Run the code using execution highlighting, and look at the diagram to see.

  1. Your stop is outside any loop and so will be read only by the code only once at the beginning of the program.
  2. Your scroll bar is read in the first loop. All the other loops cannot begin until the first loop finished and since (1) is true, it will never happen if the value Boolean false when the code begins.

  Why do you have so much code duplication? 95% of the code for the loop is the same and can be reused. I don't know that the whole thing could be written using 5% of the total code. Put everything in a loop, iterate over the table 2D to get all values. Don't forget to put a little wait inside the while loop.

• Eclipse plugin resource file not found during construction

  I just installed the plugin Eclipse of BlackBerry and use it for the first time. I just created a HelloWorld application and the BlackBerry Assistant of the resource file plugin to create localization resource files. They were created in HelloWorld\src\Resources where HelloWorld is the name of the project. The wizard has created the files with names: HelloWorld.rrh and HelloWorld.rrc. I haven't added information for resource files. When I build the project in Eclipse, I get the following error. How can I fix it?

• ADF 12 c Runtime install

  I downloaded and install the ADF 12 c implementation file, fmw_infra_121200.jar.  Now I would like to set up a domain, but when I start config.sh, it can't find com.oracle.cie.wizard.WizardController.  This is the classic problem CLASSPATH.  I run other scripts such as commEnv, sh, and setWlstEnv.sh to set the classpath, but the config.sh script refuses to start.  Is this a problem of beginner or should the fmw_infra_121200.jar install on top a Weblogic already installed?

  I think you need WebLogic 12.1.2 and not 12.1.1

• CS5 - trying to create a video menu background - rendered preview menu not to see the video, only bottom black.

  I created my own custom menu, and I'm trying to attach a .m4v video (using the selector of whip) as the background video.

  I created my menu using Photoshop, and the buttons work correctly. For the background in the Photoshop file, I created a layer named "background" and black - painted there the visible value according to the other forum posts.

  When I try to get a glimpse of the menu, it is only showing black (with the keys works properly). I saw the preview and still couldn't see any video. Help please!

  Too bad, I thought of it. I used the rectangle tool to draw a black box over the entire surface, then converted the smart object layer. I'll leave this for anyone who might have encountered the same problem of beginner like me.

  Hello guys,.

  I hope someone can help me. I accidentally maximized my window effects while working on an application project. It must have happened via some kind of shortcut. I was editing with the tool stemp and managed to enlarge the window. Even after restarting the application and windows 7, it doesn't return to normal.

  

  As you can see there is no minimize/maximize/close button at the top. Please help me ^ ^ I do not know it is a problem of beginner.

  to backup a small database with EXPDP (FULL=Y)
  and to recover it with IMPDP(FULL=Y). ( *I don't want to use RMAN in this case*)

  My question:

  + what have I more to backup ( e.g. Passwordfile, control files, init.ora..) to be able to recover  
    successfully with IMPDP?
  + what are the steps to recover with IMPDP?

  I tried looking for a Howto in INTERNET, but in vain so far!

  Your problem may be:
  AND fu.description =: p_raisedby

  If p_raisedby is null your query returns no data.

  You need:
  AND fu.description = nvl(:p_raisedby,fu.description)

  I use Oracle JDeveloper Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.1.0and I created a Web Application from merger and I configured ADF authentication and security for my web project, using the provided Wizard.
  
  On a specific page, I placed a component link to go, and I'm trying to edit the text and the Destination property using Expressions of EL. When I open the expression builder window all I can see are the following nodes: ADF controller objects, ADF Managed Beans, JSF managed Beans and JSP objects, but no links ADF. I need to access the properties of securityContext , and what I read in B31974-03, I need links to the ADF.
  
  Also, I have tryied using the search field from the windows of generator expressions, without a bit of luck.
  
  It's probably a problem of beginner, but I really can't understand it. Help, please.

  Hello

  Maybe your problem is that you have not created pageDef in connection with your page. Try to right click on your page and go to the Page definition. It will create the related pageDef, if it does not exist.

• Beginner problems: the Images not appearing and slide show does not

  I'll eventually add iframes so that I can have images displayed during audio playback. In the meantime, I have a problem just get the images to show (it works fine in Safari, but nothing else). Even if when I validated the page and am told there is no problem, even the image as part of the screen is broken. This is problem no. 1. The other problem has to do with the show, which does not work, but instead displays all images one after the other.

  Any help will be greatly appreciated; I am a beginner and I have the impression that the answer to these problems - especially No. 1 - are incredibly simple. Here is a link to an example page that shows these problems.

  Why the part of the age of php does not work properly? If I leave it black or type zero in the age < input >, PHP simply ignores the part 'Please specify your age' code.

  The answer to your problem is very simple. This is the error of the beginner town that attracts even more experienced people from time to time. It is in this line:

  You used only one sign "equal", which assigns the value to a variable, then it always equals TRUE.

  To compare two values, you must use two equal signs like this:

• problem of rotating 3D with CS5 (Beginner)

  as in Illustrator beginner, this is my first post.

  I created a form of ball 3d by fusion of two rounded rectangles, then using the window > style chart libiries > 3d effect > 3d effect 21 I converterted my form cylindrical 3d with dashes at each end. I must emphasize here that I am not sure whether I've done at this point is a true 3d form.

  My problem is that I want to run the ball so that I can see it from the front as he walks towards you (with a little of the visible side).

  I tried to use effect > 3D > turn option and indeed I can rotate the image in such a way that the rotation stitch guide shows everything I like, but unfortunately the form inside the guide became only a flat surface. I also tried to use the 3d extrude and bevel / spin options, but every time the program crashes when you try to make the work.

  I use Illustrator CS5 64 bit on Windows 7. Any help or nudges in the right direction would be greatly appreciated
